There were 2 representatives here today. Both were dealing with complicated issues and slow internet. Amy Rodrigues was excellent. She was calm , methodical, and persistent with my problem of unable to receive messages from 1 person. She determined it was due to an update, but still had to call above to deal with inability to authorize SMS on that individual. Amidst all was a delightful 2 year old who was entertaining herself for the 2 hours we were working. These folks work with challenging internet and unique problems. Amy was wonderful and I recommend this store to all Verizon customers. She also saved me $ with a plan upgrade. read more

I purchased a GoWireless GoAdvantage Premium Plan in 2017 from Ryan who stated it would cover unlimited glass protector replacements for my phone for the lifetime I own the phone without expiration date. To replace a broken glass protector, customers only had to go to the store, verify their premium plan ownership by phone number, and then the GoWireless rep would replace the glass protector. For $79.99, you would expect to receive unlimited glass protector replacements for the life you own the phone. GoWireless Corporate has since 2017 changed the plan and will no longer honor the unlimited glass protector replacements. They force customers to NOW sign-up online to receive a coupon to replace glass protectors, have NOW limited replacements up to three, and NOW charge you a fee for every replacement after three. GoWireless store reps refuse to honor the terms of the 2017 GoAdvantage premium plan for glass protector replacement; they will not replace glass protectors without the coupon. They refuse to honor the unlimited replacement as well. By signing up on-line, current premium plan owners relinquish the terms of the original plan which provided for unlimited glass protector replacements for the life of the phone. Bait and switch is illegal!! BUYER BEWARE when considering business with GoWireless!!! read more

Stopped in for a fix on an Iphone glitch after getting a new phone at the North Kingstown location. The store was very busy and Sawyer was nice enough to help us in between customers to get the phone up and running (even though we did not purchase anything from this location) Very appreciative of the help and will definitely bring our business to this store next time! read more

I went in the store today to get some information regarding their plans. Cara and Kymberlee were fantastic. Their excellent customer service and knowledge were amazing. I am currently with a different provider and they trouble shot my phone for me! What Michael above said is 100% true. Bait and switch! Dishonest with a really obnoxious attitude at this store. I went there today after having the screen protector replaced per the unlimited replacement plan I purchased when I bought the phone exactly the way the plan described as recently as last February. The two attitudinal guys who worked there today were very condescending, mansplained to me what I actually purchased without even looking it up, basically accused me of lying or being confused, claiming I misunderstood and they never had a plan like that, and then told me if I upgraded my phone I could get a screen protector for that one. One of them was probably not old enough to have a job 3 years ago so I'm not sure how he is an expert on what plans were in place 3 years ago without even looking anything up. The other one finally claimed to look it up and then told me erroneous information. So I called GoWireless corporate and they told me simultaneously, they never had such a plan, they did have the plan I purchased but they discontinued it in 2017 shortly after I purchased it so was null and void, I did not purchase it, I did purchase it as he verified even the price I paid by looking at my account but it expired in 2019. He then said it was unlimited for the life of the phone, but the life of the phone only lasts for 2 years even if the phone is still usable after 2 years bc that's how long the initial phone contract was. Are you confused yet? So they're refusing to honor it. I came to yelp and saw the review Michael wrote and called them back and told them that in fact another customer purchased the same plan exactly as I described and has already complain on yelp about the bait and switch. They're escalating it to the district manager. Ever since the honest helpful staff left a couple years ago, it's been a bunch of rude ppl who work there and only want to upgrade your phone. Even if they can't follow through with something, there's no reason for them to treat customers that way. read more
