    They take forever and they didn't even help me at all. I don't recommend coming here unless you want to waste your time

    LIARS LIARS LIARS The manager of the store told me if I…read moreactivated my son's watch today, he had a $150 credit he would apply. It would come in the form of $10 per month for 15 months. I told him I didnt really need it for another 60 days or so, he told me the offer may not be around so I accepted it. Well, the paperwork had $10, he ensured me he just had to make a call to let them know it was a Verizon watch (I had just replaced my other sons watch) and it would make the credit $150. I told him I trusted him that he was being forthcoming and told him I wanted to wait for him to make the call. He acted like he did, leaving and coming back telling me I was all set, and the credit would show on the 2nd billing cycle. Well, it's never shown up, and on top of that Verizon charged me 300% more for the BS fees for a 19 day pro-rated month. 3 watches on the account, one has $1.79 fee, this one, $5.49. This was the case for all the different fees. So, the managers lies cost me $140 in credits for the watch, 2 months worth of service at $20 or so each, and Verizons rip off pro-rated fees for a total of $200 in added costs. They have told me 3 times they are making it right, but that doesn't happen.

Even WITH Customer Service on the phone, Sammi refused to honor the reimbursement we were owed. We will NEVER step foot in this location while she is present. Which sucks for them, and us, since we have always gotten our phones from that location. She was rude, snarky, and refused to honor a prearranged agreement made with T-Mobile. Steer clear of Sammy... Otherwise, it is a wonderful location. It is a shame one team member has to ruin a customers experience. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

I am not an authorized user but I arrived early in hopes to get things in the process so when they arrived we could just finish up and be out on our way. What should have taken maybe 15min took well over an hour because the other men working Adam and Chris sat in the back not helping the poor lady upfront who had multiple customers waiting on help. All I needed to do was upgrade my phone and purchase a new one. The girl helped me as much as she could while serving every other customer at the same time. She was so kind. An hour after my authorized user arrived we finally got help only to have issues because she did not have her id on hand. If someone had come out sooner and talked to us we could have known this sooner and had already been back before the men... Adam and Chris arrived. As soon as I told them to cancel my order and that we would be going to another location somehow miraculously they could give me the phone that I already purchased without scanning an id. Im honestly so confused. And there was absolutely no customer service given to any of the other customers by these men. The girl working there should get a promotion and these men need demoted and some more training in customer service. I have never experienced such bad customer service. With no apology.

    Switched to Consumer Cellular (CC) when I learned my previous mobile service provider (ATT) was…read moresupporting OAN (One America Network). The wireless service is through the same towers as ATT, but for about half the cost. That cost differential comes up in their customer service. My blood pressure always rises when I call their customer service team. I don't want to bore the reader with too many details, but when I tried calling for confirmation of some details I was told to enter my 4- or 6-digit security code. I was flummoxed; I hadn't set a security code. Trying the usual codes I use, I was greeted with a system response that they couldn't find that code and to try again. After the 3rd or 4th iteration their VRU (voice response unit) finally told me I could say "I don't know it", which I did. When I finally got in and connected, their customer service agent said now we're going to set up a security code. I was annoyed that they modified their processes to require a security code without telling their customers. How hard would it have been to include a note in our bills that this change was coming and to be prepared the next time we called customer service? Doesn't anyone think about how these changes will affect their customers before those changes are implemented? If you never have to call their customer service team, you might be satisfied with their service.

The savings (I just discovered) is $1.00 a month. AARP is $16.00 a year. NO savings at all! 2) I just bought a new phone and a screen protector. The screen protector I received is flawed. They do not do refunds for those. I paid $21.00 for it - thinking they would have a higher quality product. I was wrong. Do not purchase this unless you go to astore and have them put it on before you purchase it and see that it works. I will not be giving them a good review going forward. I'm very disappointed. Shame on you Consumer Cellular.
