From the sales person to the installer and warranty person it just could not have been easier. All of them were prompt, very nice and easy to deal with. Installation took about 4.5 hours, the windows look beautiful and everything was clean. Not a speck of dirt or dust left behind!! The windows are quality. First thing I noticed was how much quieter my house was, living off a main road!! With the windows folding out it will be much easier to clean and the screen able to keep bugs out weather opened at the top or bottom. I truly love these windows!!!!

I met with MacKenzie and told her my needs. She educated me on my options and never pressured me to go with windows that I wasn't interested in. I was able to replace all the windows that needed replaced at one time (something I didn't think I would be able to afford) and I'm amazed at the difference the new windows have made already (no drafts and the heater isn't running all the time). Shayne and his crew were awesome as well. They came out and replaced 5 windows in 2.5 hours. They were polite, efficient, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I recommend Window World to others.

I ordered a replacement pane for a fogged panel from View Point in May and their customer service was horrible. I called and emailed many times throughout the process and rarely had a return response from the service department. We found out in November that the pane had been delivered to the dealer in August. Since we had not purchased the windows through View Point, they wouldn't consider installing our pane until at least December. They agreed to deliver the pane for $100 and we managed to install the replacement glass yesterday before the next winter storm. Unless you are buying new windows through View Point, do NOT deal with them.

They erected scaffolding to access the area and carried heavy materials and equipment up ladders. Solutions had to be figured out on the fly as they encountered unexpected problems. They both maintained a cheery outlook and positive vibe throughout. We were so impressed, we contracted with them to replace five blown windows, all of which have metal grids. One of them is a large half-circle and all are quite high. They had the glass custom-made and got the job done in one day. RJ and Clint are dependable, care about the quality of the finished product, communicate very well about the project and best of all are a joy to work with. We highly recommend them!

The person I supposed to meet was not even there. a…read morelady began to interview me, but was interrupted 6 time by her receiving phone calls from other agents in the field. The agents where using profanity regarding each customer. The information I was processing was very unprofessional. One actually was have the police called on him. Finally changed room to continue the interview. was advised that this position could be up to 14 hours per day, 6 days per week without pay. Only commission. i would have to use my personal vehicle and phone to conduct business. Final statement from the interviewer was, " this job is not for a person with a family." Training was a base pay for 2 weeks. But they would be withholding $250 dollars. After what I heard from the sales team over the phone, initial interviewer not being present, and how they pay, I made a rapid decision to remove myself from this joke of a company. After reading the reviews I see I made a wise decision to protect my integrity.
