They were supposed to pass on my dissatisfaction to the new store manager, Osiris, but it seems they have not conveyed the information, and the manager has not contacted me. I still have this open issue; I remain with the problem unresolved, and no one has contacted me so far to solve it. I am being harmed by this, and I am not receiving the standard attention I would expect as a customer. I want to highlight my dissatisfaction with the company in question.

The store was exceptionally helpful, but AT&T helpline is the worst i have ever encountered with any company. However, both Chris and Yonel were very understanding and helped me get the 37.00 internet deal that was about to expire that day. Both employees were very knowledgeable and understanding willing to go above and beyond to help you get you the correct service.

When I called Geek Squad to figure out what was going on, I wasted more than three hours being bounced around to overseas call centers where no one had the slightest idea how to handle my concern. The end result? Because the ticket was marked as completed, they refused to give me a refund. So now I'm out $150 for absolutely nothing. This is a scam, plain and simple. The lack of accountability, the lies from the tech, and the refusal to refund money for a service never performed are completely unacceptable. Jonathan's skill and customer service saved me hundreds--highly recommended!…read moreMy iPhone 13 Pro Max battery got so bad I had to keep it plugged into an external battery for more than an hour of use. When I brought it in, Jonathan showed me that the battery had swollen dangerously, actually pushing the screen forward. He quickly replaced the battery and back glass and offered free repairs if I had issues within a year. However, my phone started restarting itself every few minutes of continuous use with a frustrating catch-22: I needed the latest iOS to calibrate the battery, but the phone wouldn't stay on long enough to download it. Jonathan tried a second battery and realized it could be hardware damage and ordered a new internal part (most likely the motherboard). I paid extra for that, but it was an amazing deal compared to replacing my whole phone. While waiting for the repair, he even lent me a loaner phone. When I got back, he had everything ready and waiting to log in, update to the latest iOS, and finish calibrating the battery. My phone has felt brand new ever since.
