Nina was incredibly hello and very very friendly, really appreciated her helping me and explaining everything me when a counter folks just let me walk by, and I never would have understood the deal with this place if she hadn't. Even later when we walked by the same 2-3 employees who ignored us the first time were just standing around; my point is that customer service can be hit or miss. Just hope you get Nina. Hoodies go up to a 5X, crewneck up to 3X, and I think T-shirts to 2X. They also have lots of cheap toys and stuff. The problem is that I asked for a sweater with elements from a different sweater, plus one of the designs they had on the wall. I looked at the sweater when I got home (well, to Eugene, where I'm from and was staying with family), and although all the pieces were there they weren't correct. The big design was on the back instead of the front. The sand dollar that was supposed to be on one arm (as it was on a sweater on the wall) was on the upper front of the sweater. It's fine, but it's not the design I wanted or paid $50 for. I was pretty clear about what I wanted so I'm pretty peeved that they either decided to change it without running it by me or didn't read the instructions correctly. They don't show it to you before you leave and since I had an angst toddler and a mom whose oxygen tank was ticking down with me, it didn't even occur to me to check it since I expected they'd done it properly. So don't be like me and instead, be sure to check their work.

They did have a large assortment of the puffy jackets in a variety of colors, but the prices just were. It appealing. I can find better elsewhere. There were hardly any of their so,I'd color classic long sleeve t-shirts or activewear pants, which I usually stock up on. The Eddie Bauer Outlet was what drew me out to Seaside and this tiny outlet mall, if you can even call it a mall. Now that their inventory is low and most of the other stores have gone out of business, I doubt I'll be back. I'll shop online or at the Woodburn Outlet because at least there are lots of other worthy stores there.

With a general lack of impulse control we stepped inside and inquired about sizes. The person that greeted us was soooo friendly and helpful.......so we couldn't help but buy 2 pairs of Hokas. But in all seriousness, North Coast Runners Supply is a very well stocked store that can outfit you with far more than just a snazzy pair of kicks. They genuinely seemed like a go to shop for running enthusiasts.

The lady was nice and answered all my questions, but there are so many designs all over place, it's really tough to pick one, if you don't know what you want. I searched for hulk, but dint find one and asked the lady and first she told she doesn't have and even I dint see but later she remembered, she may have one and it was above the counter, you can't easily find it. Dude did an AMAZING job making the new rubber sole fit with the original shoe. They look BRAND NEW (and these are shoes I've worn heavily for a few years). Quiet but friendly and helpful. I purchased a nice black leather purse the first time I came in and a wallet the second time. The purse lasted 4 years before the stitching started to come apart. Also, Cleanline surf shop in Cannon is great as well as we've rented from them in the past... they were just closed the morning we tried to rent there :)
