Reception in most cities is "adequate" to "great". Occasionally you will find a city that was overrun by another carrier and you have reception issues, but most of the time it's fine. T-Mobile seems to utilize cross-carrier roaming in those more difficult cities. You won't get great data speeds in those cases (as T-Mobile is essentially running as an MNVO), but it still works. In other cities, you will get mind blowing speeds. I'm talking about speeds that theoretically max out your device. I'm happy to say that is more the rule than the exception. With the 5G rollouts, not only are the speeds increasing, but the availability of data in a crowd is increasing too. What I personally like is that my T-Mobile plan has free data and texts when I'm traveling to other countries. With other carriers, that's an extra fee. This is WAY more convenient than getting an unlocked cell phone and finding a local SIM card for data in a foreign country. People at T-Mobile stores are generally well-qualified and trained, and helpful. Occasionally, you will find someone who attempts to add a hidden warranty to a new device sale, but even that is quickly and easily resolved by a call to T-Mobile's great customer service team. I've never had a bad experience with any T-Mobile representative on the phone, which is rare now a days.

The store representative confirmed my identity and the accuracy of the account info I provided to a different customer service rep who in addition to claiming I have other services I didn't order and reporting information on my account not matching mine. Nevertheless AT&T continues to dent any identity theft or other problem with my account. I went in this location today because I have an IPhone 13 and could not get Carplay to operate in…read moremy truck. The associate could care less about my problem and spent approxiately 15 seconds with me and no one else was in the store at the time and told me I would have to go to Apple to get the problem fixed. I just looked at him in disgust and walked out !!!!!!!! I then went to a repair place on the southeast corner of Park Blvd and Jupiter in Plano. All it has on the canopy of the store is Phone/Computer Repairs. The gentleman inside was overly nice, actually went out to my truck and spent about 45 minutes getting Carplay set up correctly, ended up selling me a new power cord which was part of my problem and then I asked him what I owed him and he said how about $80.00 total and I said to him how about $100.00 total and handed him a $100.00 bill. This is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT WHAT CPR CELL PHONE REPAIR has in their business !!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER walk back in CPR Cell Phone Repair and I will do my best to tell EVERYONE I KNOW the same thing and to go to Plano for their Cell Phone Repairs !!!!!!!
