I was…read morehaving an incredibly disastrous day and at the top of that list was my iPhone SIM card not being read by the phone anymore. My first stop was at the Verizon retail store a little further up the road near Walmart. Not only were they unable to get into my account as an authorized account holder, They wanted to charge me a fee for a new SIM card. I left and went back home to find alternatives, and read online that I should have probably gone to a corporate store. DO NOT GO TO RETAIL LOCATIONS! As soon as I got there I saw several people standing outside waiting but a nice guy came out and asked if he could help me... I told him how wrecked today was and what was wrong with the phone. He was totally cool and took me right inside and got me sorted out within five minutes. He listened while I blabbered on about the crap that was going on- which he really probably didn't care about lol but I truly appreciated just being able to say out loud how shitty my day was going. His name was Seth and that man deserves a raise for his patience, humor and honesty. Furthermore this location is managing the social distancing guidelines in an incredible Way, I'll definitely be telling people to use this Verizon store before any others within an hour of here. Already perturbed, I stood for another couple of minutes appearing to need help within eyeshot of both of the men. They started to walk away when the "senior" gentleman finally acknowledged me. He sent a rep over to me. I explained I wanted 55 or 65 inch tv preferably Samsung or LG, QLED tech, and open box if possible. He took me over and without asking any more questions showed me an OLED. Far outside what I anticipated paying, when there are clearly other 55" QLED options. When I asked him about the Samsung 55" QLED in the back of the stack of open box TVs, I was told that it wasn't a good tv. I'm no expert but I certainly would want to know if my people were going straight to "not a good tv" rather than "what do you like about that one?" The man also could not get to his water bottle quick enough. Sipped on it during the experience. I asked a few more questions to give him another shot but he also disparaged other TVs. I couldn't leave fast enough. I did not get any of their names but this was around noon today. I went through pricing with the sales representative and he added a 24 month equipment charge plus the installment purchase down payment less the trade in fee of the iPhone 8 he gave me the hard figure of $437 for an iPhone 12. Today I reviewed my T-Mobile statement and my bill increased by $16.83 for 30 months (or $504.90) plus the initial purchase down payment. The bottom line is that I believe that the T-Mobile sales process is complicated on purpose. It's definitely a shell game intended to confuse clients and get you to pay more money. Next time around I'll buy a phone directly from Apple. I'm not sure how much it will cost but I bet the transaction will be more straight forward.

The email noticed I received were notifications of payment processing, and no invoice included..after talking to 6 people and 4 hrs on the phone I was told disputes were to be intimidated within 60 days as stated on my statements and nothing will be done. Please excuse me for trusting a company! At least 3 people told me my tv service is cancelled as of yesterday. When I called to cancel service. I was told the tv is still on my account! Prior to thie next call I received an email my invoice is $150 for internet services. I called to verify and was told I owed about $280 + a I have to pay for tv services I for TV service I have NEVER HAD, AUTHORIZED OR USED! I did talk to fraud dept.and was told no fraud, even tho I did not subscribe to tv. He did tell me I was sent emails re: tv and I checked previous emails about streaming tv, which I looked like solicitation to me. I checked my email account after we were "suddenly" disconnected.
