In the thirteen years that I've been with AT&T, I am not sure that I could say that I have particularly enjoyed having to go to one of their locations to resolve an issue--until now! I was greeted right away by two wonderful women who spent about an hour with me helping add a phone to my line, pick out the phone and accessories, and ensuring that I got the phone number that I wanted (I'm a little picky when it comes to having a good phone number). AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Warrenton, Oregon

I purchased a $20 item when I upgraded my phone but determined I didn't need it so I stopped by the store today with my receipt to return it. The manager didn't bother to get up from his chair and instead sat with his back to me and shared that they have a 2-week return policy. The issue for me was the lack of service and respect shown by a member of the management team. They were all so keen in selling me a new phone but now that I'm stuck with them as a carrier they don't seem to care at all. Last week my husband bought an iPhone 8 here & was told to "stop back in with any questions/concerns". Today we did just that. We were the only customers in the store. A man we later learned was "Bryan" sat at a table playing a game on his cell. He eventually said "Yes?" My husband tried to ask a question- was cut off "that's not our deal- you have to figure it out using your home computer". No eye contact. But switched from playing his game to picking up kinda shuffling a stack of note pads. I asked his name- "Bryan". I asked directly if he would explain an AT&T issue= "We don't do that here". My husband asked about a case- & Bryan pointed to a wall of cases. I said "No thanks". We're taking our business elsewhere. If there was a "zero" rating this jerk would get it. read more

Was having troubles getting a phone ordered online with AT&T so I made the decision to drive almost 3 hours from where I live in Washington state to get a phone for a family member that lives in Astoria. Zeke was who answered my phone call and had no problem checking their inventory and thankfully they had the one specific iPhone we wanted. He kindly held it for me so I could make the drive down to get it. When I arrived he was able to get me quickly checked out and was able to make some suggestions on changes to my account to save some money. Glad I made the drive and would definitely consider buying a phone again from here. read more

Everytime I've ever dealt with this store they have fubar'd my account. Sales reps have very little knowledge about anything. Avoid this location like the plague! Once again AT&T has proven to be morons. Cody Earlbeck is only interested in a commission to serve himself. read more

We got wonderful assistance at the store today. The kind and knowledgeable staffer efficiently cleaned out our two phones' charging ports so that we could wait till the new phones come out in a couple of months to upgrade. We appreciate her assistance and thoughtfulness. We have always gotten excellent service at this store during two phone upgrades and also got assistance for a problematic reconditioned phone purchased online. Glad to be back to AT&T, Warrenton Oregon. We were offed best pricing over other telecommunications. Best of all is the knowledge and kind service. Though other representatives are so very nice and knowledgeable Tammy is the most knowlegable and responsive to my needs whether she or the others reps are helping us. If the other reps aren't as knowledgeable she is there with a quick response to help them and us. Most of I love that she takes personal interest in us. When finished with our technical problem she asks what we are doing with our day or has us laughing about something when leaving the store. She makes us feel like part of the family/community rather than solving an issue and getting us out the door. Tammy is obviously my favorite as I've seen others also hope to be cared for by waiting for her till she is done with others. read more

I have a Surface Pro 10 and have had LTE issues since I had an AT&T store in Hillsboro help me set it up. I had to go to Warrenton for work today and couldn't get my cellular service to let me access the internet. I knew the AT&T store was nearby so after I completed my work task I stopped in. I was very skeptical and had a little bit of an attitude from my dealings with others in the past. After a bit of a hick up getting into my account Tami took over, accessed the account and got things going the right direction. The other guys (sorry I don't know their names) took the surface and plopped in a new SIM card. Did some re-configuring and rebooted my machine....wa la....it works!! Thank you all so much for putting up with my attitude and getting my machine working properly. It just might be worth the 1.5 hr drive to get their help on my next issue! read more

After being assured by other AT&T stores that I would be able to receive a loaner phone while mine was being repaired, we went into the store to ask an associate whether or not I would be able to pick one up. We waited nearly twenty minutes to be helped. While waiting, we overheard one of the associates ( the one that ended up helping us) being very rude and unprofessional to another customer. We were reluctant to talk to this associate, but she was the only one available at the time. When asking her about a loaner phone, she informed us that we had to buy a, "Go" phone and we could sell it when I received my old phone back from repair. The tone and the words that she used to describe this to us was VERY condescending and made both of us feel unwelcome to a company that I have been a customer of for over ten years. Not only were her remarks rude and unprofessional, she rolled her eyes at us and told us there was nothing that she could do (She didn't even try). This was by far the worst experience that we have ever had at an AT&T store (I've been to several stores all around the country), and we will not be going back. I will drive an hour out of my way to avoid being treated this way again! ***UPDATE*** I returned home and called 611. The lady on the phone was very helpful and was able to help me out with this situation! read more

Worst. Customer Service. Ever...Manager of this store was RUDE beyond words. Instead of trying to work on a solution to keep an AT&T customer, SHE opted for a very childish "well, I'm not going to tell you then" approach and then loudly shouted 'enjoy T Mobile' as I walked out the door. Yes, there were other customers there who all now know that AT&T lost another client for T Mobile. After reading the other reviews about this store, this doesn't appear to be a one time occurrence. I have happily changed to T Mobile. read more

I am not a fan of AT&T but my work uses them. I went in to buy a phone charger for one of the phones and after 15 minutes of not being helped or even acknowledged, I left and went to Fred Meyer and bought it. This is not my first encounter with their service and I don't care how busy you are, you can let a customer know that you will get to them as soon as you possibly can. read more
