Unfortunately, the entire session was not what I expected. For most of the 90 minutes, she used her elbow to press very hard on my shoulders. It did not feel like a Swedish massage at all -- it felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. Today I woke up with severe shoulder pain. My shoulders are extremely sore, and I honestly feel worse than before the massage. I came in to relax and receive a proper Swedish massage, but instead, the session consisted mostly of intense elbow pressure and stretching. It was very disappointing and not what I paid for. I will not be returning.

If you have any areas of focus you can let them know beforehand and they really do their best to focus on your problem areas. I came in a day before an event to relax a little and I asked if they could do 45 minutes and they said "is 30minutes okay?" but I said I wanted a relaxing session and they ended up accepting 45 minutes but when we started they left the room and stopped the massage, they came back and apologized then we proceeded with the massage but they were really rough (genuinely think I got bruised) and I told them and they apologized but then still were quite rough... I just felt like they weren't really properly trained and did what ever. When finished they were leaving the room but I stopped to give a service tip, she counted it in front of me and said "they usually give $10 do you have?" And I was embarrassed because I didn't know there was a minimum, I gave $7 for a 45 minute session priced at $60. I just thought that after the quality and service, I don't think that they should be asking for more tip.. safe to say I will never be back and this is not a good impression as someone who is not from the area and is just stopping by for a trip.

Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. The lobby and overall space is well curated. The lobby has a coffee and tea bar that also has water post massage. 100/10 be sure to call and make an appt for you're girl!Can't wait to be back!
