I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

Also, no apology. I needed a new battery for my Moto G Stylus, which is a couple of years old. They needed to order the replacement and said it would take 3-4 days. It's a 2-year-old Motorola, so that seemed reasonable. The person at the counter said they'd keep me posted, and the receipt said they would call me in 2 days. After a week, I called to check on the status and was told their records showed it was "out for delivery", but they couldn't give me a date. Several days later, the tech called my wife to inform her he broke the screen when replacing the battery. He apologized and took full responsibility. That was appreciated. Again we were told it would be 3-4 days. I would expect that since it was their fault, they would have paid for expedited delivery this time. There was no word while I waited for the repair. After a week from talking to the tech, I called (Friday) and was informed the screen was expected by 4 pm the next day, which would be on Saturday. They'd let me know if it came in early, but the worst-case scenario was that it would be Monday before I could pick it up. I finally received a call that it was ready 16 days after dropping it off. When I went to pick it up, the counter person was indifferent and charged me the full price of the battery and service. (They did not charge me for the broken screen since it was their fault.) I asked them to consider a discount due to the inconvenience of the extra 9 days without my phone. He said he'd check with his manager in the back. He said his manager said policy didn't permit discounts on shipping delays because it was out of their control, but the best they could do was to knock $10 off the total. I responded that any alleged shipping delay was directly attributable to them breaking the screen which was their fault. He held his ground. A paltry $10 was a missed opportunity to keep my business. The least the manager could have done was get off her ass and talk to me directly and offer a sincere apology for my inconvenience. They probably don't care, but I'll take my business elsewhere in the future and tell anyone I know to do the same.

I was greeted & helped as soon as I entered the store. Both of the employees were helpful during my visit. I got a new phone up & running with the data from my old phone transferred in a timely manner. My only issue is that they didn't have the phone color that I wanted in stock but he did offer to order it for me. The business also sales phone cases, chargers, etc at this location.

The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. Do not use their screen replacement services for iPhones…read more We went there on 2/08/2020 to replace the screen on my iPhone SE which with the exception of a cracked screen worked perfectly. Thirty minutes later we picked up my phone with the new screen however the phone kept rebooting when using any app, including making calls. We took the phone back immediately and the technician blamed the case, the battery and finally when he was proven wrong on each matter, he simply said that the phone was old. Additionally he claimed that the vibrator was broken which wasn't before I submitted it to them. Later I found out that the battery wouldn't charge and I wasn't even able to sync as well. Lack of integrity with incompetence makes for the worst customer service . The technician didn't even attempt to fix what he had broken and we were not given a refund. So basically we paid $55.00 to have my phone broken and lose a lot of valuable data.
