When I called to this store, the woman who answered had no idea what a PUK was. I tried to explain what this was and she cut me off and told me it was an Apple problem to call them not the store. What she didn't know was it said to contact the carrier on the phone. This lead to me having to call corporate and spend a lot of time when she could've helped me right then and there. I guess since it wasn't a sale, I wasn't important. HOWEVER, shout out to corporate for getting me the answer I needed in less than 10 minutes after I finally got through on their helpline!!

That's a breach of confidentiality.
