We were very impressed at the amount of care and compassion the Ingleside staff gave my mom. When we moved mom from a larger facility in San Luis Obispo where she wasn't getting the amount of care she needed, Ingleside sent a wheel chair assessable van to pick mom up and even sent along their nurse to ride along with her. My mom recently passed and we were so glad we moved her to Ingleside Park. They took great care of her all the way to the end and we were able to visit her any time, day or night.

I was able to be "daughter, " and Mom's time at A Heavenly Home allowed us some of our most precious memories together. Delicious meals, lovely facility, engaging and well-planned activities for residents and families, excellent communication, as well as personal touches of care, were all a part of our experience. I agree with the another review posted, this is not a "job" for the staff, it is a calling and passion. I recommend without reservation, and would give 10 stars on a five star rating system. My father had the privilege of spending the last days of his life at A Heavenly Home. The owners Marco and Jennifer are amazing. After Bob passed away, they maintained a relationship with his widow, inviting her to events, taking her to coffee, and visiting her. This is not just a job for them. It is their calling and passion.

It was a very hard decision for my niece and her husband to make the decision to move our sister into a facility, but after visiting there today, I realize that they made the absolute best decision for our oldest sister. The care is absolutely wonderful! It's a lovely home and when you walk in you don't smell anything negative, like urine. The area that it is in we saw a deer and her two fauns. I can imagine how beautiful it is in the spring with the grass all green. It has a lovely swimming pool of course our sister never used it. A lovely shaded patio area for family visits. We could tell the other residence of this home were being very well taken care of and seemed to be very happy there. I am so glad my niece and her husband chose this home for our sister. I can't remember the owner's name, but she was so attentive to our sister and the other residents. I don't think you could find a better place for a beloved family member who is not able to live alone. We are so grateful for the care that they're giving our sister.

I have only good things to say about Mountain View. My 92 year old aunt was transferred here from…read moreanother rehab facility. It's an older facility, but the care and staff there more than make up for that. We found all the nurses and support staff to be excellent. They were all very attentive to my aunt, and did not hesitate to order testing to make sure that she was recuperating well. Her wound care nurse, Amanda, was excellent and kept me well informed of her progress. The social worker, Janice, was very helpful and made the whole process easier. My aunt's only criticism was regarding the housekeeping staff, it sometimes took hours to get their bathroom cleaned up (one bathroom is shared by 4 patients). I was very pleased with my aunt's care here & wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again.
