But this time it was a disaster. The screen was hot to the touch, the camera wouldn't focus, and the touchscreen wasn't responsive. I went back to Anthony, and he adjusted the replacement screen, but you can't fix a bad product. I ended up at Apple, and the Genius Bar pointed out how high the glass screen was above the phone. He said, That's not a good replacement. I paid Apple $415.00 to replace the screen. I paid Cellular Mobile $200.00. The lesson here is not to go to Cellular Mobile for repair. Ever.

GoWireless Corporate has since 2017 changed the plan and will no longer honor the unlimited glass protector replacements. They force customers to NOW sign-up online to receive a coupon to replace glass protectors, have NOW limited replacements up to three, and NOW charge you a fee for every replacement after three. GoWireless store reps refuse to honor the terms of the 2017 GoAdvantage premium plan for glass protector replacement; they will not replace glass protectors without the coupon. They refuse to honor the unlimited replacement as well. By signing up on-line, current premium plan owners relinquish the terms of the original plan which provided for unlimited glass protector replacements for the life of the phone. They put my extra screws and links in a small bag, sealed and reciept in a plastic holder. I also had the jewelry cleaned by a different person, and he was very knowledgeable. He checked my jewelry out before cleaning it. I had some loose diamonds that I didn't know about so he said instead of putting it through the ultra sonic machine he recommended just brushing it. Which he did, and it still came out super shiny.

Just a month and a half after installation, the ice maker stopped working. They attempted to repair it four different times before finally discovering the issue was a faulty motor. During this frustrating process, we had to spend over $400 for a replacement refrigerator because they didn't have anything available in our original price range. On top of that, they charged us $140 for plumbing work and tried to blame us for the malfunction, suggesting it was a faulty water valve. In the end, it was confirmed to be a motor issue -- not anything we had done wrong. What made this even worse was the lack of support and accountability from the store. I had to take time off work for every repair visit, and at no point did they try to make it right or offer any meaningful help. When I shared this experience with a friend, she told me she went through almost the exact same thing and ended up stuck with a fridge that had a non-working ice maker. We will never shop here again. It came wrapped in hard plastic that you need to cut with a knife or scissors to open. I believe the item was defective. I could get it to work to either turn the lights on or shut them off but not both. I went to the store, with my receipt, to return the item. At first, they stated they got it working and it was not defective. ( They actually got it to turn on an item which I also did). Then they said they could not accept the return because I did not have the original packaging and therefore they could not resell it. I asked how are they going to sell an item that is not working properly. They still refused to accept the return. I left the timer with them and walked out of the store. We will never return. Now I understand how Amazon is so successful.

We had 5 knives, so we dropped them off and within about 2 hours, we got a call saying our knives were ready for pick up. The one they could not do was my large Chinese meat cleaver, but otherwise all the other large knives were done right. Great job ! I was able to use my digital coupons and rewards towards this transaction.
