We were here at 9 pm thirty minutes before closing and wanted to see what great things Home Goods have in store . Many Halloween , Thanksgiving and Christmas decor . This is really a great place to stop in if one is planning to host for the holiday season. I love that I can find stylish, high-quality pieces at great prices, and it's never the same experience twice. The management and staff here truly make a difference too -- they're welcoming, helpful, and keep the store feeling organized without taking away the fun of the "treasure hunt." On a previous trip, I found a tall blue vase and elegant navy placemats -- because clearly, I can't resist anything blue (my house is starting to prove it ). On my most recent trip today, I scored striking blue-and-gold picture frames, a gorgeous gold soap dish that adds the perfect touch of luxury, and I finally tried the Sand + Fog sprays -- Laundry Day, Cashmere & Linen, and Eucalyptus & Lavender. They smell incredible and will make my home feel fresh, calming, and spa-inspired. On June 21, 2026, I visited the store listed below to purchase glasses. I selected two identical pairs -- same brand, same color, same style -- but one was priced at $3.50 and the other at $4.99. I asked the cashier if they could price‑match the lower price, and she involved an employee named Nick. Instead of reviewing the situation objectively, she immediately began removing stickers from the items to find a reason to deny the price adjustment. She stated the price difference was due to the items arriving at the store at different times. When I explained that this was not a valid justification -- especially since identical items should be priced consistently -- she then used a grocery‑store example that did not apply. As the conversation continued, her demeanor became increasingly rude and abrupt. She ultimately told me she would not reduce the price and that I "did not need to buy them." I regret completing my purchase, as there are many other retailers I can choose from who offer better customer service and clearer pricing policies. Nick was not wearing a name tag, and when I asked for her name, she provided it reluctantly. Service: they're usually busy and easily found working around the store if you have any questions Selection: depending on what you're looking for, this place has a ton of stuff- from dish washing sponges to furniture to frames and cooking spices. Value: the value of items depend on the eye of the beholder. It also depends on what it is you're looking for.... I've shopped here, or browsed here, several times and it's always an adventure. They have some really good finds--and also some interesting finds. If you're not careful, it can be a little bit of sensory overload lol! It's pretty well stocked and can feel a bit hard to maneuver around sometimes. The staff has always been pleasant. We shop at the store on a regular basis but it has really gone downhill. They never have enough cashiers working, and the cashiers that do work take their sweet time while the line gets longer and longer. And all they do is Yap to each other while you're waiting to check out. To make matters worse it's like they don't know how to use the air conditioning. The store has to be 75° plus. When it's cooler outside than it is in the store you're doing something wrong. People should not be have to be sweating like pigs when they're out shopping. I've complained so many times and the excuse that I get is that it's controlled by corporate. Well then corporate needs to get their act together and realize in California we need air conditioning and our stores should be a constant 68 to 72° for people to be comfortable all in all, probably won't be shopping here much anymore. Came here at about 1:15pm on a Saturday. It was slightly busy but the line wasn't terrible, and our cashier was friendly.

In love with this homegoods. Everyone here is super sweet and helpful. I've been to a few other HG before but none of them have as much as this one here in Rancho. It gets super busy & the lines do get long but the cashiers are fast & friendly. This store is definitely my go to for everything. read more

Came here to buy a few things for my home and the manager the guy was really rude. I came around opening all the workers got here late with Starbucks then they told us they aren't gonna open soon because inventory. He said he couldn't put a time on the door because he doesn't know how long it's gonna take.. ok but the workers all had time for Starbucks it's 10am and they open at 9:30am. Obviously they have priorities messed up as someone who works retail I know when we do inventory we get scheduled to come in EARLY to finish before we open. They should hire new staff that's professional. read more

Of course they have great stuff. That's the good. But they have 8 registers and I've NEVER seen even half of them open. There will be a line half way to the back of the store and they will have very few checkers. Right now it is Christmas season, a long line of customers and only 4 registers open. Is it big corporate greed? Why is it ok to make customers wait in long lines rather than have plenty of employees to handle the business. Disrespectful. read more

This location is one of the best Home Goods I've come across. The holiday selection is unmatched every year. They have a really lush selection of throw blankets & throw pillows. I love to change up my home decor with each season & this Home Goods never disappoints when looking for decor. The cashiers are always friendly & helpful. My only take away is that it seems like there are never carts by the door. 90% of the time you're out fetching one in the parking lot. read more

They should rename this store Money Goodbye. Home Goods is a fun store to go to if you're trying to get ideas on how to decorate or organize your home. You could make your home look like a Martha Stewart or Architectural Digest photo shoot for less. It's one of those stores you need to go back and look at every week. I'm usually here for food goods, candles or odds and ends. I never leave disappointed and I always go in with one thing in mind and leave with five things I didn't know I needed. Is it disheveled? Depends on when you visit, but they do their best to keep things in order. I've seen worse (Ross down the way). The line moves fast and the associates are always pleasant. read more

As a proud resident of Rancho Cucamonga, I try my best support the local businesses in hopes that my fellow neighbors are benefited. This is why, when it comes to purchasing items the many property renovations i do, I make a point to stop in to my local Home goods store. Sadly I learned today how much consistent customers are under appreciate when it was time for me to make a store return. I simply purchased, what I thought was a "beautiful new" comforter, that I was sure my wife would love for our new bedroom remodel. I have to admit, it did take me 2 days to open the comforter as that Saturday my family had a large family reunion, and that Sunday was Father's Day. (Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there FYI.) Anyway, after showing the comforter to my wife, she pointed out that the comforter pattern was inconsistent with the advertised pattern on the package. "This is the wrong comforter" she said. Oh my goodness, look, there are long black hairs all on this! She then laughed and said, you need to take that back! So the next day, me and my wife went back, blanket and receipt in hand. I figured it would be no issue...I mean it has only been 72 hours, which is within the legal "cooling off period" and well within the 30 day Home goods policy. After I explained the issue to the register attendant, the cashier requested manger, Delilah...however in walks manager William. I explained to William the entire issue. He then looked me up and down he said, ok, I just need the receipt. After William scanned through the receipt for what seemed like forever, he said ok...I'm just gonna give you store credit. At this point, the Meir fact that William appeared to scrutinize my receipt, and still try to inadvertently treat me as if I was a pillow bandit or comforter thief had me very uneasy and upset. Because of this, after William reviewed my receipt, and I pointed out all the defects wrong with the comforter and he still tried to offer me store credit I said, "What the hell?" William then said, "woa, you don't talk to me like that, I don't have to return..." I then interjected, "Sir obviously I am not directing anything towards you, I haven't personally attacked you or anything, this situation is just ridiculous." He then said, "we'll I'll return it then, this time." Afterwards I was still uneasy about what just transpired so I spoke to the other manager Deliliah, which she then told me, "you should have called and then it would've been ok, most customers would call sir" I then told her.."I did better than call, I came in." Deliliah then said "well you should have came in right away." I then told her, ma'am I came in the day after I opened the item, 72 hours after the purchase, how I'm I in the wrong? Delilah then said, "ok do you need anything elese!?" I then requested the DM's # and walked out. I'm not sure if this was a case of not valuing guest, discrimination or what...but.. Home Goods is always a fun store to stop in! They always have cute little items for all things home and I love that! I go in intending to only buy a few things and $200+ later; I'm walking out. lol One time when I went to visit though; I have to shout out Niomi she was so helpful and friendly and welcomed me to the area when I had first moved there! So thank you for being such a friendly face! This place DOES get really full though so if you want to have an easy shopping experience - go during the day, early mornings, or Mon-Wed. This is my 3rd time visiting this location. It's not great, but not awful. I find it on the small side. There's a lot of great stuff that's for sure. Just the aisles seem shorter and it can become crowded at busy times. This is my local store, so I guess it is what it is. read more

I love HomeGoods, but not this location. This store is so unorganized. Each isle is a cluster fuck of different stuff almost falling off the shelves. Not a good store to bring your kids or push a cart in because something will get broken. Also the LINE at this location is horrendous!! Always always long. Came here today and the line was half way down one of the main isles. (See the pic) I asked another customer if there was a sale that I didn't know about because it was ridiculous. Nope just too many damn people. I will stick to the other HomeGoods I go to normally. Its much more organized and never a long line. Only came to this location today to hit up Hobby Lobby after. The stars are for the employees. They've always been nice to me. I've never had a problem with anyone who works at this location. read more

Give 3 stars because most of employees are nice but omg one of the managers has a rotten egg personality!! So I came in the morning and bought few items and the cashier named Bonnie somehow double charged ( I didn't realized till I got home and I always do checked my receipts). I called and spoke to Lisa, who's very nice to helped me and said to come and they'll helped me. Came back to the store in the afternoon with my mom, I saw a lady with name tag says Lisa. So I asked if she was the one who I spoke to and she said yes. Lisa then called the manager and I forgot her name but it starts with letter D. She was like "what's the problem? Oh okay just get in the line and tell them I approved." I was so shocked and turned around even Lisa was like "oh I'm sorry" and we just shook our heads like what's going on? Then manager added like "next time just send them to the lines". I went to the back of the lines and it was all the way in the back of the store. My mom who happened came with me was furious about it and she took me to the front desk and told them that basically it's their fault and just to refund money then we have to wait like everyone else? And luckily one of the front ladies were nice enough and said no need, we'll take care of it. Conclusion: don't except much and plus the store is not well organized. Manager has nasty attitude. No Cashier is helping with return items only like other homegoods I've been. I rather drive to Redlands home goods. read more

The bathroom here is TERRIBLE. The products are as good as in any other Home Goods :) but the bathroom is highly neglected. There was feces smeared all over the toilet, no hand soap, dirty tissues all over the bathroom (even the sink area), and you could literally smell it from the outside hallway. They have the best stuff. It's class and very personal. Rarely two of anything in there and that's always nice. Decent prices and the things are nice quality. I love this store, it's a bit messy at times but most of the employees are great. As I walked around the store I ran across this employee her was Dee, she asked how would I use these items.  Dee has great customer services experience, she made me feel warm, when I just came out to look for an item, my husband made me so mad that day she greeted me with a smile at the register, and engage into a conversation how was my day going she asked. I spent over $200 dollars. I will be back to this Home Goods. I hope that I see that sweet lady Dee again. I loved her smile and bubbly personality. read more

Went to this Home Goods looking for dining chairs and found chairs that I purchased from another Home Goods in Irvine. After locating the chairs I discovered that the chairs were miss marked and alerted the front desk lead. She checked the price, the manager got involved and they discovered that there was a problem with the markdowns. They immediately resolved my issue and I went home with my chairs. I truly appreciate the staff for going the extra mile and giving great customer service. Would highly recommend this location. read more

This is the worst Homegoods I've been to. They make people wait in line for what seems like forever. It's like it brings them pleasure to control their paying customers; ridiculous. While I was waiting in line, more people have come out of the store than let in. The water they were handing out to people is literally contaminated because more than one person and customers were grabbing from the icebox. The store was a total mess and most shelves were empty. This store seems smaller than other Home Goods stores I have been to. It was pretty disorganized and dirty compared to their other locations. Worst, most unorganized store I have ever stepped foot in! Do not take a cart nor a small child in there.... repeat DO NOT take a cart or small child into the store... there is no room! I've been in plenty of Home Goods stores over the years to realize they are crowded and always lack room for all their stuff. However, this one is nearly impossible to navigate with a cart. Things are strewn here, there and everywhere. Shelves are in complete disarray & aisles are a joke to walk down let alone try to push a cart through. It was so awful, I ended up leaving in the middle of the week during working hours because I just couldn't get through with a toddler or the cart for that matter. It was one of the most awful shopping experiences I've ever experienced that I will NEVER shop this store again with my toddler first of all, or a cart. So I'm hoping that if there is a next trip I don't find a whole lot to buy because I'll have to hold it all in my arms. Also, I didn't encounter one single friendly or helpful employee. Not one person asked if I needed help finding something. Not one person asked me if I found everything I was looking for. Even the checker who was on the phone, which she appeared to be on hold as she wasn't talking to anyone while I checked out. She barely interacted with me except to give me my total. She couldn't even bother to hand me my bags! It wasn't like it was a busy holiday weekend or anything. Awful! read more

I usually find good home items at this store. I've bought in-door plants, kitchen ware and gardening items which have been put to good use. However, I bought a wall clock that I literally had for less than 24 hours. It didn't work even with a new battery. Of course, I was bummed since it matched the home theme I was working towards. Oh well. Moral of the story: even if something looks good & seems to be working be careful not to remove price tag and save receipt so you CAN return it.
