I specifically made…read moremy choice on this company because they had a vehicle for 17 people WITH seat belts as we have small kids in our party (looking at Christmas lights) and parents wanting to bring car seats and boosters. The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.

From start to finish, the personalized attention to detail, and stellar customer service blew us away! First service-Our driver, Julie, arrived promptly at 5:25 for our 7:25 am flight. She was well-dressed in her uniform and engaged in light-hearted conversation with us. Return flight- To our surprise, the owner, Reginald, personally met us in baggage claim, loaded up our luggage, and escorted us to our ride. He was also well-dressed and very engaging. The cars- We had an opportunity to preview two different vehicles during our trips. The first was a black Chevrolet Suburban and the second was a Cadillac Sedan. Both were clean, well-appointed, and definitely fit the bill in terms of luxury cars. On Oct. 28th, I texted them 3 times asking for communication about my return trip. On the morning of the 29th, I called them 3 times before my return plane took off at 1:30 and only got a message machine. No return call. When I got to Love Field, they of course, were not there.
