    If a customer pays for insurance like we did they should honor it and pay for any damage to our furniture but, they choose to ignore us and not pay. They show unprofessionalism in my opinion. Highly don't recommend this business that doesn't honor their policy!!!

    Moving Truck

    I hired Greek Movers on three occasions: Once to do a junk pick-up from my house and a second time to take a queen bed to San Diego and third, a long distance move from CA to AZ. Service and communication was good. Their workers have sticky fingers though. The workers (Jose) know the exact terms of the company liability and then they grab something valued at less than a $100 and no one can file a claim. What a racket dude. The item is just "lost." Bullshit. I call it the curse of the generous tip--whenever I tip well something goes sideways. I was present for the loading of my household goods, was assured that the truck was in a locked yard overnight and I was present for the unloading the next day. I called the storage space company and they said they found nothing remaining. This was a small move--about half a truck load. So my office chair "went missing." The blue blanket that covered the chair in storage made it to my new place but the chair underneath it never made it. I'd like my chair back, assholes, and the $100 tip I gave you. I'll be telling your big realtor client about Jose and that stupid-ass chair that was "lost." It's the principle of the thing. A return phone call would have been nice anyway. Get a new worker--and his accomplice.

    If I could give less than one star, I would. I hired this moving company recently, and it was a total mess from start to finish. They sent around 12 guys, but only four of them were actually doing the work. The rest just stood around talking, watching, or pretending to look busy. The ones that were working weren't careful at all shoving items improperly, not wrapping things right, and moving way too fast like they just wanted to get it over with. It honestly looked like none of them cared about what they were doing. They were also super unprofessional,no coordination, no respect for people's belongings, and not even taking care of their own tools or equipment. Everything just felt chaotic and sloppy. I ended up with scratched furniture, wasted time, and a lot of frustration. Definitely not worth the money or the stress. Would not recommend this company to anyone who wants their move handled properly.

    Moved my stuff from CA to TX. Picked up my stuff on Monday Oct 6th gave them 2 extra days for travel and still showed up at 1:50pm on Friday October 10th. At least 10 guys loaded my items in Ca but only 2 guys delivered and offloaded them in Tx. I had to help the guys unpack my belongings the entire time here and they still left around 10:30pm! They took my dolly (they won't admit it), broke two TVs (bubble wrapped and covered in moving blankets, damaged my newly painted wall and tried to hide it with my end table and broke an office desk piece. These guys WILL not respond or take care of your claims (which they say in contract will cover $.60 of the dollar amount of the item damaged). do NOT fall for Peter's initial sweet talk he is a con man and not a man of his word and his workers are unprofessional dirty and unorganized. These guys take ZERO accountability. Sad thing is I not only helped them from 5pm till 10:30pm but I even bought them dinner and provided unlimited water soda and energy drinks. All my calls are being blocked or forwarded to their "office" line where they won't pick up nor call me back NOR respond to our emails. I really hope and pray to god justice is served to these guys one way or another and that nobody else falls victim to their bs.

    I've never enlisted the services of a moving company prior to yesterday. I wanted and needed to know that someone would love and care for my piano on its journey going to a new forever home. I met Kevin and Dom from Greek Movers & Junk Removal. Very reasonable and accommodating. They hardly notice the tears in my eyes when they closed the door to leave.

    How they packed my storage locker.

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I can't stress it enough. Two polite boys showed up but they were ineffective, inefficient, and slow. Contracted them to move a 1 bedroom apartment heavy items only no food, clothing, pictures office equipment or small items. Everything cleared and/boxed ready to go to 2 locations bedroom to one everything else to storage. An hour into them being there they get a call saying they have two more jobs that day in Riverside & San Dimas. They were not happy & very vocal about it. Now my job stretched into over 9 hours. These guys got my love seat stuck in the door even though I suggested they take the seats off &/or the legs for 30 minutes. "No it's faster this way." They took the boxes downstairs and set them in a puddle of water several times I had to move them out of the water. They were constantly on their cell phones leaving the apartment to take calls. I kept asking Scott why is this taking so long just to move the boxes & living room. His response, "It must be the steps and the distance from your apartment to the front gate because you don't have much to move." (My point exactly) My apartment is 4 from North gate. That explanation doesn't make sense. I kept reminding him I can only pay for six hours. Okay Okay the he hot a call about the other two jobs for that day. They arrived at both new locations 1/2 hour after I did. I left both locations 15 minutes after them & staying in the slow lane to give them to arrive. It took them 1 1/2 hours to set up the & drop off the fridge. They put everything in the bed room before setting up the bed so they were constantly having to move things around. At storage I asked them to stack the boxes in one wall & the furniture on the other wall. Danny yes yes we can do that. Instead they took in all the boxes and furniture at the same time. Placing boxes on top of furniture & furniture on top of boxes. Helter Skelter is the best to describe it. See the pic of how they left my storage. I took a picture of the truck after they removed my dressers. This is how little they had to move that took over 9 hours. When they told me my bill was over $1,300.00. I was very unhappy & said no way. Peter got on the phone I asked him to call me. He told Scott I am not calling because she wants to complain about you without you hearing. So I told Peter they are extremely ineffective, efficient & slow. So slow. He then offered for me to pay $1,000 for this to go away since I paid movers the same amount last year except they moved everything. Scott you had family help with the move too. I had additional family members with me last year who help monitor the work flow not do the work. This was my mistake this time as they came so highly recommended. Peter then changed the amount to $1,100. I said I would pay $900 because I now have to hire 2 guys to fix my storage locker. Then one of the movers Danny in Spanish called me a F ing Puta. Peter response to that is I am holding them up & they just want to go home. Also I am being charged for arguing with them about the bill. Peter agreed to the $900 for it to away. I sent $500 to Scott Clark by Zelle. Then I texted Peter for a $900 invoice. His response was, "why your bill is over $1,300." I didn't respond. I had to pack my car with all the items that did not fit in storage. My 75 year old mom got out of bed to come get the items that didn't fit in my car. Top it off Scott & Danny were told they still needed to do Melissa's job. It's really hard to find reputable moving companies that don't try to stretch time to take all your money. I wish I had read some of these reviews sooner. I will never recommend this company again.

    Damage to my cabinet

    Got a quote for 3 hours for a move with 3 movers. Movers showed up over an hour and a half late. Took them over 2 hours to get a 2 bedroom apartments loaded into the moving truck. By the time we got to the new house and off loaded all the furniture from the truck, the time was over 7 hours. The 3 movers just dropped off the furniture in the house and left. Noticed multiple pieces of furniture were damaged along with damage to my door frame. Tried getting in contact Peter with Greek Movers by text, phone call and emails and no one is getting back to me.

Initial communication was very promising. They had a solid price (I obtained multiple quotes), could do it on the day I needed it (which was evolving because of escrow close) and stated they had their "A-Team" available for my move. We ended up booking them for a March move which involved moving a townhome plus a 3 - 4 bedroom sized storage unit (10x20 efficiently packed)! Originally they seemed to understand the requirements as they brought two trucks but one truck was a 20 footer which turned out to be a tad too small. We ended up making multiple trips in our car to offset. Team was on time and did a solid job with the first part of the move. So far so good. But, I think they realized after taking lunch they were a bit behind and so when they arrived at the house started double timing, not always efficiently. To be fair, taking apart the Murphy bed at the new house cost some time but we needed the space for one of the king beds. Boxes we told them to place in garage but we had to tell them to leave spaces to walk in between. First attempt was just placing all the boxes together like a storage unit. Upstairs, we noticed some scratches all the floor when I had mentioned all through the process starting with bidding that we had wooden floors and please have experience at keeping the floors undamaged. They put the furniture together, helped out with trash pickup and I gave each mover $80 tip. That was a solid tip for an all day, three location move. But it might have been too much. From the beginning the master king bed just felt "off". Lopsided almost. We thought it was the mattress, and that we had to rotate and move the mattress. Nope. The bed wasn't re-assembled correctly. The slats were not properly reinforced in the center and the wood bent, buckled, and finally snapped. See photos. So I waited on this review, until we opened all the boxes, and I am glad I did as our bed crashed. In the end, cannot recommend this local outfit. My national mover that brought me back to S Cal did a far more professional job, even these Murrieta movers said "Wow, those guys stacked your stuff so well in the storage unit". I wish I had used them again for this move. Not recommended.

    So here is my updated review…read more As far as staff, everybody was very cordial, polite, and showed up on time. Denise specifically had a great vision for what she wanted to do. That was appreciated. We were having our pantry and kitchen reorganized because we just have so much stuff and it made it very difficult to have any somewhat of organization. Denise, another staff member showed up at 9 AM to get started. Forgive me my mind is fried I forgot her name. Things started slow, which is understandable because there needs to be some two-way communication on how things are going to be and how we wanted it to go. Once things got going, we took a step back and let them do their thing. There was a bit of miscommunication on how things were specifically being charged per hour. We had an understanding in our estimate that 10 hours at $100 an hour was what we were budgeting for. $1000. As things progressed, I asked a question regarding how late they were staying since things seem like they were moving a little slow. I was told they were working from 9 AM to 2 PM which is five hours. So the miscommunication was that I was being quoted 10 hours With five hours for each person coming. That's where there was a miscommunication. I do not believe it was on purpose. I think it was just one of those things that wasn't clearly discussed. I can take partial blame for not asking the question, but I made an assumption. The girls stayed an extra two hours to try to finish the pantry. So the kitchen portion was not even addressed. And reach out to the boss Cathy, I explained where there was some confusion. Once it was explained that we were essentially paying $200 an hour for two people to be here we quickly hit our budget limit, which did not allow for a secondary follow up for the kitchen. The girls did their best to get the pantry finished as possible. There were many items that were still left out that we were told we could now figure out where those could go. The pantry is re-organized much better than it was before absolutely. Was it a $12-$1300 worth job? No based on many other estimates we had received this was the highest we had had. But based on recommendations we wanted to go with a group that had a background that seemed to have a strong foundation in this area. This is not personal, Cathy, Denise, and everyone else were spectacular people and I do not believe that there was the slightest intent for the miscommunication on cost. Again, the pantry looks much better than it did before, but there was also a bit of unutilized space considering so many things were left out. That seemed to come from the fact that Denise needed to rework things that the second staff member had done prior. As stated before, Denise seem to have a better vision and honestly may have done a better job on her own. Communication with Cathy is fine. She did try to address the issue by giving us a slight break on how we were paying, but I did make it clear. We definitely could not afford a follow up at what was being charged. My recommendation is this. If you're looking for someone to do a house move or to deal with a hoarding situation or an overloaded garage where you just need a ton of things moved out, boxed up and gotten rid of. They are the perfect solution. If you're looking for someone to re-organize kitchen cabinets, drawers pantry space , this might not be the best choice due to cost alone. They appear to be a fantastic company that does show empathy and care but I think due to the cost loan we would not be able to utilize them again. If you're on a budget, you may have to look elsewhere. Again, if you were doing a major move or you need to clean out the top overloaded area to get things moved out and gotten rid of. They are definitely the ones you want to call. For future in-house re-organization we would have to go with a different option that's more affordable within a budget. $100 an hour per person is just a bit much for the average homeowner. I do think Cathy for her communication and attempts to make things right. Most businesses won't even bother with that. She showed integrity. Again I believe there was just a unclear miscommunication regarding the cost. Having multiple staff on site at the same time. Question apparently I should have asked, but just did not think too. I'm giving them four stars based on the fact that I think they definitely meant well and Denise really did do exceptional work in the time she had especially considered. She was reworking things that had been done prior.

    BEWARE‼ DO NOT USE THIS MOVNG COMPANY…read more I was in contact with Ibrahim, the owner. He sounds nice, but don't be fooled. He is far from honest. He sent two inexperienced workers to help move my furniture. I have expensive furniture they completely damaged due to their carelessness and negligence (see attached pictures). They also did not hook up my washer and dryer properly. The gas nozzle that connects to the dryer was not tightened and caused a gas leak. Leading me to call the fire department to help assist me considering I have a small baby in my household. The water pipes connecting to the washer were not properly tightened as well, as when I turned the water on to use my washer water was sprayed all over my wash room. To add even more insult to injury I expressed my concerns to Ibrahim about the lack of experience his workers had in removing my door off the hinges to which he said was an "easy job" but when it came time to install the door back in place they were not able to do so. In addition, they do not have their own moving truck. They rent from U-Haul (undisclosed at the time I booked their services). They charge for the truck rental and per hour. What was supposed to be a 3 to possibly 4 hour job turned into an absolute nightmare ending in a 9 hour job. The movers got to my house without any wrap for my furniture. I had to ask them to buy wrap. The wrap they purchased was the cheapest wrap providing no protection for my furniture. They also did not have enough moving blankets to protect my big items from getting damaged in transit. I was in contact with Ibrahim from the beginning. I expressed my concerns to him and he kept assuring me they would take care of moving my furniture safely. That never happened. The movers arrived at 2 pm and did not finish the job until close to midnight. After telling Ibrahim of all the damages he said he would pay to get them repaired. He lied. The next day I called numerous times, also texted and he never responded. Days later, he still hasn't responded. Please think twice before using them to help you move. Response to owner (considering I've been blocked from adding another comment): Christina, Ibrahim Dababneh goes by Abe and is your husband. I Zelle'd him the deposit for this move. He's also on social media reflecting his full name and company name (see attached pictures). I did not get the wrong company. It is obvious your company does not want to take responsibility for the damages. Raul was one of the movers he sent to me along with Aaron. Raul is also mentioned in some of the reviews on yelp. It doesn't surprise me that you would lie and act like you did not work with me. It is a shame that you would use God's name in your response. Shame on you and your company. The company does not live up to its name. I would also like a refund for the deposit of $125.00. Please google this company. They are also on U-Hauls website as a listed moving company. Beware of this company they are liars and unethical.

Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. This is how moving should be done. I'll be using them again this summer.

They cam into my house and immediatley complained about all the stuff I had. They saw a dop of poop and said its a health hazzared. I told him most of the black on the carpet was old glue when we putt some plastic down. Then they had me pack the stuff I needed while (I thought they were starting) The main moer had me sign a bunch of paperwork - which he had to point at where to sign because I couldn't read it with my poor vision. He didn't give me a copy and told me the office is going to call me. The office called me and said it was too dangerous for them to stay and they would be keeping my deposit. I went to the front door to talk to them and they were pulling away. I can't dispute the money because they had my permission to take it. Its civil matter. They left me blind and unable to find the things I needed I waited to pack until they got here, medicine, toiletries etc. They could have at least stayed and asked before they let if I needed help with anything. They were horrible people, uncaring and empathetic. Of course they were so friendly while making the arrangements'. Everytime I warned them about how much stuff I had they said no problem and that was the first thing they complained about. Im sorry my 5lb dog pooped a pellet on the floor guys but you could have been more helpful then that. I cannot read what I wrote sorry if there are mistakes. Who knows what I signed. why didn't they leave me a copy. They probably had me sign the deposit away and took the blame for the cancellation. This company has no heart.
