I went into the store because my samsung A16 phones map quest suddenly started buffering and I couldn't use it the lady I talked to tried to fix it but couldn't so after calling another guy over he tried everything he knew why telling me that these phones are junk they don't last that they have had nothing but complaints and it was a faulty data chip and needed a new phone,well went to a different store and a very young gentleman fixed it in 3 minutes simply by uninstalling the map app and reinstalling it, don't go to that store they're worthless read more

This is the shadiest store I've ever been in, not even sure I can articulate how poorly this place is run. I go in there with my in-laws, wife, and kids. We are all upgrading phones for our family plan. Long story short, the manager Jose tells us he will throw in up to $400 worth of accessories for our new phones for free. This sounds too good to be true, so we all clarify with him several times that we will NOT be paying for these items, Jose confirms we will not be charged multiple times. Fast forward a month and my mother in law notices we had insurance added to all 4 phones without our permission, and this $400 worth of accessories was clearly put on our bill. We have spend hours on the phone and in person trying to rectify this and make it right, but Jose is somehow never available and "is at a different store" despite his employees admitting he is still the store manager. The employee working there admitted to my wife this is "not a clean store," and that their management tells the employees to do this kind of shady business. I'll be contacting corporate and the BBB this week. NEVER going here again, this place needs to be charged with fraud. Another customer in the store who overheard my wife complaining pulled her aside and said Jose did the exact same thing to him with multiple fraudulent charges. In semi-related news, about 6 months ago we were told the previous store manager "left the safe open" and the store was robbed. After multiple attempts to visit this store during business hours, only to find the door locked, I finally was able to visit and only have to wait 20 minutes after the posted opening time for Victor to show up and unlock the door. He then decided to lie and tell me that I was not eligible to upgrade my phone without adding a line. I had done all the research beforehand and was just in there to make the transaction and walk out with phone in hand so I didn't have to worry about a nearly $1400 phone sitting on my porch after delivery. Instead I just went home and did it all myself online. It was easy and guess what, got my upgraded phone without adding a line. The only reason I didn't walk literally next door to the Verizon and swap carriers is that they actually looked pretty busy and after my interaction with Victor I didn't want to deal with other people for a minute. I don't understand why stores like this exist anymore. read more

Today I visited your store at 8379 Sheridan blvd in Westminster Colorado. I had the unpleasant experience of encountering the store manager. This young man showed no respect. He was just running his mouth. He was all about himself and what is with his little red bucket hat. He did not like it when I stated that he was being a bit rude to me. He stood back and his eyes got really big and he started throwing threats around, in front of all your customers He was so happy to tell me that "He was the store manager and he could very easily call the police on me" WHAT!! Who is the little human being? I a 62 years old and have never been treated with such disrespect. He wanted everyone to know that he had authority. Came in with a simple request and was met with smiling faces and eager to help. Both guys knew the answer and Zach put down what he was doing and helped a girl out. It literally took two mins and we were all happy! I asked for help from the same guys next door at Verizon and they were less than pleased to help but bc my service is actually with them, they "had" to. Much more pleasant experience at AT&T. I had a broken case I needed to replace, and he offered helpful suggestions on the best products for iPhone protection. He also helped me with a buy one get one/type offer, which was an added bonus. Helpful, knowledgable employees. My husband and I spent at least an hour at this location today while one of their employees was on the phone with customer service trying to resolve a on going billing issue. We had previously visited less than a month ago with information about who to call and what to say to get our issues resolved, but more than that the lady who helped us told us that if customer service wouldn't work with us to come back in and she would call with us; today she did, and we are so grateful! We hope to have this all worked out soon; things finally seem to be moving in the right direction, but it's all because of the great service we received at this location. This location is closest to home, but even if it weren't, I would still travel across town for their help. read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I traded in my phone and they "lost" it. It never was received??? No one at the store knew how to track it??? I had my proof of trade it receipt but no one knew what to do. I was told this would be handled months ago and no one ever followed up. After speaking with the manager who assured me he'd get this handled as it was their mistake, I've heard nothing from him. AT&T customer service says they're unable to help me since this isn't a certified store? Cool, thanks for scamming me to make a sale. This store needs serious investigation. read more

Came in yesterday for the first time while I was running some errands in the area and needed to get my bill paid asap! There were 4 or 5 people working but no customers so I thought heck yes I'm gonna be in and out! I didn't get the name of the young gentleman that helped me but he was very friendly asking how my day was and what I'd be doing afterward! He was Very professional and speedy getting me in their system and looking up my bill, he took my cash and got me out of there within 5 minutes of me entering! If I'm ever up this way again and need some phone services I'm definitely coming back to this location! Thanks guys for running a good store with friendly, well trained staff!!! read more

So I recently moved to the area. On my way into town I started having issues w my iPhone 6 Plus, it didn't want to charge. I took my phone into this location. A younger man that works at this location approached me-he inspected my phone (took a look at the charging port and told me that I had insurance and my only real option was to update to a new phone or submit a claim and I would receive a new phone within a couple of days. Not interested in updating my phone, I went home and ventured to another location a few days later. The Flatirons location was amazing. Come to find out I had lint stuck in the charging port. No need for a new phone!! I overheard another employee at this location telling another customer how getting the new iPhone 7 was a complete waste of money as the 7 would be obsolete in a few months. I couldn't believe the negativity and lack of interests in there jobs that these staff members had. read more

AVOID this store!!! It is an "authorized" AT&T retailer which apparently means they do not stand behind their products or word. We went to this store to switch our wireless carrier to AT&T. We chose this location based on the close proximity to our house...BIG mistake!!! I wish we had done our homework. In the process of buying our new phones and equipment we were sold a defective "Gadget Guard" (screen protector.) Adam, one of the salesmen applied it and he told us it was the last one they had in stock, to give it a week, and if it did not adhere properly to the screen to bring it back and they would replace it. One week later the Gadget Guard was still not working properly so we returned to this store to get a replacement. We were told by the same sales person (Adam) that there was nothing they could do in the store and the only solution was to register our screen protector with the production company (Gadget Guard) and that they would be happy to replace it if we paid $5 for the shipping. I know this seems like a small amount of money, but it's the principle. This defective equipment cost $40!!!! initially and we were told they would "take care of it" if it did not correct itself in a week and then REFUSED to hold true to their word. Disgraceful!!! We went as far as to threaten to cancel our service with AT&T if they did not take care of the issue, and neither sales person seemed to care. We spent several hours of our time trying to rectify the issue, and finally got assistance from AT&T's customer retention department. Lesson learned, only deal with ACTUAL AT&T stores! read more

Would leave less than one star but that isn't an option. I got my new iphone 7 plus and made the monumental mistake of taking it into this store to help get it set up because I had to get my phone number changed. Should have known there was going to be an issue when we walked in and both employees were sitting down watching wrestling and neither of them got up to help us. But, I digress. The employee who "helped me" was not smart enough to tie my shoes let alone set up a new phone. First, he locked me out of Apple. Then he told me that if I wait 24 hours, it'll automatically reset. That is a lie. Then, my boyfriend bought me a phone case and a screen protector. He charged my boyfriend's card THREE TIMES. So now we have the pleasure of dealing with his bank to get this rectified. My advise? Take your phone or tablet or whatever outside and show it to your dog and ask him to help you out. He'll be just as helpful as these employees, and probably have a better attitude as well. read more

This location is all about scamming people! My husband and I have been with AT&T for many years and have never had this kind of awful customer service! They lied about the plan that I was signing up for, saying it would be a cheaper way to go. Do not do the next program it ! If you can afford the phone upgrade , this next program is financing a phone and you end up paying 350$'s more than doing the 2 year contract ! This store is not a corporate store , they are only an authorized dealer! We went back the next day. There were two Customer Service agents and two customers ahead of us , it took us an hour to get through the line. They were doing this on purpose, to get us to leave. In fact 3 more customers came in behind us and left! On top of this it took another half hour to return the the phone. We call AT&T when we got home and Adam Souze from the store called me asking me for my Apple ID PASSWORD! Of course I didn't give him any information! But you have got to be kidding me! This is an outrage! These people are are doing unspeakable things to customers! I urge you not to go to this location ! Make sure you are going to a corporate store! read more
