The install date arrived and Anthony and Allen plus the entire install team were super professional and knowledgeable. With Elevated, you're not getting some random crew that is being assembled, you're getting Avenger level installers. The front doors are gorgeous beyond words. I added two pictures of what the front doors looked like before as a comparison and the patio doors with the blinds are STUNNING! Recently, this year, the original owner retired and sold the biz to an employee and I can say that the integrity and tenacity has been fantastic. He got back to me very quickly after requesting a quote on a Friday morning and then was at my house in person the next day -- Saturday. We didn't make up our mind on the service provider until Wednesday that next week (because that was the soonest the other service provider could get to our house to give us a quote). Called Steve on Wednesday to give him the good news, and he was there that Saturday installing our door (the other provider had a couple week lead time to install). Steve was friendly, professional, and quick. We love, love, LOVE our doors! We have true french, glass doors that open outward toward our patio. We can now have both doors wide open anytime we want! And nothing to block the view when the doors are closed (like if we had permanent screen doors in front of them), or open for that matter. The retraction works great, and the connector with the little switch that keeps the doors shut works perfectly (much better than the magnet option, imho). The product looks really, really nice. It's high quality. I should say that we tried to DIY with a product from Home Depot. Not HD's fault, but the product was absolutely AWFUL. Shoddy, cheap, and non-functioning. What a waste of time, effort, and money (that was refunded). I really encourage you to make the investment if you think this is what you want. Oh, and fwiw, the two estimates of Steve's and the other service provider were basically the same.

I had a broken side mirror on my SxS and went to the dealer for a replacement. They do not just…read moresell a replacement mirror, they only sell the full set for the wonderful price of $280.00 plus. I removed and disassembled the broken mirror, removing the broken lens and took it to Asqueta Glass. They showed me a piece of similar thickness mirror and cut me the exact replacement mirror after a short wait, I took it home and with some minor trimming it popped right in. They charges me a total of $8.04 the price of one square foot of mirror their minimum charge. These people were wonderful and took care of my simple little project. If you need glass or mirror help, this business is wonderful and extremely fair and helpful. I don't think you will go wrong if you use Asqueta Glass.

We ordered a door from Renewal by Andersen of Boise in October. The salesperson came out, helped us…read morechoose the style and color, and took measurements. A few days later, we had to leave work to meet with another employee who came out to verify dimensions. We were initially told the door would be installed in January. February arrived, and the installation finally took place. Unfortunately, the door was built to swing in the wrong direction, and it did not include the three-point locking system we had specifically discussed and expected. Instead of taking responsibility, we were blamed and told that we had ordered it incorrectly. After considerable effort on our part, they finally agreed to reorder the door. We were then told the replacement would be installed by May. When May came around, we received a call explaining that a plant fire had delayed production. We asked for some form of discount or accommodation given the delays, inconvenience, and multiple mistakes. The representative we spoke with was extremely rude, denied there had been any plant fire, and once again seemed more interested in blaming us than resolving the situation. After months of delays, multiple appointments, missed work, incorrect products, broken promises, and poor customer service, this has been one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had. Renewal by Andersen of Boise charges premium prices, but our experience has been anything but premium. We would not recommend them based on our experience.

Didn't ship on time. Comes without instructions. WAY overpriced compared to pet store doors,…read morerequires customization by the installer. I placed my door order the second week of May 2026. Waited for shipping information to be provided, and then after almost two weeks of waiting, I called and asked about it, and was told that it had just shipped... I got it within 3 days after that. Funny how that works. These are advertised as "insulated" pet doors, but the insulation is nothing more than a thin (22G or 24G) piece of sheet metal that was pre formed to match the doors to fit inside the wall.... But I had to cut it to the correct thickness to fit my wall. Good thing I have metal cutting tools already I guess. It came with no installation instructions which may be an issue for most people when contemplating putting a hole through the exterior of their house. You'd think that they could at least include a template for cutting the metal, or even one for how large the hole in your house needs to be. I asked for instructions for install, and was provided a text response with what looked to be a "voice to text" transcript on how to do it....really? For a product that I paid 400+ dollars, I was expecting real quality. The Customer Service certainly wasnt there, nor was the shipping, and the product its self isnt all that great comparatively when looking at doors that come from the pet stores.
