So they ordered a replacement phone which was used and had a degraded battery also and then wanted me to give them my old phone. when I said no, I was literally chased out of the store and the guy was shouting trying not to let me leave because he wanted my cell phone??? then they made me pay them $50 more to leave with my old phone. So I have now spent over $200 and I'm in a worse situation than before. plus it was a traumatic experience and I will file a formal complaint and take legal action. That was no way to treat a customer.

Went back and solution was to keep restarting the iphone to reset it. Afterwards noticed horizontal lines blinking across, no reset for thsi issue possible. No matter what, the screen clarity, colors doesn't come close to original Apple. Was told that could pay additional fee ($325 initial + $250) to get the better quality screen. Apparently there are different quality screens that can be offered. Refused to keep throwing good money after bad and interesting enough, the Apple store had original screen for $325. Guess it is end of season for last year model and dropped price for screens to get rid of them Lesson of the day: check prices and gain clear understanding with questions what are you getting into. Vendor will not offer without prompting the story about "various quality levels" for screens available or that you may get stuck with lines or screen colors/clarity is not what you are used to.

I understand that there was an increase in price as every thing has increased due to inflation and that is fine (included photo is of their price increase). But the gentleman that I'm not used to seeing there kept pressuring me to upgrade my screen protector since he stated that they no longer carry the one I had on my phone any more and as he searched for it I was able to see that they have two of the screen protector that I had on my phone. This constant up selling and the constant pressure was making me very uncomfortable about the situation. According to the gentleman that handled my case I can either upgrade for an additional $40.00 or downgrade my screen protector. I did not have the additional funds for the upgrade so I needed up down grading this screen protector even though I had seen the screen protector in their drawer. This deceptive practice of forcing the consumer to upgrade for a significant increase in price or to downgrade the protection threat was not appropriate nor appreciated. I think I might have to start looking for another replacement screen protective device from another company and I'd advise that others do the same or face the possibility of them trying to pressure you to upgrade for a enormous fee or downgrade your protection even though they have your screen protector in their drawers - as it appears that they use the deceptive practices of bait and switch.

Warning! Deceptive Practices!…read more My mom recently visited this T-Mobile location looking for a lower monthly phone bill for her and my dad. She was offered what seemed like a great deal--$90 per month--with the added bonus of two new phones. She was told she could swap out her current phone and only pay taxes on the second phone. Based on this information, she decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. However, the next day, she discovered that the promised price was not accurate. Her actual bill was going to be significantly higher than what she was paying with Verizon. Concerned, she returned to the store to clarify the discrepancy. The sales consultant admitted, "Oops, I gave you the wrong price." Unfortunately, by that point, the store had already taken her original phone, shipped it off, and left her with no way to return to Verizon with her original device. She ultimately had to go back to Verizon, but retrieving her original phone from T-Mobile proved impossible--even though she returned the very next morning. The store claimed it was already in the warehouse and out of their control. As a result, she now has to pay $150 ($75 per device) to return the two T-Mobile phones. On top of that, since she couldn't recover her original phone, she had to purchase a new one through Verizon, increasing her overall costs even further.
