    HomeGoods is always a joy to shop at -- every visit feels like uncovering hidden treasures. I love that I can find stylish, high-quality pieces at great prices, and it's never the same experience twice. The management and staff here truly make a difference too -- they're welcoming, helpful, and keep the store feeling organized without taking away the fun of the "treasure hunt." On a previous trip, I found a tall blue vase and elegant navy placemats -- because clearly, I can't resist anything blue (my house is starting to prove it ). On my most recent trip today, I scored striking blue-and-gold picture frames, a gorgeous gold soap dish that adds the perfect touch of luxury, and I finally tried the Sand + Fog sprays -- Laundry Day, Cashmere & Linen, and Eucalyptus & Lavender. They smell incredible and will make my home feel fresh, calming, and spa-inspired. That's what makes HomeGoods so special to me: whether it's décor, kitchenware, or a little indulgence like room sprays, I always walk out with something that adds beauty, serenity, and joy to my home. This store will always be one of my favorites.

    Selection was good especially for Halloween right now. Service was nothing special not bad. Line was a bit long but found some things we were looking for.

    This is my 3rd time visiting this location. It's not great, but not awful. I find it on the small side. There's a lot of great stuff that's for sure. Just the aisles seem shorter and it can become crowded at busy times. This is my local store, so I guess it is what it is.

    I love HomeGoods, but not this location. This store is so unorganized. Each isle is a cluster fuck of different stuff almost falling off the shelves. Not a good store to bring your kids or push a cart in because something will get broken. Also the LINE at this location is horrendous!! Always always long. Came here today and the line was half way down one of the main isles. (See the pic) I asked another customer if there was a sale that I didn't know about because it was ridiculous. Nope just too many damn people. I will stick to the other HomeGoods I go to normally. Its much more organized and never a long line. Only came to this location today to hit up Hobby Lobby after. The stars are for the employees. They've always been nice to me. I've never had a problem with anyone who works at this location.

    Came here at about 1:15pm on a Saturday. It was slightly busy but the line wasn't terrible, and our cashier was friendly.

My gosh, this store did not disappoint and is huge, like the other locations I used to visit. The store is full of a variety of home goods for your bedroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard. Prices are really good and not too expensive, which is a plus when everything is increasing. The quality of the goods is also great, and they even have well-known brands like Oxo, which is one of my favorites. The cashier was also extremely nice and friendly. We had a conversation with her, and she was great with my mom. When I am in the area, I will def make another stop or just take the drive to get the newest addition to my house.

I have been waiting for this product for the past year since I was not able to get it online or in store last year. Unfortunately there was no more stock online so I was unable to get a replacement. I was absolutely devastated. Lucky for me, Rosie was unpacking the remainder of the halloween decor items and found another lamp! She was able to give me a call and ensure I was able to check the product to make sure it was in good condition for me! And it was perfect! My year has been made and the wait has definitely paid off all thanks to Rosie and her amazing customer obsession! Thank you soo soo much Rosie I hope you see this! I will be coming back to this At Home location for the foreseeable future.

    I am writing to share my experience regarding a recent bedroom furniture purchase, as well as the…read moreongoing issue we encountered with the delivery of our nightstands. Over the past several months, we have purchased furniture for three rooms from Pottery Barn and have invested a significant amount of money. Most recently, we purchased a full bedroom set, including an armoire, bureau, two nightstands, and a king-size bed. While the most recent delivery did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, I was informed the night before that one of the nightstands was cracked and would not be delivered. I was told the second nightstand would still arrive. However, when the delivery team arrived, they were only aware of the damaged nightstand not being delivered and had no information regarding the second one and they could not confirm its location. From that point forward, I spent a considerable amount of time going back and forth with both customer service and the store trying to locate the missing nightstand. Each time I called, I was told the situation needed to be "investigated," and representatives had to review extensive notes from prior conversations. Meanwhile, I could see in my online portal that the nightstand order was repeatedly being placed, canceled, and reordered, which only added to the confusion. About two weeks after receiving the rest of the furniture, I was notified that one nightstand was available and ready for delivery. It was delivered, but there was still no clarity on the second one. After additional follow-ups with customer service, again without clear answers, I eventually received another notification that the second nightstand was ready. It was delivered the following week, and at that point, we finally had the complete set. However, the confusion continued when I was contacted yet again to schedule delivery for another nightstand, despite already having received both. I ultimately had to call customer service once more and spent nearly 30 minutes resolving an issue that should have already been closed. While we are very happy with the furniture itself, including the other two rooms we furnished through Pottery Barn, the overall experience was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Additionally, I was told by a representative named Lynn that I would receive some form of reimbursement for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was never documented, and no compensation was provided. Given the amount of time, effort, and confusion involved in resolving what should have been a straightforward delivery, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hope this feedback is helpful that future customers do not experience similar issues.

Another review mentioned how horribly she treats the staff * The new Brea location just opened and is worth the drive. Everyone there is happy, kind, and actually want to help you.

I was even more sold when she told me the price! I sat on it for about a week and the following week went back and placed my order and paid cash in full. Now here's why I gave 4 stars not 5. I was quoted 2 weeks and that id receive a call to be kept in the loop, well a week had passed and I heard nothing so I paid them a visit..I was told I'd get another call (never got the first one)..never for the second one either so then I called and was told that due to the holiday (thanksgiving) it might be slowed down..another week went by and when I called I got different info..long story short there was a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication and I eventually paid them another visit and days later got a call saying my items were ready (mind you the manufacturer warehouse was only an hour away so I don't know why it took so long). Overall my bed was installed and I am completely in love! Best purchase I've made all year! I am in love with my Queen bed! The mattress is amazing and the bed accents my decor perfectly! Despite the lack of communication I will definitely be purchasing from Joel Jones again! you can't be this price and quality!
