The manager Jody is unpleasant. He did not want to help me . I asked for help with matching my hearing aids and car to the Bluetooth. He actually yelled at me and argued with everything I said. He said he doesn't pair hearing aids and he was not allowed to go to my car because of insurance reasons. I asked him several times to stop yelling at me and stop arguing with me. I was cheated into a "Free" tablet. I told them I did not want an extra number I had to pay for. I was told because I was a long time loyal customer It was free with my upgraded phone around $1,000. I got the bl and an extra $35 per month for 2 years. 24 months X $35 = $420 for a tablet I did not want. I was told too bad you had 2 weeks to bring it back. read more

My phone was damaged after a fall. I went to a local Verizon store where I had to wait an extended amount of time only to find out I had limited options and they did not have items in stock for the majority of those options. I decided to try the Verizon store on US1 south of Cove Road where I was greeted as soon as I walked in and waited on immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Sheridan Hause. He was patient and thorough, helping me consider all my options. With the cost of repair and the amount of time it would take to repair it, I decided to consider a new phone. Sheridan was extremely knowledgeable about each phone and its features, the good, the bad and the variables. He walked me through some financial options and I walked out of there with a new phone at little cost, a lower phone bill and peace of mind. 12/7/16 (trip 1) ordered two iPhone 7 plus 128GB jet black from William Diaz. Was promised by William that he and the phones would be in tomorrow. 12/8/16 (trip 2) auto text from Verizon that my phones are at the store. William could not make it and I would have to wait for tomorrow. 12/9/16 (trip 3) pick up phones and purchase $131.13 in phone accessories. Plus paid setup fees. 12/10/16 (phone call) notice that both phone were very slow. Called customer support. Something was set up wrong by William. Told it will be fix. 12/13/16 (trip 4) phone still slow.. called store. was told to come in and change the SIM cards. Kenya did this for us and it did not work. She then started to order new phones. That's when we notice that we had mate black and we wanted jet black. (Another error on behalf of William) 12/19/16 (trip 5) auto text from Verizon that both NEW NEW phone are in. Cesar said phone not here but he think it's not a phone issue. Turn out we have no data. With tech support they added data to the account and blam phones are working. But still wrong color....right??? 12/20/16 (trip 6) Joe Devico has our NEW NEW phones. First statement he says " I wish I can help you but you guys are out of the 14 days grace period." Wrong and he was corrected.. next statement from him "so why are you getting new phones because it's the wrong color?" At this point I stop talking and my better half explained the situation. Now we are told that for our troubles we will have to come back tomorrow after joe talks to the manger.
