I went to this store 1 staff available only..I waited 25 min..I was asked to go to another ATT store.. either park Ave worcester or Shrewsbury st in Shrewsbury..I was told that he didn't know how to open another prepaid account after it closes..He was very helpful to prior customer & fluent in speaking Portuguese..He also told me that his colleague who was supposed to come into work to help him was undependable & he couldn't count on him to come on time to work..Is this store there for only buying new phones???I feel that I was not given the service that ATT is well known for @ this store.. read more

AT&T is the only carrier with coverage at my new property in Vermont so I am strong-armed into getting service from them. Short Story: I visited the store 3 times and called them once. I still don't have a plan and I'm still forced to go with AT&T. Long Story: On my first visit, I dealt with Verizon to get my account number and some code to switch carriers. But AT&T rejected my old phone. I left and got another phone. On my second visit, our previous transaction wasn't cancelled and he couldn't start a new one so he had to call Customer Service. Oops! They don't open for another 30 minutes at 11am. I leave. I return a half hour later for my third visit. He calls customer service. Oops! They are down for service maintenance. Come back in an hour. He recommends waiting two and returning. I LIVE A HALF HOUR AWAY! I can't drive all over Massachusetts for a stupid cell phone transfer that won't happen. I smarten up and call ahead before my fourth visit, two hours later, and I ask if the transaction has been cancelled. Oops! He hasn't called them yet. He puts me on hold. I hang up. I'm still forced to go with AT&T. Every time I go to a cell phone store I leave feeling used and dirty. *sigh* read more

I walked in as a Verizon customer who simply needed a screen protector on my iPhone. Gabi was so kind and helpful. Sadly their credit card machine was down so I decided to go to the Verizon store down the street out of convenience. After having a very poor experience at Verizon, I left, went to the ATM, grabbed cash and headed right back to AT&T. Despite how busy it was, not only did Gabi greet me, but another associate named Victor welcomed me back. Victor applied the protector with no issues and reminded me to activate the warranty should anything happen to the protector. I might also point out that I needed to wait because a customer who was deaf was needing assistance. I could see he was having difficulty explaining what his problem was, but Gabi remained incredibly patient and kind. Having worked in human services for over 10 years, I was humbled that someone outside of the field executed such patience and over-the-top customer service. Bravo! read more

This store is convenient and have most of the items you may need. Parking is a challenge and is a bit difficult to get to. Depending on the store associate some will try to up-sell you very hard. Some will flat out lie to you to get you to upgrade your plans and add unnecessary features. Although some are decent, so my only word of advise is buyer beware. read more

This authorised retailer provides the best service I've ever experienced for any company -- but especially when dealing with AT&T. Quite regularly and apparently unavoidably, AT&T's customer service (by phone and online, that is) manages to screw things up. I've had to come to this particular store twice now and this store always gets things straightened out. I feel like Jairo and Johnny are my friends now! I joked that I'll probably be back in a few weeks, but if I get to deal with the same people here again, I won't mind that at all. read more

I walked in just needing a charger, and Jeff helped me figure out a better plan (more texts, less money) for my phone as well. He was friendly, clear, efficient, and awesome. He went above and beyond to help me, even telling me how to get an additional discount for being a teacher. When I got home, I realized by a fluke the charger wouldn't work with my case. I went back, arriving right at closing time, and Jeff stayed open the extra few minutes to help me. He fixed the problem, and it now works great. read more

I think the staff at this store is the most helpful and friendly. I've been a customer at this store for almost 10 years. Whenever possible I will choose to go this store versus the other 2 that are in Worcester. Not that the other stores are not good, I've always received above average customer service at the Pleasant Street store. read more
