Firstly the selection is vast. I found an odd size that I needed and it actually looks better in person than on the site. Adam was a joy to work with, attentive and answered my questions. Delivery was quick. I've never been in the position where I had to get an urn - for 2 people no less, each passing a year apart. I would highly recommend them for service and quality.

Incredible customer service and products are much more affordable than what the funeral home wanted to charge us. Highly recommend!

I need to get my hamster cremated but I only have $120?

I'm sorry, we do not provide the actual cremation service. We only provide the urns for the cremains. If you need a hamster urn, we can certainly help with that. Thanks, at peace memorials

From the very beginning, it was clear this is a family-owned place run with compassion and integrity. They treated my cat with the utmost dignity and care, and they treated us, the grieving family, with patience and respect. Not once did we feel rushed or disregarded. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye, and they did it in the most humble and comforting way possible. In moments like these, emotions run high, and it is rare to find people who truly understand how to handle them. The team here made sure our grief was honored, our feelings were acknowledged, and that our cat's final journey was handled with gentleness. If you are ever in the painful position of needing these services, I cannot recommend them enough. They go far beyond just providing a service. They provide care, respect, and compassion when you need it most.

We knew that we wanted to have her cremated as we had done we other pets that had passed through the years. We had dealt with another crematory in the past through our vet(s) and were nt happy with the recent reviews that they'd been getting. After some research we came upon your crematory and were happy with what we were reading about other people's experiences. We called that morning and spoke to Marisol who was very sympathetic, informative, and respectful. She gave us an appointment right away. We drove to them in Secaucus from Brooklyn and when we arrived Marisol met us at the door. She and Mariah were very polite, understanding, and accommodating. They took our Oreo and placed her on a bed surrounded by flowers and gave us some time alone to say our goodbyes. Marisol then waked us through the cremation process and showed us where it would be done and guaranteed us that it would only be Oreo's ashes that we would be receiving. We were given the opportunity to be present for Oreo's cremation. Ultimately Oreo's ashes were returned to us in less than 2 hours and were were able to bring her back home with us same day. They made this sad morning easier to get through. Along with Oreo's ashes we received a beautiful wooden box to keep her in with an engraved brass pate attached, a certificate allowing us to travel with her ashes, a wooden beaded bracelet, her paw print in clay with 2 gems attached, a stand for her paw print, a rose that lights up, and a notebook with the Rainbow Bridge poem on the cover. We were overwhelmed by all that we were given and the wonderful service that we were provided by Marisol and Mariah. We highly recommend Pet Rest in Peace to any loving pet owner.

When he asked when I'd like to pick up my pet's ashes, I said the next day. He told me I couldn't because he wouldn't be there and to come back on Saturday, but he never gave me a specific time. When I returned on Saturday, I called him to let him know I was there. That's when he told me pickup was between 11 and 12. I explained that he never mentioned a time, and his response was, "That's what they all say." Losing a pet is already heartbreaking. I believe a business that handles something so sensitive should have a clearer system for pickup -- and show a little more empathy to grieving pet owners.

I thought I called the wrong number since this is a business and they did not announce themselves. When I asked "Where am I calling" he replies "You dont know where youre calling?" I was able to come in the same day to bring my pet which was very convenient. When he brought me into his office, he was not very sympathethic to my current loss and was just providing small talk - my precious baby was just put on the conveyor belt. I would have a box or something to make it a little less harsh. The next day I came to get my ashes, he came out immediately. There was no service and I was trying to get service to put my address in the GPS which took about 4 minutes to which he came outside and asked me to please move down the road because his dogs were barking. Going to him directly cut the price down and allowed me to ride with my precious babygirl the whole way but I wish he would remember that although it is a business, some sort of empathy should be displayed when it is the person bringing their own deceased pet.

I scheduled a visitation at 11 AM for my best friend of 12 1/2 years. After taking care of the payment and paperwork I was led to the visitation room, The moment I laid eyes on the deceased I turned and said that's not my dog to which I was met by that's not possible, I tapped my phone and said this is Eli that is not. I was left in the room with the unknown deceased dog until I went outside to collect myself. I was then told they were on the phone with the vet to figure out where Eli is. They finally said Eli was there but due to human error Eli was already cremated. I was supposed to see my best friend for the last time today, Instead I was traumatized for life and will never know who I actually brought home. I am disabled and unable to work Eli was my heart and world instead of seeing my best friend and kissing his head for the last time I will always question whether or not it was my baby I brought home. Final gift you should be ashamed of yourselves it feels like my baby boy died all over again today. Just so you can see this is my handsome boy that you stole the opportunity from me to say my final goodbye, this was my best friend, the damage you did is immeasurable.

I am preparing to move out of state, and my beloved cat had been buried in my backyard for more than ten years. As the move approached, I realized how difficult it was going to be for me to leave her remains behind, particularly knowing I would no longer have any control over what might happen to that part of the property in the future. I reached out to Victor to see if there was any possibility of recovering her remains and having them cremated so that I could take her with me. Victor could not have been more understanding. He traveled a considerable distance to help me, carefully recovered her remains, had them respectfully cremated, and returned to me. At every step, he treated both me and the situation with tremendous sensitivity and respect. He never made an admittedly unusual request feel unusual - he simply understood that this was important to me and wanted to help. What Victor did brought me an enormous amount of peace of mind. After more than a decade, I now have my cat's ashes and will be able to bring her with me when I move and keep her always. Victor provides a truly special service for people who love their animals and understand that the bond we have with them doesn't simply disappear when they are gone. I am incredibly grateful to him and would recommend Pets To Remember without hesitation to anyone looking for compassionate and respectful aftercare for a beloved pet.
