Anything to get you into a new phone and tally towards their quota Leo helped and 2 existing lines were supposed to be transferred to my business along with a new line as well as a Lower monthly payment . WTF I changed cell phone carriers 3 days in the AT&T billing cycle and was told I was still responsible for the payment of the whole month! They say because of the agreement with the FCC. Hard to believe the FCC would approve fraudulent billing so AT&T can avoid losing money. read more

I will never use AT&T Wireless again. Service and selection were always good but they were pricey. So, a couple of weeks ago I decided to cancel my service and go with another carrier. Come to find out that AT&T will not reimburse me for my overpayment (they charge in advance). read more

Mike with the gray beard is that rudest man I ever met. Went in for help on a Sunday told us we were just basically out of luck in the rudest way possible. He looked like we were bothering him by coming in for help.If you are miserable at your job than just quit, Instead of treating customers like they are a nuisance. I just hate going to AT&T stores! Here I was desperate for help and stuck waiting for some time before I even was acknowledged. Other times the service has been rather unpredictable. I have 4 kids, 3 have cell phones and so I have been here too many times. This time was because my kids talked me into buying a phone online "on sale" for $100. I took it here to get activated and was told I still had to pay over $600 for the phone! Of course they didn't tell me like that, they threw around all kinds of numbers in the form of monthly payments. I felt like I was at a used car dealership! Well, you don't do that shit with me. I am ALL about the numbers. They were telling me that it was cheaper to go one way for $680 instead of another which cost $600. I told them that last time I checked, $680 was more money that $600. I felt like they were just tossing around numbers to confuse me and get me to spend more money. Nothing was written down, it was all said orally. I took out a pen and paper and started writing and it was downhill from there. All in all, I was pissed that I had already paid $100 for the phone, thinking that was all I was going to pay and then having to deal with someone who didn't know math. I left and returned the phone. Next phone I am just buying outright and not dealing with these idiots! read more

I went into this location today for a very simple business transaction I bought a new device needed the SIM card activated and the phone activated being a AT&T customer for almost 20 years the salesman didn't seem interested in what I wanted rather he wanted to Hard Sell me options for AT&T cable bundles phone upgrades Etc I said politely no thank you but I'm not interested in that, just getting my phone online which is fine that ended up happening but continued with the hard sale for other services which I politely again said no thank you he proceeded to ask me if there was something wrong with me at the end of the transaction I just said Thank You shook his hand have a nice day. I probably will not come back to this location because the manager was standing right behind him failed to step in and address the situation I thought was handled very unprofessionally, I get that that is his job to upsell but when I made it crystal clear that I was only interested in one thing that day that's where it should have stopped but it didn't. I am considering changing carriers because after today's events I don't truly feel appreciated as a customer of At&t. read more

My wife and I went in to the the store to upgrade to a new phone. The finger recognition doesn't pick up her fingers very well at all so we went back a the sales guy told her she's probably doing it wrong. My wife has reset the finger print function a number of times even using different fingers and it still doesn't work worth a dam. I also asked the kid if there was a different plan we could go to to save a few dollars.We got talk into changing our plan to save some money and got talked into a I pad mini and our rate would only go up a little bit from what we were going to save.Part of the sales pitch was if we lower our data plan we wouldn't get charge an overage but that our data would slow down a little bit. We probably would even notice because we live in the suburbs. Well not knowing data speeds etc. I took the kids word on this. Well the first month we went over the data allotment and the data speed slowed down to an agonizingly slow speed. I would have rather paid the 15.00 overage to get the speed back. So basically the kid lied to us plain and simple. He just wanted the sale and he prayed on two people who took his word. In my generation your word meant something. Apparently at this store the sale is the most important part not the customer. My wife shut off the finger print function because we could not get it to recognize her fingers. We are going to find another at&t store to see if we can get someone to help us that gives a dam. read more
