Please don't go here. Drive 30 minutes down the road and buy from the AT&T store on Medina Rd. Kenny and Caleb were so unbelievably unprofessional and mocked my husband and I for getting protection for our phone through our insurance and for many other reasons. AT&T is my cell provider and I had purchased a Verizon mobile hot spot as I had good experience with them in the past...long story short, setting the mobile hot spot up was a horrendous experience so I returned it and then stopped into this AT&T location for some help. Jay was extremely helpful in helping me set up an AT&T mobile hot spot and the process took 10 minutes, if even that. He even opened the door for us when we were leaving. I went in looking to change providers because I was getting frustrated with my provider after 18 years. I went in and Ryan talked me into bringing over 2 line, adding a third, and receiving a watch as well. He then said that with current promotion I would also receive the first month bill waved for joining today. In 1 month I have had to call or go into the office 3 times. They also sold me on changing internet providers with 1st month free. well today I called because I did receive a bill. Ryan told me that he never said that and I didn't hear what he said! Needless to say don't work with Ryan, he's just saying whatever he wants to get a sale! read more

Manager Theresa was extremely rude and unhelpful. Waited 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service before going to the AT&T store in person. After another 35 minutes of waiting, and watching other customers who came in after I did- finally I was able to talk to a sales representative - he was understanding however the manager came out and said I need to call the customer service phone number as she can't do anything for me - simply passing her problem on to someone else. Problem is I have tried that already, and got nowhere. She couldn't have cared less about keeping a customer happy. Very much on the verge of moving carriers. read more

I came into the store to get my daughter a phone in June. Jermaine talks me into a buy one get one deal and an add a line plan saying it's the exact same as my old plan and I can get a free phone. Turns out it's not the same as my old plan. It no longer has a hot spot and I don't get my free HBO. When I figure it out (they just turned my HBO off this week) I go in to see him and he tells me he never said that. I say I want to return it, just give me back my old plan. Nope can't do, it's too much time last. I did t realize it was a different plan until you turned off my HBO this week. I ask to speak to a manager, first there is no manager, second he is the manager. Which one is it? Do yourselves a favor and don't let Jermaine talk you into anything. Go somewhere else! read more

They are not honest to deal with. They said I would be paying one price for a phone upgrade and that it would take 3 billing cycles to show the correct price and that I would be given credit for the 3 previous cycles for overpaying. However after the 3 billing cycles were up and I'm not paying the price they said at the store. Now I'm stuck paying $15 more per month. I'll never go back to a store that operates as they do. read more

I received a damaged IPhone and I went to the store to resolve it. I was given the run around right from the start. The assistant manager Jermanine and the manage Delilah seemed to be going out of their way to not help. We had AT&T customer care on the phone providing them instructions but they were refusing to follow AT&T's customer care instructions. The store put us in the middle and made the whole experience frustrating. Extremely poor customer service, I recommend avoiding the store. read more

This is a corporate location and it shows. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and genuine.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO BEST BUY OR COSTCO for anything AT&T related. Went to this store today to turn in my old phone. I already had my new upgrade and all I needed was to finish my "trade in" to receive the bill credits from purchasing the newest phone. Literally just needed to drop off my old phone. That is it. I showed up and was ignored for a few minutes, no one even said hello even though I could see 4 employees from the front door entrance. I was then told there was a wait of about 45 minutes as three people were ahead of me. I said "ok, sure," and they told me to wait in my car and they would come and get me when it is my turn. After one hour, I put a call in to the store and asked where I was at in the queue. The woman said there was still two guests in front of me, as they had only helped one so far. So I wasted one hour of my time only to be told I was still number three in line... and at this point 1 hour per person, I'd be waiting in my car for hours. Not once did anyone mention there was an option to schedule an appointment online, which I found out on my own. To top off the situation, the retail worker who I talked to on the phone told me to "have a lovely day" and hung up on me when I told her that waiting around for 1 hour only to move up one spot after being told it would be a 45 minute wait was ridiculous. I had to get a babysitter so I could turn in my old phone and could not even complete my task. If "Saturdays are busy" then maybe they need to hire more employees or work more efficiently. When my contract is up (or maybe even before then) I'm kissing AT&T goodbye, every single time I have needed assistance in store or on the phone they are extremely rude or just plain unhelpful. read more

The associate (James) is very deceptive and will lie about bundle deals just to get a sale (said Internet and U-verse would be $70 a month and now I'm getting charged $110 a month). Then when you have additional charges on your bill that they acquired for you, they will tell you just to call retention when it was really their mistake. The associate blamed the bundle price on the sales representative on the phone. The general manager (Teddy) is no help in resolving your case once you have been overcharged. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and this is the worst I've ever been treated at an AT&T store. I've been patient with them for the past five months being nice and waiting for them to resolve this matter but they do not care one bit because the matter still not resolved after contacting them numerous times. read more
