Shattered my screen and needed to replace it asap. The second I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Daniel E. Daniel clearly broke down my options; gave a professional opinion on what I should do--none of that pushy salesman approach. Much appreciated! At the end of the process, I eventually purchased an iPhone X, Speck phone case and dual screen protector. I feel satisfied with my purchase and not forced into a purchase I'll later regret (which has been my usual experience at AT&T stores). So me and my Husband went to AT&T to get internet service because we heard so many good things about it and the inside store customer service was great and they said we would have to wait a week to get our internet and a technician would come out to set it up, so we agreed. The day came to get our internet and my Husband took off work so someone could be at home when the technician came. Long story short, they texted him 3 times to change the time they were coming, then ended up never showing up and didn't text him until almost 9 at night to say they were not coming, which we had figured that out already so the next day we called to find out what was going on and they said someone would call us back to reschedule and no one ever called. Today is Monday 3 days later technically 4 days, but they don't do services on Sunday and still no internet and no one still has called so now my Husband has to go to the store not to mention he just called and they said someone will call us back lol. First and foremost the only saving grace for this location is Juan Hernandez and Joe, plain and simple this store would flourish with just these customer representatives. They are the only reason why these two stars exist- nothing else. I went in to this location interested in converting one of my current phone lines to the NEXT plan and getting an Apple Iphone 5s. Location: Store is in great condition, tons of phones on display and good amount of seating which is a plus. Employees: This is where it gets tricky, there are some employees here that are absolutely outstanding - and then there are some employees which are absolutely, " bottom-of-the-barrel." To begin, we were kindly greeted by a woman who put our name down onto the queue, all good here. I was customer 1. according to the queue, so I looked around a bit, considering the HTC One and the Galaxy S4, but that was stopped as I was advised otherwise... 30 minutes elapsed and I am still at 1., I look around and see 3-4 employees at the cashier counter, fiddling around on the computer, and messing around. I make eye contact with a few and they do NOT even ask if I have been help or if I would like assistance. 15 more minutes pass by and I finally get greeted and helped, by a not so helpful person. First he tried to advertise U-verse to me, which I politely declined. And he began to question my thought-process as to why I would decline. ( None of his business.) We then began to go over my account and discuss what the numbers would be. Somehow, adding a 27$ phone equated to my account rising 70 dollars, not sure how that came to be. I then told him how much I was currently paying and he had the nerve to question my ability to equate and to comprehend my account. I was furious and pulled out my current bill and he continued to say I was wrong and that when my account " matures" it will be much more. ( Do not think that's a smart thing to say). I went through the numbers with him and he still concluded I was wrong and that I am not letting him " present" his argument to me. I am a legal professional and know the importance of gathering facts and being polite and arguing eloquently. This was not the case, he constantly spoke with to me in an intonation that would denote me being a child. Though he tried to sound polite, it was executed in a mocking manner. Eventually, I left as I could not handle such disrespect anymore. I'll be returning and hopefully Joe or Juan are there. I easily, do not mind paying money into something I am purchasing as I it is benefiting me. But when I am disrespected and spoken to as someone who is incapable of understanding a simple concept, is where the professionalism ends. I plan to file a formal complaint with AT&T to follow up on this case. I believe they should be more stringent in their hiring or their training process. I will only return to this store if the two employees I mention are there, otherwise I will strongly recommend that my friends and family go to other branches, and you, reader, I recommend the like. read more

This is by far THE WORST AT&T store I have ever been to. No kind of customer service whatsoever. I was in there for 10 mins and I thought one of the reps were going to help me but she walked past me and helped someone who just walked in. I had to walk up to a rep to be helped because I knew I wasn't going to be helped if I didn't. The reps are rude and unhelpful. I am NEVER going to this AT&T store ever again. I have gone to this particular at&t store two times, both times the staff sent me away! First, I wanted to change my phone number so they handed me a post-it with an 800 number to call. Look for YESENIA! She's THE BEST! I needed a new phone and YESENIA took super good care of me. I thought she wouldn't be able to transfer all my pictures and contacts to the new phone from my old one because my old phone was super cracked and less than 1/3 of my screen was visible. I really didn't give her much to work with. But YESENIA worked her magic and made it work! She was really patient and exhausted all her recourses to fix my phone issues instead of giving up. ATT are fucking SCAM artists. Where to start.... First they added Mays uncles internet account to my account, I'm paying for it. When you type in my social security number you get Mays dads account?!?! Then when I call in then don't let me access my account of 10 years cause The pin is wrong?? No it isn't, It's MY account! Second I returned their equipment months ago, the same equipment I'm still being charged for the past 3 months. Third I downgraded our tv and upped our internet 2 months ago... They upped our internet but didn't downgrade our cable. So all in all they do what's best for them so they collect more $. CROOKS! Negligent with sensitive information. Social security numbers, addresses, account info. My advice don't ever start service and if you have it cancel. I've been a loyal on time paying customer for 12 years and this is what I get. I haven't been to this store in a few years. When I couldn't resolve the issue with the AT&T people on the phone, they directed me to this store. I really didn't know what to expect but I was greeted promptly and assisted immediately even though it was quite busy at the time. I truly appreciate the sales representative, Yesenia, who help me out and not only resolved my issue with AT&T but was also able to lower my combined billing! Spoke to the manager MARCUS about upgrading my plan, I asked him to show me the difference between the plans so I could pay the amount. I asked him to bring up my account/look up my phone number with AT&T. Fool didn't touch his tablet once to look it up. Fantastic service, I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Ali. I knew what I wanted when going in there. He showed me some other promotions that were going on and helped us choose the right options for our needs. Ali was fantastic and very personable. After setting up the appointment, and the installer actually coming in on time, installing the equipment right the first time, and being respectful in my home, I can certainly say I'm happy that I worked with Ali that day. AT&T tried to tell me I needed to put a $500 deposit down in order to get a phone even though I have good credit. When I asked why, they told me it wasn't there problem and that I would have to talk to the credit bureaus. When I ran into the same thing at Verizon, they took the time go look into it and was able to clear it up in a matter of minutes. It was just a glitch in the system. It's true what they say about Verizon....best customer service in the business. AT&T you should be ashamed! You could have had my business if you would have listened to the customer. read more

Would give no stars if I could. Went in to pay my phone off and pay my bill for the girl to charge my card twice. No problem, I come back the next day to "ATT Will reverse it". Yet, no one has record of the double charge (The girl canceled it in their system but never refunded me using the POS machine.) after explaining this they just said there's nothing they could do for me and sent me on my way. Two stars for a nice clean bright space. The fun stops there. Ruthie had a bit of an attitude and was a bit power trippy on the check-in iPad. The staff was dressed really poorly (beyond casual to house-lounge attire. The exceptions here were Mark, who was very well put together and Ruthie who's shoes and hair were on point. The sales associate was less than helpful about my upgrade options and moved on become we were ready to move on. As a long time customer of AT&T I get that you may be bound by rules but I also know AT&T values loyalty and would probably have worked with us. As a result we will probably be looking into Verizon next week and cutting ties with AT&T. read more

I was in the store with an IPhone problem and the clerk was very rude. He seemed put out to write down some prices and told me to look them up on my phone 2 times, when he knew it was broken. There were tons of sales people, but he seemed like he could care less about giving me any information. However, I called today and got a nice woman on the line, so it is hit or miss with this store. First of all, I had decided to upgrade my Iphone 3 to Iphone 7+ and when my hubby saw all the features on my phone he decided to upgrade from his Iphone 4 to Iphone 7. (He didn't care for the Iphone 7+ too big for him. So I suggested we go to ATT to do his upgrade! We came at a good time, we only waited less than 10 minutes! Brian Galli was the representative that assisted us. He was very knowledgeable on the product and very professional! My husband was all about cost effectiveness, in other words he wanted the cheapest price available and get something free as well! Don't we all?! Brian delivered! For every question we had, he thoroughly answered with concise responses. We also got a written breakdown of the costs for our monthly bill. We were done in about 20 minutes, happy, hubby ready to use his toy and we would recommend this place anytime!
