Michael- the manager came to look at it and was so condescending to me and told me any time you change a toilet "a few drops of water come out". This wasn't a few drops of water- it was gallons of water to the point ceiling underneath it damaged and will need to be replaced. Told me they wouldn't take care of it. The actual plumber, Josh, was very nice and professional. The manager- horrible chauvinistic man. Never will I use this company again.

It turns out it was some plastic thing inside the tank, the charge was much much lower than we thought. He even fixed some other plastic thingy seals that he said were about to start leaking. Heading on down to Home Depot at 6pm on a Tuesday night. The girl there was just like here, call this number to our subcontractor. Talked to a person right away, said the estimator will be by your house by 9pm that night. Well, by the time that work order got into the system, the appointment was never set. Got a text message next morning at 6 am...I'm first on the list and as I already wrote, all went very smoothly. People, money is no object when you are facing 50 gallons of water in your garage!!! Just get the job done please! lol. Paid a very reasonable price for same day job. I notified all my neighbors to maybe you want to put eyes on your tanks since we all built homes about the same timeframe. Go figure! I'm the lucky winner with the only bad one.
