I contacted them regarding a number of items I needed repaired with glass. Someone came out within a day or two and measured the items. Due to the weekend the glass was brought out that Monday. Unfortunately, the one glass piece was a little to large and needed to be shaved down. This was done overnight and the following day I had the glass fit nicely. Riley did a great job from start to finish! Very pleasant and accomodating. Thanks again Riley! Would recommend them. I had a broken side mirror on my SxS and went to the dealer for a replacement. They do not just sell a replacement mirror, they only sell the full set for the wonderful price of $280.00 plus. I removed and disassembled the broken mirror, removing the broken lens and took it to Asqueta Glass. They showed me a piece of similar thickness mirror and cut me the exact replacement mirror after a short wait, I took it home and with some minor trimming it popped right in. They charges me a total of $8.04 the price of one square foot of mirror their minimum charge. These people were wonderful and took care of my simple little project. If you need glass or mirror help, this business is wonderful and extremely fair and helpful. I don't think you will go wrong if you use Asqueta Glass. read more

I needed to replace a mirrored sliding glass closet door in my RV. I contacted local dealerships to try to buy the door and they were completely clueless. I contacted ASQUETA Glass and spoke to a FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE lady who said that they could replace the mirror. I dropped the broken door off at their location in downtown Nampa and expected a few days to a week or more for the mirror to be replaced. I was happily surprised to get a call this morning telling me the door was ready for pickup, less than 24 hours after I left it. Friendly, professional company. They are not only wonderful but also reasonably priced. I wanted a dog door put into my sliding door. Not only did they go out of their way and find a door that would work for me They were honest upfront and let me know it could be a few weeks before they could get the glass in due to the materials problem this year. Their prices were very reasonable and Asqueta glass did a wonderful job installing the glass and the door. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. After moving into a brand new home and hiring Asqueta Glass to install two frameless shower doors - the job was never completed. Took many hours the first go around by installers that we were told were well trained professionals. Their workmanship was not ideal. As well as cracking tile that we had to have our builder then fix due to Asqueta Glass mistakes. We then had to hire out to another glass company to fix the mistakes of installation and also install the second door. The customer service from Becky at the shop was very disappointing. As a customer, I have NEVER been treated so poorly - or hung up on. I will never recommend this company to anyone. As they also hired an attorney after ONE bill was sent to collect from us.
