Since my iPhone is getting old, the battery doesn't quite hold the amount of charge it used to. This is not normally a problem, as I carry an external battery from Anker with me. However, once I got to the mall I discovered, to my horror, that my iPhone would not charge. I then realized that I was standing 10 feet away from the Verizon store, and being a Verizon customer, stopped in to ask for help troubleshooting my device. Brian took a look at my phone and diagnosed the problem as a defective charger cable. I was able to buy a new cable and be on my way with a phone again. Totally saved my afternoon, thank you!

As a company, T-Mobile, like the other carriers, talks a good game. They have never fully delivered on any customer care promise and (at least in our area) drop calls and texts like it's their job!
