What a horrible experience with this franchise store, this is not a corporate T-Mobile store. I…read morewent in to upgrade my phone; the sales person Ashish added an adapter accessory and a protection plan to my account without telling or consulting with me. After reviewing the receipt, I called the store and Ashish said this is how franchise stores enter information and I am not paying for any accessories or protection. Sounded like B.S. as she ws stuttering when caught with the scam. I called T-Mobile customer service and they confirmed store had charged me for accessories and equipment protection. I called the store several times, they would not answer, left a voice mail. Got a call from someone by the name of Mike who identified himself as a manager, he said by law I had to buy an adapter and 360 protection, when I called him out on it and questioned him further; he hung up and blocked my number. These sales people work on commission and that is why they pull these scams. On principle alone, I will file a complaint with T-Mobile corp office, BBB bureau and IL Attorney General's office. Buyers beware, don't shop here, read other reviewson yelp and google, they keep doing this with all their customers. They are giving a T-Mobile a bad name and ripping customers off. This seems to be a common theme against this location in other reviews.

This was required for me to be able to put a new band on it or I would have needed to buy a new one. I figured someone with the right tools and experience with detail may be able to help, and that's when C&K electronics came to the rescue.
