    I signed up for cell phone and wifi a little over two years ago. I was told I would get a new cell…read morephone, which I did not need, but okay. I would also receive an iPad, again, have one, don't need one, but this one is newer and has stand alone capabilities and that is free too. Take it they said. Then I was given a new apple watch, again have one, it's free, they said you might as well take it, so I did and gave it to my son-in-law. They said it would look like I'm being charged, and then later it would somehow get it reversed and I would pay nothing for all three items. I never got a paper bill but when I finally got on my app one day two years later, I saw how to check on my bill. I looked, I had ordered "stand alone" service for my apple watch, which I was being charged for but, no, it didn't work when I was away from my phone. I see I, two years later have been making payments for the phone I did not need and the iPad I did not need and the watch I did not need and I gave away. All of these I was told were free when I signed up with T-Mobile. I called and complained and was told I would get a discount on my bill. Probably 4 months later my bill is the same as it was before. That included payments on my new phone, watch and iPad. I would never make payments on anything, even if I did want new devices, which I did not. Do not use this company, if you don't want to screwed. They are liars and don't fix it after taking the problem to customer service, if there was an error, which it wasn't, it was just a scam. I can't believe these people are still in business. Obviously, I am not the only one scammed, looking at the other reviews.

Well I realized today for months now the plan never changed in price and now I am officially paying almost twice what I was before I did this. Now, I see the plans are all much more---they are exactly like Comcast and their rip-off, inflated, bad service, plans. AVOID THIS STORE!

    NEW OWNERS as of May 2025 -- BEWARE. Do not trust this…read morecompany. I went to [I Fix and Repair] to get my iPhone battery replaced. At first, everything seemed fine -- but within a month, the phone started randomly shutting off and overheating, just like it did before the repair. When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. Shady practices, poor customer service, and zero responsibility. Stay far away. **REPLYING to Devon's response below** I want to clarify that my intention was never to "extort" anyone. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was. When I provided my bank statement as proof of the transaction, you declined to honor it because the repair wasn't found in your system. I then asked if you could open the phone and inspect the battery--since it was replaced at your location--and you stated that I would be charged again just to have it examined. Accusing me of leaving a fake review or acting unfairly is both inappropriate and unprofessional. I approached this situation with a willingness to resolve the issue respectfully, but your dismissive tone and assumptions have made it clear that customer service and constructive dialogue are not your priorities.
