We called Pool World and they were extremely professional and promptly came out for an estimate. The price was reasonable and I felt like I could trust them. They did not try to upsell us on things we didn't need and were committed to helping us get our pool up and running. I like that they are a small local business and you feel welcomed when you stop by their location. Within two weeks, the liner arrived and they scheduled the install. As it turns out, our pool had an unexpected issue that was not Pool World's fault and they went above and beyond to help us fix it. I was so impressed by their willingness to support us and turn over every stone to identify and correct the issue. They gave us excellent support and far exceeded my expectations. Dave the Service Manager and the team were great and I'm so happy to have worked with them. We will continue to use Pool World and highly recommend them .

Exceptional and professional service at all times. John and Rob are the owners and truly care about their customers. We use A&E as a weekly service for our chemicals and find this to be a Hassle free summer. Not many pool owners realize the importance of correctly making sure pool water is properly balanced. If your pool water doesn't have the right chemicals you can get sick, wear down your pool heater and liner. I find having professionals care for your pool saves money in the long run. When I swim in my pool I know the water is perfect. They also offer emergency service and fantastic response to general repairs. The end of this season they are installing a new liner for us. Would definitely recommend.

The day they showed up for the install, they told me they measured wrong and now the pool would need to be put in horizontally instead of vertically or else when it rained water would go into our home. I had to make a decision on the spot, with the pool waiting to be installed out in the street. I should have said to take it away in retrospect but after waiting months for the pool I just wanted to get it done. Once the pool was finally installed it looked great, but by next year all of the cement around the pool began changing color to a stained yellow. When I asked them to come take a look, a few of them came by individually and just stood their staring at the messed up cement dumbfounded. I got tired of them doing nothing and they became argumentative and I just gave up on them. I've waited over five years to post this review and I'm still so annoyed with them and our cement still looks terrible. They'll try to say the cement wasn't their fault but they are the ones who contracted this cement person and they never bothered to even attempt to resolve the issue. We were new to the neighborhood and they seemed like the place to go for local pool business but I warn everyone now stay away.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole.
