We knew that our furnace was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. But, didn't want to start out with saying that. So, we researched HVAC companies on Yelp and saw that At Your Service Pros had great reviews and most of them mentioned furnace issues. We made an appointment for a tune up to see what the technician said. Jarom came and immediately saw that we had a small gas leak from the hose to the furnace. So, he'd have to change the hose before doing the tune up. We already knew the furnace was old so we started talking about replacing it. He gave us so many options and didn't pressure us. When we asked about the rebate program. He gave us all the information about the tax and utilities rebates. Jarom bought two space heaters and brought them to the house since the gas had to be turned off. We ended up changing the AC as well, since that's how the program works (It was seven years old). The installers (Manny and Jesse) came two days later. They were so friendly, honest, clean and efficient. They explained everything to us. They were fast and the system looks great, is quiet, and we are very happy with it. The guarantee is awesome and they even did all the paperwork for the rebates. Our 20-plus-year-old A/C quit cooling and we had Jose Ixtlahuac from At Your Service Pros to our house to investigate. I have to say I was beyond impressed with Jose and, through him, this company! He was thorough, professional, personable, and gained my confidence 100%. Our problem turned out to be a refrigerant leak and all the appropriate options were presented and discussed. I felt I was given all the information I needed and allowed to make my own decision on how to proceed. Our unit's refrigerant is harder to come by now and therefore quite expensive, so he could have pushed for a replacement, but instead left the decision in our hands (and a replacement seems to make the most sense for us). Fair pricing. The service call fee was lower than I expected and is applied to the work if you proceed. My dad owns a successful HVAC company out of state and after discussing things with him, he agreed this company/technician deserves a 5-star review! Technician Korey is Da Man! Our 17 yr old furnace has a whining sound, like a bearing going out. I called yesterday afternoon and Office-master Tanner set us up for the very next morning. Korey was here at about 9:30 and done by 10:40 am. He took and showed me many pictures of the inside flue, heat exchanger, welds, etc and emailed them as well. He checked for gas leaks (found one!) and other parts I didn't know about, lubricated the draft inducer motor to help it run until we get the new one, all for $79, which goes towards any service we might choose. He also told me about the new most current efficient furnace manufacturer's $2800 rebate, combined Dominion & Power $2800 rebate, and $2800 tax credit towards a new furnace if we want one. He gave an even sided analysis about repairing versus replacing an aging furnace. The parts cost more these days, so we have some analysis to do. We've used AYSP before at our business, and they were awesome. We plan to use them this time too. read more

Looked at 16 different businesses and was not looking forward to calling anyone in for a second opinion on my problem. Found At Your Service Pros, they are the best out there period. Very happy I took the time and would 100% recommend them over anyone else. Might find a cheaper deal for something somewhere but I'd still pay more to go here. Next time I have any need or want a check up I'll be calling and asking for Joel to come out. Our AC went out on Monday in the middle of this heat wave and a tech was out the same day and analyzed our problem, he explained everything and even worked overtime. Got our new AC installed and running by Friday and everybody is happy with our new AC. I just can't say enough about the two technicians that came out and installed our new AC. They were very courteous and professional about the entire job. They were unaware that I could monitor them with our security camera system and hear everything they had to say. No foul language, no demeaning of the customer nothing but complete attendance to the job at hand. What a great bunch of Technicians and a dependable, respectable and reliable company. We recently had AYS Pros install a brand new duel fuel HVAC system in our home. They were prompt in arriving both on service and installation and they gave us the best possible price. I highly recommend them for your installation and service needs on any HVAC system. The technician was educated and generous both with information and helping us find the best solution to our problem. They steered us into a much better system and even helped us by not charging us the $700 for the refrigerant that we ended up using during the time between the service call and installation of the new system. We had just moved into our new place and the air conditioner would not blow cold air. Our 7 month old gets super fussy when it's hot out. I was told it was a compressor issue, which would be costly. Our furnace started making a horrible noise in Jan. We scheduled a service call with At Your Service Pros. They set the appointment very quickly, which we appreciated. The technician was great. He spent a bit of time figuring out exactly what had to be replaced and tracked down how much the part would cost and how quickly it could be done. He: Clearly knew what he was doing. Was able and willing to provide details and explanations that were easy to follow and independently verify. Helped us find solutions for oddities of our house. The electrician (Mario) was smart, polite, and quickly found and fixed the problem.
