They lure you in with promises of a free phone and a lower bill than other carriers, but it's a trap. The hidden fees are outrageous, and despite assurances that they would be covered, I was told it would take weeks to see that money back. In the end, my bill wasn't even lower than what I was paying with my previous provider. The whole process felt rushed; they had me signing documents so quickly that I didn't have a chance to fully understand what I was agreeing to. And when I went back to try and sort things out, the unprofessionalism was shocking. I was met with what felt like a threatening group of men, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and intimidated. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. The deals aren't real, and the customer service is non-existent. I regret not listening to the warnings and hope others can learn from my mistake.

Prior to obtaining the iPad, Herman repeatedly told us it would be $3 per month and later stated it was completely free with no monthly charges, only a one-time $40 fee (which we understood, especially since we had already paid $102 upfront). I very clearly asked multiple times,with my husband on the phone,if there would be any monthly payment at all, and he said none. My husband, who has been a Verizon customer for 22 years, specifically questioned this because there is realistically no such thing as a "free" iPad line. Despite this, Herman insisted multiple times that it was free and assured us there would be no ongoing charges. When we later noticed charges on our account, another Verizon team confirmed there is actually a monthly service line fee. Herman then said it should only be $10/month, yet our bill shows $20/month, plus a protection plan that I clearly declined. When questioned, he could not explain the additional charges and seemed to assume the customer already knows Verizon's company policies ,which is not appropriate, especially when costs were never disclosed upfront. We were told a manager would contact us today or by next Tuesday, but so far this remains unresolved. What we believed was a great deal turned out to be misleading, and important details were not clearly communicated in order to complete the sale. We were under the impression that the earring was created by them and thought a matching earring could be made. They told him to send them $500 and they would try to match the earring. It couldn't be matched, they couldn't "find" a match anywhere, so my husband chose a pair of gold Claddagh earrings. They did not cost $500 and when my husband asked for a refund of the balance, he was denied. Nancy, the Manager, told him he would have to come into the store and make a purchase because they don't give refunds. We live in PA now, so that wasn't possible. My husband said that he purchased a lot of jewelry from them when we lived in Stuart and Nancy said he only spent $250. I have a jewelry box with quite a bit of jewelry from this store, so maybe it was only "worth" $250.00, but he spent a lot more than that. He bought estate jewelry, a diamond wedding band (which cost more than $250.00) , a few emerald pieces, earring and pendent sets, rings and bracelets. Nancy was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending, denied the refund and said she didn't care if we gave them a bad review because they have lots of customers and didn't need our business and hung up on him. The "store policy" should have been explained before we gave them $500 and it was not. We trusted them because my husband did business with them for over 15 years.
