I highly recommend ATC! We were in a tough spot with my son's transmission and they went above and beyond to help us out. Another shop wanted to fully replace the transmission and we decided to get a second opinion and I am sure glad we did. I have not had a chance to use this facility personally, but wanted to thank one of their workers for helping me with a flat tire. He stopped to help while I and my child were on the side of the road, coming back through heavy traffic to help. He even showed my child how to change the tire during the process. You might as well take your car to the dealership. Their prices are ridiculous. I took my car in to have a break job done, just to do the rear breaks and change a caliper was going to be $750. I called two other shops who both said they could do it for $500 or less, but then I had to pay ATC $49.00 to get my car back. So them trying to price gouge me cost me $49.00. My wife went down there and when she sent me the estimate, every part they were going to install was a premium part and then on top of the estimate they had over $50 in shop fees and hazmat. Maybe the brakes had plutonium in them or something, but I wasn't aware that brake pads contained hazardous materials. Took it to Beacon Automotive instead, would highly recommend them over ATC. read more

Absolutely outstanding service! I recommend this shop to everyone! I took my 08 Tundra to ATC for a significant timing chain repair that a Toyota dealership overlooked, and I was taken care of every step of the way! Just the nature of this repair was expensive, but Cody worked with me to determine exactly what I needed, and gave me plenty of options to fit my budget without trying to up-sell me on things that a typical shop would try to slide in. The technician Dwight ensured the repair was corrected and I was 100% satisfied by taking his personal time to walk me back into the shop to educate me on what went wrong, how he corrected it, and recommended things I should keep an eye on for future repairs and maintenance. Great customer service! Quick service! Both are always a plus when going to get an oil change. I found this place on Yelp and decided to get an oil change because Jiffy Lube was extremely busy. Great decision to stop in because the personnel was so inviting and offered complimentary waters, coffee and snacks. Very clean lobby in which you can switch the channel to the television. While waiting in the lobby I also recieved a text message outlying any other problems my vehicle had including photos, which was cool! They didn't hound me to get $1000's of dollars worth of things fixed, just the things that my truck needed. This is usually unseen and unheard of when visiting many car care centers. Overall i give my visit a 5/5, i will definitely be returning and hopefully you give them a visit! read more

My 2013 Toyota Corolla began running very roughly all of the sudden and my husband had me take it to ATC to get looked at. We were sure it was something small because the car had never had any issues beforehand. We advised the guy (Cody) at the front desk about our key fob not working and to not lock the doors and left it in their care to go through diagnostics. They told us it needed a new engine and that it would cost us upwards of $4600 so I went to pick it up and had to sit almost 2 hours waiting for roadside assistance to come unlock the car because they locked the doors. It was only after my daughter went inside to complain that they sent someone out to unlock it for us even after seeing that we had been out there all along. On the way home, we noticed it was running even worse than when we brought it there! Low and behold, after telling a close friend about our horrible experience, he came over and took a look at it with my husband. They went to the parts store and purchased 3 new core packs and new spark plugs and proceeded to change them out. All together, the cost ended up at $250. The car runs even better and stronger than before which is amazing since it ran extremely well prior. ATC is a complete rip off!! My husband called them today and they said it had to be some rare occurrence which is bull! They would've gladly taken our money and probably wouldn't have even done anything other than what my husband did!! Stay away from this place if you value your wallets!! They have no clue what they're doing!! Very unprofessional service!! I'll be contacting the BBB to file a complaint next. read more

I've lived in the Evans area for a number of years and have taken vehicles to probably every repair facility within a 10 mile area. I've been pinched and lied to by every one of them in one way or another. ATC opened a new facility several months ago and I am pleased to report that my first visit there was above board on every level. They listened to my needs and performed the repair as diagnosed without drama. The facility on Grimaude is clean and comfortable and is my new go-to repair facility. Very disappointed. I took a day off work to get my car serviced after booking an online appointment. I checked in with Cody and his response was ohhh you booked the appointment online, problems started there. Cody asked if I planed to leave the vehicle and I told him yes, when he informed me that their online system didn't schedule things properly and it might not happen (even though when you reserve online, you get a confirmation email hours later stating it is confirmed). Cody told me he would call me to give me an update and after 3 hours I had heard nothing so I called. Spoke with someone else who said Cody was with a technician and would have him call me back. Never heard from him for over an hour so I called back. This time I was able to get a hold of him and he said that my oil change and tire rotation was complete and they were working on my belt issue, never heard another word from anyone. I needed my car for work tomorrow so I just showed up before they closed. Belt was not fixed and Cody blames it on their online system again. It's hard to find good mechanics to trust and these are some that prove that point. Don't recommend trusting them read more

Best $49 diagnostic fee I ever paid. I was quoted nearly $800 for an alternator job on my Sequoia. Of course a two year, 24,000 mile nationwide warranty came with the quote. Trouble is, I was able to obtain the alternator with a lifetime warranty from the local parts store for $140 plus a $20 core. My "backyard" mechanic offered to install the part for $75 and after being quoted such a high price for the work at ATC, I gave the technician who fixed my vehicle $200 for his labor. My "shadetree" mechanic is in fact a tech at one of the large local dealerships so I know it was done right. The "book" called for 3.5 hours labor, I was told. I stood in the dark and held the flashlight for the guy doing the work and he had it done start to finish in one hour! $340 was my total out of pocket. The only reason this place gets two stars is because it is possible to rip someone off even more by charging higher diagnostic fees. We were once charged $79 by another local shop for simply putting my wife's car on the rack. read more

Stereotypical dishonest auto repair shop. Do not let the new location and friendly service fool you. ATC attempted to add charges for items not authorized and listed faults on a test drive diagnostic that did not need repair. When confronted about the additional charges, I got the deer in the headlights stare from the receptionist; this place knows what they are doing to make money. They did eventually remove the charges. read more

Got a quote for install on springs in a new jeep. For an 1.5 hours (recommend) install time was for $184. That is $122 an hour for labor.. haha what a joke. That's more than the quote I got from a dealership. read more

Yes the place is clean and nice (it's new), and yes the people are very nice. But just like Paul M. said, they try to up sell you on things you don't need AND they charge about double what any other place would charge. They charged me OVER $500.00 dollar just to change the spark plugs and wires. And they wanted to service the fuel system?? which would have put the total over $700.00. This is more than DOUBLE what any other shop would charge to do the same thing. I used them because they were close to my house and I was in a bind and needed my vehicle right away. Today if one of my vehicles broke down right in front of their shop, I'd have it towed to a another shop or even the dealership, which would be less expensive. Look at the google reviews as well. They are nice, but they are a total ripoff!!! BEWARE. read more
