I lost internet in my building (the landlord supplies it), and Penelope C. helped me get set up fast with a 5G gateway. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the whole setup, and had me out the door quickly. Penelope was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I was grandfathered in at $40 and they took this opportunity to pull a fast one on me...looking for another provider now....their cust service for prepaid sux....

Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. I called the store to tell the owner that we received a defective screen. He refused to replace the screen even though it failed after ONE DAY! So much for the protective screen and defender case that he sold us! He will NOT stand behind his products. We have had roughly 5 phones repaired here over the last few years.
