Such a wonderful experience! Myself and 3 girlfriends went on a mountain getaway to Fairplay and hired a chef (chef Tom - he was incredible!) for a dinner and a cozy night in. It was so much fun and so well worth it. Brit was great to chat to early on for planning and helpful in choosing a menu. They were able to work with our dietary requests / restrictions. We did a vegetarian dinner and man, it was good and worth it. This was my first time - but not last - hiring a private chef and it was just so much fun overall. We had chef Tom come to our Airbnb in Fairplay and the experience was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!! The food was so good we tried to eat a absolutely every bite and were disappointed when we were too full to finish all of the dessert. The booking experience was super easy and Brittany was very responsive. Chef Tom and his server were kind, professional, and timely! They timed our courses perfectly and did a great job at cleaning up at the end of dinner. The kitchen was cleaner than they found it and every dish made it into the dishwasher. One of our favorite dishes were the almond stuffed bacon wrapped dates as an appetizer and we knew it was going to be wonderful based off those first bites. The City Market here is great, but a madhouse most of the time. IYKYK how amazing it is to have drinks and snacks in the house and coffee along with your breakfast ready to go the next morning! Loved working with Britany and Chef Tom for my intimate wedding in FairPlay, CO! I had a last minute relocation with my airbnb, and they were so accommodating with making it work. Chef Tom & his assistant prepared an incredible meal in our airbnb kitchen for 21 people. The oven wouldn't stay on and he was still able to serve a delicious prime rib! We recently used At Your Breck and Call to prepare dinner for large family gathering of 17 people. We could not have been more pleased. I started the process of booking a little late given that we were looking at the busiest week of the year between Christmas and New Years. But Britany was the most responsive of all the different companies I called. The options for food were great and more than satisfied a large group of discerning eaters, including some vegetarians. Chef Steve was awesome - even though he was solo given the holiday week, everything came off great in terms of timing. He was super friendly and extremely talented in the kitchen. Although everything was a big hit, the Asian dumpling appetizers seem to have gotten the most praise (and we must have eaten a few hundred!!). My wife and I decided to speed run getting married so we had less than two months to get a caterer lined up for a rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch. We came across 'At Your Breck and Call' and were impressed as soon as we went over their different options for food and their dining services. Next we reached out and quickly got a through response with all of their different options, their suggestions based on the headcount, and finer details they have to offer. We narrowed it down to a Southwest themed dinner with beef, steak, shrimp, tofu, chips, guac, salsa, beans, rice, salad, infused water, and a margarita bar. For breakfast it was your typical brunch spread with a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar. Before the event, chef Brenton gave us a call and went over even more detail. My wife and I were very impressed because Brenton really knew his flavors and knew how to ask the right questions to narrow down our preferences and pallet. Overall we had 100% confidence in his direction after the call. For the rehearsal dinner he and his crew arrived exactly on time and got right to it. There was chef Brenton, a sous-chef, bartender, and a server/gopher. Shortly after they arrived we knew we were in for a real treat. The spread they were assembling was clearly better than anything I've seen in Summit County. The sights, smells, and flavors for the food were all extraordinary. Same goes for the bartender and the margaritas. At the end of the evening everyone was absolutely stuffed, there were plenty of leftovers, and everyone was beyond impressed with their work. On top of all of this they cleaned up and put everything away like they were never there. We thought it was really funny the tofu was the first main to be wiped out, and most people never knew it was tofu :) I don't want to repeat myself too much but Brunch went off the very same way. Arrived exactly on time, started cooking, assembling, and displaying everything. The Bloody Mary's were exemplary. Easily the best I've ever had 'at home' and easily the best I've had in 12 years. Once again the entire crew was professional and attentive. At the end of the service there were plenty of leftovers, they cleaned everything up, and left like they were never here. Feedback from everyone was overwhelmingly positive. They certainly exceeded any expectations we had. We highly recommend 'At Your Breck and Call' if you need 'in house' catering or professional chef services in Summit County! read more

With all the great restaurants in Summit County it is sometimes difficult to decide where to make reservations; however, it won't be a hard decision for me anymore. Brenton Lott of "At Your Breck And Call" prepared an incredible meal for us in our place. The menu was Bacon wrapped scallops, Caesar Salad, Halibut, Brussell Sprouts and Bread Pudding. Every course was excellent, and the Bread Pudding was better than any I've ever tasted in New Orleans. Brett did an amazing job of preparing and describing each course. He served the meal, made sure glasses were full and left the kitchen spotless. Perhaps the best part was that we didn't need to deal with traffic, worry about a designated driver, fight for a parking spot, or miss portions of conversations because of a loud restaurant. Britany also set us up with a whitewater rafting trip for the whole family.
