Computer Medics explained their diagnostic charge was $25. I left the tablet and got a call 2 days later saying the issue was a power button which needed replacing (@ $35). They ordered the part and called me 3 days later to say I could pick it up. The store is clean and organized. The staff is direct and straightforward with explaining charges and route to repairs and diagnostics. It was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to have them do additional work on other devices and computers.

Rather than price gouge me for bringing in the latest model, he accessed my device+let me know I had a newer, more pricy model that would cost more to me fixed. He then let me know that I had Apple care on my device+would be better off taking it to an apple care facility to get a replacement. That's above+beyond customer service+speaks to the character+integrity of the employee behind the counter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility.
