Reception in most cities is "adequate" to "great". Occasionally you will find a city that was overrun by another carrier and you have reception issues, but most of the time it's fine. T-Mobile seems to utilize cross-carrier roaming in those more difficult cities. You won't get great data speeds in those cases (as T-Mobile is essentially running as an MNVO), but it still works. In other cities, you will get mind blowing speeds. I'm talking about speeds that theoretically max out your device. I'm happy to say that is more the rule than the exception. With the 5G rollouts, not only are the speeds increasing, but the availability of data in a crowd is increasing too. What I personally like is that my T-Mobile plan has free data and texts when I'm traveling to other countries. With other carriers, that's an extra fee. This is WAY more convenient than getting an unlocked cell phone and finding a local SIM card for data in a foreign country. People at T-Mobile stores are generally well-qualified and trained, and helpful. Occasionally, you will find someone who attempts to add a hidden warranty to a new device sale, but even that is quickly and easily resolved by a call to T-Mobile's great customer service team. I've never had a bad experience with any T-Mobile representative on the phone, which is rare now a days.

Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

I didn't have to purchase a new phone 2. I did'nt have to go through the hassel of transfereiing data to a new phone. My only complaint is they are a little pricey, but I guess I would have paid more to get a new phone. For my cracked/broken screen I paid 200.00. I dropped my phone off at 2:30pm and he had it fixed by 5:30pm so relatively fast service. I just dropped off my daughters computer to get repaired and I am hoping the cost to repair her computer is affordable. We shall see and I will update once I find out.
