We love RH furniture.... In fact, we've got several rooms of it in our house, filled with it, where the deco of the room was centered around the St James collection or the French Contemporary Collection for the bedroom - We even painted walls and installed hardwood flooring to match! We even just took delivery of our final pieces this past week, but even still, we decided to take a look at this store, as we haven't been to it since it was in the outlet mall across the street. The selection of furniture here was amazing - lots of pieces available and th4ey had incredible deals going, including 20% on everything and most everything we saw was already 60% off! The only gripe was that they didn't have any decorating accessories, which is what we were hoping for. Otherwise, you're not going to find better furniture at such high quality and incredible prices! read more

It was a great deal! Apparently, this sale only happens once a year as part of their inventory sale in Jan. Mohammed took great care of us and even gave us a partner they use for delivery. I had a very good experience in this store. Customer service and delivery. The prices are still above average for furniture, that is true, but they are about half the price of retail. Some pieces that have a small blemish get discounted to 25% of original price. I was able to find the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on, classic and beautifu,l at that price point. The couch has a stain resistant material, and all it needed was a professional cleaning and it looks like new. read more

Given this store is located in Loudoun County, I'm sure there will be many people who will make purchases from here. It was nice to stroll through the store and checkout the furniture pieces, but honestly I wouldn't be buying anything here. The associate working did seem very nice and asked if we needed any help. 5/21/19 Horrible furniture. Horrible pricing for an outlet store. Horrible customer service. Horrible waste of time. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first RH outlet store but the majority of the pieces of furniture should NOT be sold. The damage is considerable and the price point is beyond ridiculous. I looked at a crystal chandelier that was still going to cost $3,000 after all discounts and it was easier to count the 7 individual crystals that were chipped and broken instead of the 63 that were. I asked how to get replacement crystals which were $1,500 for a brand new set. There was a female sales associate that couldn't answer basic questions: -Do you offer stain removal? -How do you deliver? -How do you get replacement crystals for the chandelier? -Is everything out on the floor or do you have additional items in the back? -Are you able to get this item in a different color? -Are the wheels from this couch removable? -How many feet is this couch, it's not listed on the tag? -What kind of fabric is this and is it easy to clean? -Are you able to check inventory at other RH Outlet stores. Why is this woman working there? She didn't know ANYTHING! At one point she said to me you can come to the register I'm ready for you. WTF? I asked her what do you mean you're ready for me? She said if you want to buy this couch and this chandelier. I politely tell her that I need to work with someone else because you haven't been able to answer even ONE of my questions. She just sort of nodded like a bobble head and left me even more confused and frustrated. RH employees make about $16-20/hr and she made a minimum of $16 by doing absolutely nothing. Finally, these items should not be sold and at the least they need to staff salespeople that can attempt to sell these donation-level items. I would never recommend this location to anyone and I hope they close down. I feel like RH is being very unethical by selling these overpriced damaged items. read more

Amazing place!!!! We have scored some incredible finds here at a significant savings! Please keep in mind that Restoration Hardware is high-end and the pricing although discounted is not cheap. You get what you pay for. Customer service is exceptional! I have even been able to get great design advice by providing pictures of my home and furniture. Asli is a GEM! Phillip is wonderful and Christian is also super knowledgeable and nice. You can even request that they hold items for you for a couple of hours since they understand their location is a bit far. Seriously stop what you're doing and get there NOW! Actually don't get there I want all the great finds for myself lol! read more

Restoration Hardware has beautiful furniture, albeit very expensive. I have my eye on a cloud couch, and their outlet had a few on display, but they were already spoken for. If you are looking to invest in RH furniture, check out the outlet first. You may be able to save a couple thousand dollars! FYI, the store moved from its old location within the Leesburg outlet. It's now located where, I think, the old Off Saks 5th used to be (either the first or last store you will encounter, depending on the side you park on.) read more

I highly recommend (a) getting there as soon as it opens and (b) calling ahead of time to get a schedule of deliveries and potential sales (it's always great when they have those "an additional 40% deals.) I also agree with a number of the other posts in that you have to remember what restoration hardware costs to begin with, or you'll be completely thrown off. Finally, and the VERY MOST IMPORTANT part about visiting this shop is: measure and record every aspect of the space(s) you are looking to furnish!! Also take photos of the spaces. It's SO beyond easy to underestimate the size of the furniture and then there are no returns! Okay, actually a couple more things, make sure you bring a car or truck, or be open to paying for delivery. The delivery is through a separate, private company, so it costs extra. And then, really this is last, but if you see anything you like immediately have someone who works there put a hold sticker on it. As long as you're in the shop, they'll hold it for you. read more

She is knowledgeable about the products the store has in its inventory and provides helpful design suggestions about mixing the various pieces. She displayed genuine enthusiasm for wanting to help me find the right furniture and even followed up to let me know another RH outlet store carried the item. My husband and I were commenting how it's rare these days to find customer service that is helpful without being pushy or overly sales-y. Jamie is awesome and makes my shopping experience pleasant. You should know what the original retail prices are like at Restoration Hardware before you walk into the outlet before complaining or experiencing sticker shock. Their items are pricey. At first glance into the store, it didn't look like it was open and was more a showroom floor. However, after deciding to go in, I made my way around and found some cool and still pricey items. After hearing a couple remark about what a good deal some items are (after the 40% discount that they were offering yesterday), I decided to really look into that. Living in an apartment in DC does not afford me much space on my budget so I opted for smaller items and settled on two rectangular plates, two square plates, and two bowls. Final price was less than $60. That might seem steep but they are large and for entertaining and if weight means anything, well worth it! The guys working in the store were friendly and helpful and took the time to ring me up, answer my questions and requests, and wrapped all my purchases carefully. After the one guy was done wrapping my items, he even rushed to the door to open it for me since I was clearly having balance and strength issues with my new purchases. I overheard another employee say they do not offer shipping but have worked with a third party vendor to get your items to your place. read more

Great deals on furniture here, but all sales are final so make sure you inspect every inch of the piece you are planning to get. WARNING: RH outlet doesn't have a delivery service. They have a third party delivery service they recommend (called Express Delivery), but if you are getting large pieces, I wouldn't use them. They are over priced, slow, and they do not do a good job of moving heavy pieces. They charged me $350 for 4 pieces of furniture, and they dinged up almost EVERY piece that they carried to the second story. One guy warned me that they are not responsible for the drywall if they dent it up because "the pieces are very heavy." Ok, you take your time (a whole 1.5 hours) to carry up 4 pieces of furniture but you're not careful about it? WTF? Maybe you should have more people helping you out. Or hire stronger men... read more

Just visited the outlet in Leesburg for the first time and found my dream leather sofa on a busy Saturday where holiday weekend shoppers were abundant. Price was great and we got it delivered with a chair to Stafford on Sunday. Every single employee we interacted with was very friendly and willing to help answer questions. I highly recommend this store and would be there every weekend if we lived closer. Had the couch and chair delivered by the company they recommended and received excellent service. They were very professional, arrived when they said they would, took excellent care of moving our massive, heavy, leather couch and chair which included carrying them up the back deck. Fast and efficient service and would definitely use them again. Be sure to have cash on hand to pay them when they deliver your items. They charge one flat rate to deliver up to 3 pieces. One note for new shoppers, if you place an item on "hold" don't leave the store or they take it off hold. You must remain in the store even if your hold tag is noted for a few hours. read more

Ok, let me tell you something. If you don't already know the secret, stop reading this review RIGHT NOW. I do not want hordes of people going in and swooping up my God given right to a bargain. But wait, someone tell that to the tour bus drivers. Leesburg Outlets actually has a few pearls that made me take the 35 minute trek twice this week. This was the first one. My wife and I went in to look at the furniture in the store. Now, granted, your initial reaction to the price tags is still one of shock - $2,500 for a cabinet??? After a markdown??? Seriously?!?! But wait, it gets better - this is all 30-50% for some pretty good stuff. The Wife and I actually went in looking for a bed in hopes that we would find a bargain. Low and behold, there she was. The Marston sleigh bed (framed) originally for $2795, marked down, 50% off. I went in and cased this thing out - I mean, some of the items are visibly broken, scratched, gouged, etc. This one had two minor scratches (not deep into the grain, more of a contact ding) on the front surface of the headboard. The rear had some mars from where someone set it down too hard on a stone floor and some scratches. No cracks or chips. The rails were factory packed and in perfect condition. However, in order to seal a bargain, I took the celebratory lap around the outlets after holding the salesman for about 20 minutes asking a bunch of questions. When we returned, we made a beeline for the furniture (you always gamble that someone else might get it when using the victory lap technique) and then told him that we wanted the other packages opened to inspect the goods. He complied. After making him invest nearly an hour into me for the furniture that was not yet sold, I popped the big question, "Man, if I buy this now, is there anything else you can do? The catalog has it down to $2550 from $2795" His response? "Umm....how about another 10%? It's the best I can do." SOLD!!! After arranging for delivery and having to go to McLean Hardware for a couple of wood screws (the screws for the slats were missing but easily replaced for $0.08 each), I have a nice bed. I'll write about my Sleepy's experience later - but yeah, Jake 1, Restoration Hardware...well, in this case, 1 since they got rid of damaged merchandise. But I'll be back! read more

Agree with others, that you need to know how much Restoration Hardware furniture is to begin with when walking in. With that said, you can snag some great deals. Before moving, we were able to get a large dining room table, kitchen nook table, and several chairs for so much less than retail. The place can get crazy on the weekends, especially if there is a sale. Sales people can get overwhelmed, but generally helpful. Watch out for the 'hawks' that come here first thing every weekend and buy a crazy amount of things (can't believe they are actually purchasing for their own home) before anyone else can get to them. read more

Stopped into the Restoration Hardware Furniture Outlet store at Leesburg Premium Outlets. For an outlet furniture store, it is pretty well organized. Was greeted by a friendly sales person when I entered the store. I was looking for some patio furniture for my balcony. As you may know, Restoration Hardware sells high quality stuff. I found a table and four chairs, plus an umbrella for the table. All items were 30% off their retail store prices PLUS they give you $25 off each $100 you spend. 4 stars for getting a bargain!! I had signed up for the preferred customer list since we were in the market for a leather sofa, and my husband is very particular about what he likes. I was told to call the store on the days before the shipment to see if the sofa I wanted was coming in - and after calling about 5 times we had almost lost hope. However, since it was a 40% off sale we decided to take a gamble and drive the 45 mins up to leesburg to check it out (we had also called prior to driving up that day and it was absolute madness on the phone - we got mixed messages about whether the drive was worth it). Long story short: we found our couch and got it for 40% off. However I would note that if u choose to use the delivery service (3rd party - movers direct, Geraldo) we are pretty sure he just gave us an arbitrary price for delivery ($200 to arlington), even though the lady in the store had told us it would likely be about $140. Having said that, perhaps you should negotiate the price with him - he actually did a really good job. Tip: try to touch base with him before you leave the store. Also serious props to Alyssa at the outlet - she was extremely helpful and lovely. read more

I love this place, and the prices are unbeatable. I got a huge cabinet the other day for half of what it cost online :) Great employees who are very helpful and nice guys at the loading dock out back too. Always seems to be a nice selection of sofas here. I don't care for how busy it is when it first opens and you have to be pretty aggressive to snatch up the deals first...although I suppose that is part of the fun "thrill of the hunt" that you get with an outlet. Love this place. You need to do your homework first and look online or in retail store. You will only get a smidgeon of the selection. If you aren't terribly picky about what you are looking for it is worth it. I was looking for a darker wood double vanity in a range of styles. Beware! We have purchased many things from this outlet store. The help ok - nothing great but big beware when buying stuff - especially hardware and plumbing fixtures. They will tell you all the parts are there - NOT - and forget about getting any help to purchase the parts thru their customer service department. I have a super long boring story about redoing a bathroom - specs were not as stated - even on full price from the catalog stuff so sizing for rough ins were incorrect. Sure - they will take that back but I aready have the tile up/holes bored in the granite..... YIKES! Super duper run around on the phone. I have spent hours and still don't have what I need . They have some decent deals, tried to negotiate further discounts but they wouldn't budge. Ended up getting a beautiful china cabinet for half the price on a piece with very minimal damage. The discount is just not very good given the condition of the pieces. I was looking at beds. They were mostly in OK to good shape, but all had little spots of stain or wood damage. Small enough to get away with, but the store was holding firm at only offering 30% off retail. That's just not very good given that right now, RH has 15% off retail through their main store (and a store rep at RH said their sales are usually 15-25% and it seems there are lots of sales). So you basically are getting 5 to 15% off and have damaged pieces, and have to wade through a big, unorganized mess to try to put pieces together. It looks like the outlet starts discounting things more if they sit unsold for awhile, but those tend to be the more damaged or less desirable pieces. To top it off, they had to hunt around for the right hardware for the headboard (which didn't inspire confidence that it was all there), you have to hire a third party delivery guy to deliver it (so no set-up or help on that end if the hardware is missing), it's FINAL sale, and to top it all off, none of the beds come with the platform slats. I was told you have to just go to Home Depot and buy universal slats, but after researching, these seem to run $100-150. All that hassle is just not worth a measly 5-15% discount, in my opinion. Also, sadly for RH, looking around that beat-up, crowded outlet really took the shine off the merchandise, and I realized how much the aesthetic design of the main stores justifies the crazy high prices. In the outlet, I actually started to question RH quality and the high prices a lot, seeing the stuff piled up and not laid out so prettily. Now if this were a TRUE outlet, in the sense that you get bigger discounts, you could overlook that it's all thrown together. I say if you live nearby, it's worth stopping in to check out what's around, but I drove an hour to look at the beds and it was a huge waste of time. read more

Restoration Hardware pricepoints are certainly high and to an extent so is this outlet. The selection here was pretty impressive but many of the items are overpriced. I am a huge, huge Resto fan and the outlet was nicely laid out and the staff was super helpful and very nice. They had a 20% off promo recently which is great. Furniture tends to be damaged and overpriced but there are 2 really good gems here. First, the racks of Resto knick knacks (hence the Hardware in the name) which is located near the registers and on clearance...some great gift ideas on here which are well priced. Second, head to the table filled with clearance bedding (shams, blankets, euroshams, boudoir pillows, etc.). Some great steals here although it will be hard to put together a complete collection as its an assortment of older Resto bedding collection but the fun in bedding is mixing and matching which you can do here. Multiple markdowns resulting in some of the shams being priced at $10. The other bedding against the wall (and much more organized) is way overpriced and only about 30% off retail. Don't come here looking for anything specific but they do have some great values and unlike SO many outlets these days, everything here is first rate Resto (sold in the real Resto store or online) although some of it is damaged. I saw some current stuff here but the prices were better online. Well worth a trip to Leesburg just for this outlet. read more

Beware fraud. I bought a leather "kindle cover" only to find that it was for earlier, discontinued kindle models and did not fit the present 6" kindles. I contacted Restoration Hardware and was told that: "all sales are final". I pointed out that they were selling the covers as fit for purpose when they were fully aware that they were not and that this constituted fraud. Their response was "all sales are final." The store itself had a lot of furniture - this past weekend was my first visit to a resto outlet. We ended up purchasing a couch on Saturday for a great deal/can't complain, however! WARNING - do not use the moving companies they recommend - Express Delivery - Gerardo Salas. Very unprofessional - the couch did not fit in the elevator and the movers/"delivery guys" refused to take it up the stairs and the manager at restoration would not allow express delivery to take it back and allow us to arrange another mover to pick it up the next day. We found out the hard way - dont take the sales staff word on outside delivery services that they "recommend". Poor customer service from restoration hardware outlet manager - he actually hung up on us. I have found some good deals the two times I've shopped at this store... however each time I've had unbelievably rude service. There are two men in particular who were there both times... I got the distinct feeling that they felt I wasn't "good enough" to shop in their store, and when I did purchase something one of them asked me "so, is it cheap enough for you?" and snickered with another employee. I was mortified, and if I hadn't already paid I would have left with nothing. It's a shame, I love their furniture but good grief. I don't know where the attitude comes from, they work at an OUTLET. My wife and I were excited to shop at Restoration hardware Leesburg outlets for the first time, having been recommended by a friend and spent several $$ hundreds there. We picked up bath rugs and other misc things for our new home. When we got home we noticed one of the three bath mats were different colors (similar, but different shades) and these were all going in the same bathroom. As soon as we figured it out ( less than 90 minutes), we called the store and asked if we could simply switch out the one mismatch for the correct colored bath rugs to match the other two, and they said "NO. All sales are final." My response, "We do not want to return anything, the rugs were all in the same area and organized by color, but this one must have been mismatched, because it is a slightly different shade. All we would like to do is switch it for the correct rug." They said they were sorry and were aware of the two shades of rugs, but would not accommodate our request. They were stocked with these bath mats and it was a simple request. It is disappointing to say the least. Both myself and my wife are in the people business/ service, and I have to say this place stinks. The way we were treated was horrible and made to feel like we were bad people for even asking such a thing. I recommend you stay away from this place read more
