My husband and I were told it would be a 5-10 min wait. 45 minutes later, we saw my name come off the list. No one called my name. We went over to ask and no one was waiting for us. Miguel was supposed to help us but came out and started helping another family that hadn't been there even 20 minutes! We said something to the manager and she wouldn't interrupt the family who had budged (they know their place in line after all given the screen) and had to finish helping someone else. So we waited another 10 minutes for her to help. Then the store didn't even have an iPhone 6 with 64G jn stock. Miguel never apologized and actually gave me a dirty look when I was complaining. There's an hour of my life I will never get back. I guess we will be going to Walnut Creek from now on. They can get the credit for the $1400 in merchandise we were about to buy. read more

I tried to upgrade my account online 4 months ago. Their system some how tried to double charge when I upgraded. I had to go to the store for help. After 2 hours they tell me the system screwed up and the only way to fix it that night was to change my number and create a new account.i didn't want to change my number! I reluctantly change my number because at that time my phone was disconnected because of the system error and that was the only way to get it back on. The next month I have to go back because they never unlinked the old phone number so my payment went to the old account! Again I have to go down there to fix this, during a pandemic with my kid! Another 2 hours for them to fix that. The 3rd month I have to go back because I'm getting notifications that my account was trying to be overcharged by Att. They were not applying my $25 autopay credit. They fixed that in 4 hours and thankfully applied a courtesy credit for my inconvenience. So that brings us to the current month 4, where again my autopay credit is not applied or the courtesy credit. I hate AT&T! They are the absolute worse. If you are smart don't get cell service with them. You will regret it, I promise. read more

First we waited an hour just to inform them that i get a discount through my work. He then added it and we left. A week later we got an email saying we had to change the primary name on our account which he should have done the first visit. We went back waited another 45 minutes only to be told that we had to get a complete new account if we wanted to use my discount which would cost us around 100 bucks to do. I walked in 10 minutes before closing, having just had a nightmare experience at the Apple Store in Walnut Creek where the tech killed my phone while trying to update it (Error 53!) and then the manager refused to do anything about it because he said it was water damaged. Never mind that it was working before!!!! but that's another story, and another review!. Anyway, with a dead phone and the memorial day weekend approaching, I threw myself at the mercy of the Vallejo ATTstore, where I met a kind decent soul who found I had warranty, showed me how to file a claim, told me how I could get temporary service via either an upgrade on my kids phone or a new sim card for my old phone, and did I know I was eligible for a 17% discount and an extra 15G of data for what I was already paying? Came into the store & noticed it was very busy. Waited around for a couple of minutes and this middle-age couple walks in and stands in front of me. I was about to say something when one of the very young salesperson girl came up to the couple and asked what they needed. Excuse me! But I was here first...I interrupted and told the young b***h that I was here first! She said she didn't see me! Well, hello? When a 6 ft+ person cuts in front of you & being not that tall, I sorta disappeared in the man's shadow. Then the young "salesperson" just kept on talking to the couple & tried to ignore me! How friggin' rude, especially to a retired senior citizen. I didn't want to start something. I should have ask to talk to the manager!!! Maybe that young salesperson will be taught a lesson on public relations. I came in to upgrade my phone because my service contract has expired. After being treated to the way I was, I don't think I want to continue with AT&T...I'm sorry but all it takes is one bad apple to spoil the rest of the bunch! After reading all the rest of the negative posts for this store here in Vallejo, they need to reorganize & train their sales reps better manners, especially to their senior customers! This store is the slowest At&t store in America. There were 6 people working here and only one person in front of me in line, and I was still there for 45 minutes until I finally had enough and left. Mainly, I want to say that I've my new Galaxy S6 and At&t overall for about two weeks now and I couldn't be happier with in my service so far. The best part of my experience so far, really, was going to the retail store and getting everything started. Killed a bit of time next door before my appointment getting food. Once I finally got myself inside, everything was great. Parking was easy, and I was immediately greeted by a cheerful Southern lady who put me on their waiting list. It only took about five minutes for me to be assisted by my sales guy, Mark Calma. Plain and simple, Mark is an amazing retail professional. Finally, somebody who really listens and cares! I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Although I didn't research what I wanted before, Mark was so patient and made sure that I got what I needed. He explained the nuances of each plan and the pros and cons of my new GS6 after asking me questions about myself and making sure it was the best fit for my needs. Once we got the process started, switching my number from Verizon was so painless and took maybe twenty minutes. I'm amazed by the service and I ask everybody to go see Mark Calma. read more

From walking in the store to walking out the door, I honestly felt like I was around true professionals. She spent Almost two hours with us in the store, and continued helping us by phone and email later on. Can't believe I'm giving an att store 5 stars. However, they deserve it if only for Michelle. I purchased a one plus two phone that wouldn't get on the att lte network. After hours with technical support on the phone, failed attempts to fix the issue at the Napa att, and again a failed attempt by another att rep at this Vallejo store, Michelle came through and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. She was positive, courteous, patient, and had the technical know how to fix the issue. If you have some phone technical issue I'd seek out Michelle. Good job Michelle. read more

Everyone here is nice, friendly and professional. I went in highly upset at unusual charges to my phone bill and being that it was my lunch break I couldn't wait for an available consultant so one of the managers (I hope I'm remembering this right) maybe KEVIN said no problem I will schedule you an appointment for when your off, works for me. I return at 6:15 and sat at a table and 10 minutes later KEVIN walks up to me and explained he took the extra steps to look into my account after I had left to try to save time. (How efficient!) he found some international charges applied that I immediately contested, instead of making me call in to customer care he did what a true customer service forward manager would do- he went into my account credited the charges and apologized for any inconvenience! I walked away completely in awe of his service! Thank you for saving me a headache after a 11 hour work day, you're the best! read more

Went in at the end of the evening (right before closing) to upgrade from my old 3GS to the 4. Natasha was extremely helpful, did a great job, and even though it took a while for my info to transfer, she made a real effort to still check in with me with a word of acknowledgement. Great customer service. The only concern I had was not about her, but about how an elderly man came to the door after it was locked down for closing, and even though there were no less than 4 customers still in the store (what's one more?) they turned him away and told him to call the 800 number and they would help him. By profession, I know some seniors have a difficult time negotiating phone trees, and so need that face to face assistance. Manager, if you're reading this, you probably should rethink how you treat our older people. You will be one someday too! But all in all my service was great, just not the grandpa's.... read more

If I could give no stars I would. Went to the store tonight to return a charger. Saw the 'express sign' for accessories purchases and waited to be helped at that counter. No such thing as 'express' in the horrible store - take it down. Asked a friendly female representative if I had to sign up on their waiting list to make a simple return. Yes, she said, I'll put you down. Waited 30+ long minutes (ridiculous for an accessories return), had a different At&t rep pass me saying, "I'll help whoever's next." What about the fucking waiting list, asshole? Approached one of the many bald male workers working in the store, "Do I need to wait to return my charger?" With a fake smile said, "Someone will be with you shortly" (lie), and gratuitously added, "I'm actually off right now." Two seconds ago he was finishing up a sale. Debated whether to stay since I was already there, but decided it wasn't worth the rest of my evening. Either hire more people or speed up the lousy service. Was going to wait until my contract was up but I think I'll make my switch to CREDO sooner rather than later. I've been in many At&t stores before but this one is by far the crappiest.
