Great, honest service and very nice people. The last time I was there, the person at the front desk suggested that I buy their insurance for $41 a month. He said that after 30 days I could get my phone repaired for free. It seemed a tiny bit pricey but I went for it. After about 70 days, and after I had paid for three months of coverage, I needed a repair. I brought my phone in. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a number to call to file a claim. I called the number and was told that once I filed the claim I had to wait 30 days to get a repair. And I'd have to pay for another month of coverage. (Of course, I had no way of knowing that in 30 days they wouldn't tell me I had to wait yet another 30 days.) I canceled the plan and took the phone to the front desk. I figured since I was there I'd pay for the repair myself -- I couldn't wait 30 days for my phone -- and then I'd cut ties with uBreakiFix. He took all the information and then told me they didn't have the needed part. I had been there for almost half an hour before I was told that. I told the guy that I would be taking my business elsewhere because I that they scammed me. He nodded in agreement and said nothing. I'm sincerely sad to have to end my years-long relationship with this place.

I returned to drop off a trade-in phone worth $415 and was told they couldn't find my account information. No effort was made to help -- I was simply turned away. Previously, a system error occurred during account setup, and when I returned to resolve it, the staff were rude and dismissive. One employee even told me to "step aside" because they couldn't assist further. To make matters worse, I was first told that trade-ins could only be accepted at the original store, but when I followed those instructions with the proper receipt, they still refused. On my next visit, they told me to go to a different store -- which turned out to be false, as other locations don't accept trade-ins from the other store's purchases. This location consistently gave conflicting information and showed zero willingness to help. It may be the closest Verizon store to me, but I will be going elsewhere from now on. Was told by Verizon I needed a new phone due to a "blown out" internal speaker. Stopped in here…read morefor an opinion. I was told one of two things - a clogged speaker or a blown speaker. Either way it could be repaired. Within ten minutes I was out of the door with the internal speaker working like new. It was clogged and the technician simply cleaned it out. The fee for the cleaning was reasonable, especially compared to a new phone. I will come back here if needed and will refer customers here as well.

This store needs to be closed down…read more I went there and they tried to tell me at first they can't help me because I have metro with T-Mobile not T-Mobile. (I had T-Mobile NOT metro by T-Mobile) After that was settled I was trying to get my dad a pixel 10a since he was due for an upgrade. They told me It would be 75$ today and 36$ a month which is way different than ordering it online. Online the same exact phone is only 20$ a month with the same 75$ due today. They told me that the promotion I was looking at was expired but I put the phone in my cart while I was standing there. It doesn't expire in 1 minute lol. Needless to say I walked out and ordered the phone online and it cost me 75$ down payment and my bill only went up 20$ per month. I have no idea what they have going on up there but they will double the price of your phone if you don't know your stuff. Everyone who goes here be very very careful.
