Cooper was the very first one who replied & provided the least expensive cost for my broken charging port. I dropped my phone many times and it created some sort of black round shadow on the screen and it didn't bother me at all and my main concern was my charging port. I showed at 4pm today and met Cooper - a very friendly and professional guy. We discussed the issue and provided me a pager. He paged me right away because he saw the damage on the screen and offered me options. What he quoted me was a little bit less expensive compared to Apple Repair (which was $150) and the kiosk store in Alderwood Mall (quoted me $300). He said if I do the repair on the screen now along with the damaged charging port, he will give me a discount of $20. He seemed legit, so I said yes. I didnt ask how long the wait time was-- I waited for his page for 2 hours and I decided to walk back to his store before 6pm --- and he said he was paging me but I was 3 blocks away and just learned the pager works only from a few feet away! So maybe, this information needs to be mentioned. Overall, I am satisfied with the result! My bill was $195.98. There's a warranty coverage, too! I opted to make a quick visit here to see if I could get one of the remaining options. For parking I went with the North Garage, by C level the spaces were opening up. The Apple Store was easy to spot/find. Windows donned MacBook Neo artwork in various colors on the front and back of the store. I went in the front entrance and found the laptops on display area. Hopeful they still had some MacBook Neo in stock, when prompted, I asked a worker if they had any 256 GB left. They were down to indigo and silver color options. Lucky for me as my favorite metal is silver. The worker was friendly and professional in helping me through the purchasing process and I was soon on my way with a laptop.

I think AT&T is toying with their signal and giving Cricket customers a deliberately bad signal to try and coerce them over to AT&T to pay more for less data but better coverage.when I was on AT&T in this same spot at my desk in the building I'm in I had a better signal. I appreciate the lower price for the plans but will have to switch back to AT&T so I can use my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.
