I was greeted right away by a salesman, George Brace, who we travelled to see. He used to work in Columbus, IN, and moved to the Greenwood Helzberg store. He was able to work with us right away and we discussed budget. He showed me a wide variety of pieces ranging from half my budget to about 10% over so I could see the differences. He was very patient and did not press the expensive pieces. He spent about 30-45 minutes with me and we landed on some beautiful diamond and Emerald earnings and I picked the ones that came right in a my budget. He offered insurance to protect against theft/ loss and clearly went through requirements for warranty on the earrings with Helzberg. Overall experience was amazing! If you are looking for a jewelry salesman I highly, highly recommend finding George Brace, and Helzberg Diamonds has a wonderful selection to select from. Not to mention the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. 10 of 10 experience and would give a 6th star if possible! I wasn't pressured to get something more expensive but the lady showed me the wrong bracelet, told me I could get 20% off but I didn't get the discount/coupon. I went in the a picture of what I wanted and she showed me the wrong bracelet, the actual one was more expensive. I called and called with no resolution I contacted my card provider. The second purchase was removed from my card while they did an investigation. Cummins store lied said I purchased 2 and my credit was removed so the I paid for one and was charged 2. This is what Cummins did to a disabled veteran Christmas time. Won't buy there again. And they accept most insurances so it did not cost her very much money out of pocket, except for a few upgrades such as the lenses that turn dark when you walk into the sunlight. They said we could come back any time if we needed to be we examined, and were very professional and helpful during the entire process. The doctor told me my eyesight was still good enough that I did not need glasses. Even though my insurance would have paid for glasses it was nice that they did not try to force them on me just to make a sale. You can usually get it within a week for an appointment. They are located in a large strip mall in town near the theater.
