They did call 30 min beforehand to confirm the appointment and massage type so that was nice. Parking was spacious, entrance was modern, sleek and tranquil. I was placed in a couples massage room and they go above and beyond for relaxation here: there were bowls of essential oils (?) with flowers right below where you put your face through the pillow when you lie down. So not only will you get massaged, you'll smell only nice things while doing so, making the whole sensory experience quite elevated. My masseuse adjusted pressure as we went along and as I asked. Even marked that one knit and she truly kneaded that out !! When I went home and lied on top of my heating pad, my muscle were sooo relaxed. Overall: 1000/10 recommend. I'm for sure coming back!

She was so crazy about it that she went ahead and booked her boyfriend a session with Sam T right after we left, which is basically the proof. Speaking of my session, I was with Tracy, and she blew me away. She gave me the attention I needed and mainly worked on the parts of my body where I usually have the most stress. The thing I liked the most was her depth of knowledge. She didn't just target those areas but also told me what she was observing and indicated to me what might need more work in the future. The whole thing was very much a one-to-one treatment, and it seemed like she really wanted to help me improve not just for the time being but long-term as well. Having to repeatedly ask for amenities that were already paid for took away from the experience. The highlight of the visit was the facial. The esthetician was wonderful, and it was honestly the most relaxing part of the day--I nearly fell asleep during the treatment. Unfortunately, between the shortened massage time, missing package inclusions, and having to advocate for benefits that should have been automatically honored, I didn't feel I received the value I paid for. I just felt like they weren't really properly trained and did what ever. When finished they were leaving the room but I stopped to give a service tip, she counted it in front of me and said "they usually give $10 do you have?" And I was embarrassed because I didn't know there was a minimum, I gave $7 for a 45 minute session priced at $60.
