But this time it was a disaster. The screen was hot to the touch, the camera wouldn't focus, and the touchscreen wasn't responsive. I went back to Anthony, and he adjusted the replacement screen, but you can't fix a bad product. I ended up at Apple, and the Genius Bar pointed out how high the glass screen was above the phone. He said, That's not a good replacement. I paid Apple $415.00 to replace the screen. I paid Cellular Mobile $200.00. The lesson here is not to go to Cellular Mobile for repair. Ever.

When told there was no warranty available for a water-damaged phone, I simply asked if they could take another look at it, and left with again-- a new cheap screen that didn't fill the phone correctly and was not compatible with 120Hz refresh rate, a ruined front selfie camera that needs full room light to work, and down $300. At least it didn't fry itself out the door again! Ended up purchasing the new 17, knowing I have a ticking time bomb as a device.

They asked if my son would mind changing numbers (sure, a teenager would love to tell all his friends to use his new number). Then they tell me in 14 days to call and cancel the insurance, that anything they sell has to come with insurance but after that, our bill will be $30 per line. I follow my orders, check online and see that they are autobilling me for $540! It took me 3 phone calls totaling 5 hours to get that sort-of corrected. I still have to call a separate AT&T 800# to correct the fact that they signed me up for a business line, not a consumer line. Headache on top of headache. Avoid this store at all costs -- completely incompetent.
