The two guys working that day were amazing they looked at my phone which I was sick of dealing with and resolved the issue not only did they get me a new phone but got my old one working, which was amazing they transfered all my info and got me out the door at an excellent price what can I say they literally made my day and tried unlike the women who worked there before who were just worried about gossip, I will be back and will send and tell everyone to go there because I know they will be quite happy with the service they will recieve. These guys are great. A couple of weeks ago my computer couldn't be updated due to so much system…read morestorage. Overnight they removed everything and reinstalled the system features that came with the computer. And updated the operating system. Then today I thought I had downloaded a virus! Ugh! Ran over there with the lap top still open and they took care of it. Did it right then or no charge. (BTW, this isn't the first time they have fixed something w/o a charge.)

Then I had got a lame excuse of a bad port so had to reorder a new one yeah ok don't believe that for a minute not the first bad review for that location. They did stand by the quoted price I will give them that. This is a beware your product will take a while unless it's a simple issue.
