I had multiple consultations for a breast augmentation, prior to finding Athenix. We immediately clicked. I had never had any surgeries prior to my augmentation, so finding the right surgeon and team was very important to me. From the first consultation through the first month into my recovery, the team at Athenix has been so kind, so comforting, and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Barnes is amazing and helped fix my body and was patient with process of fixing it. The reason why 3 stars is bc another doctor that was at this same athenix dr. Dragotti absolutely destroyed my body, misshaped it drastically and scarred it permanently and cost me many many thousands to fix. I've encountered at least one hostile and unnecessary extra nasty nurse but all the rest were lovely. Hopefully they give her the boot along with any unqualified doctors. But yea Barnes himself is awesome read more

Firstly, Dr. Barnes is a great guy and I would highly suggest him. But the company athenix does not properly screen their doctors in the case of others. At this location, before he was fired, Dr. Dragotti deformed my body and left huge scars for over 10k and I had to spend many thousands fixing it with Dr. Barnes. Even so, I will still have permanent scars from Dragotti. I think this location has had an issue with really mean nurses but other than that Dr. Barnes is a great choice. read more

I had a thigh and arm lift in October of 2020. I reached out to Dr.Orlando and was told to come in only to be told they couldn't help me. Mind you this was three days post opt. I ended up in special wounds unit at a hospital. I was in and out for 6 months! No one ever tried to contact me, help me or even check in on me! The only contact I've ever had from someone was on this platform; nothing ever came of it. I'm sad to say I struggle with my self-esteem as my arms and legs were botched. I'm not saying all Athenix are terrible, but I would definitely steer clear of this Beaverton location. I'm scarred for life. Reconsider this location. read more

I lost 150 pounds after being extremely overweight, having 4 children in 5 years will do that. After walking my belly away one step at a time I ended up with what I referenced as the "click" belly if you've seen Adam Sandlers CLICK you know exactly what I'm talking about if not think of a apron of skin hanging below your belly button. After consulting several surgeons Dr Barnes and his team were the most helpful and knowledgeable so we went with them. After 2 years of recovery I still have numb spots, but the results have been fabulous my self confidence is soaring everyday, at first I was scared I'd end up on botched and anesthesia is not somethingI like doing(I done this 4x btw ) the nurses and staff made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Woke up 4 hours later sore as HECK and full of regret but as soon as the pain started receding I knew we'd made the right choice. I got a BBL here back in December of 2020 during the pandemic. I like the size of my butt but what they messed me up on is this massive like between by butt and back. it looks so bad because the scar is very obvious. I am currently 12 days post op recovering from an extended TT and brachioplasty (arms). I thought this day would never come after 6 pregnancies (three surrogacies) I was left with a hug belly apron. I had done two weight loss challenges and managed to lose 30lbs but my skin went no where. I'd wear anything tight and I looked pregnant again! As much I tried to lose more weight I couldn't do more than 30lbs after that all I gained was strength. Finally had the courage to look into a TT and spoke with my husband how something like this could possibly help me gain confidence and lose more weight. I'd literally be in sweat pants and sweater no matter what the weather was outside. Finally did a consultation with Athenix and from the start I felt very welcoming the staff is very friendly! During the consultation I was not aware I'd have to be undressed and I was just completely uncomfortable but the girl during the consultation made sure I was ok and reassured me every step of the way. She was very sweet. We ended up setting the appt for my surgery that same day! I was in disbelief and so excited! Finally met Dr. Barnes on my pre op appt he answered any questions and concerns my husband had because I was just too excited to think of anything. Both the staff and Dr. Barnes listen to and what you want and they are definitely honest as well. For instance Dr. Barnes doesn't really do muscle repair if he finds it it's not necessary but I said I still want it done and he said ok but you'll in a lot more pain and recovery is a bit longer. I still wanted and got it done it was definitely painful everything is healing and feeling better each day that goes. I am just in AWE of the results! I chose to go to Athenix and have Dr. Orlando do my breast lift/augmentation because of all the amazing reviews I seen. I have had three children, which I'm sure all women know, impacts the body in so many ways! I was very insecure about my breasts and had been wanting this procedure for so many years. About a month ago I finally had the procedure done. I have to be honest and say that I am very disappointed. I felt that I came in with reasonable expectations and they were not met. Initially my breasts were a B/C cup and I wanted a full C/D. My breasts are lifted, but not a FULL size larger. I am not happy with them at all. All of the bras that I had before still fit me the same. I have cried about many times when I look in the mirror. It is difficult knowing I paid almost $10k on a procedure that I am not happy with. Also, it appears my right breast is larger than the left one. I thought it was the swelling at first, one month later it is still the same. My husband and family all notice this as well. I wish I could say that I had the same experience as everyone else, but honestly I did not. I felt so uncared for like I was just another quick procedure! Came to Athenix for mommy makeover after I had my second son. Dr. Barnes is my surgeon for a breast lift, tuck and lipo. Can't say enough good things: 1. He always made me feel comfortable about my body. Never recommended anything over the top, but listened to what I wanted and came up with reasonable plan and communicated expectations. Despite me changing my mind 3 times in the months leading up to surgery, he was always patient with me. 2. Responsiveness/availability. He gives his personal cell phone number to his patients after surgery and encourages early notification to him if outside office hours and have concerns. This was huge for me. I haven't had a ton of procedures, but typically I've only gotten an after hours emergency line, never a doctors direct number. It's scary the first few days after a big surgery like a mommy makeover and I panicked a little day 2. I texted Dr. Barnes my concerns after hours and he responded quickly and put me at ease. Everything was normal. Fast forward 5 weeks post op, same thing - woke up with discomfort and irritation and reached out to Doc early AM before office opened. He responded within an hour - just slight contact irritation and all looked good. My anxiety immediately put at ease over a month later. (I could imagine this access getting easily abused, hope I'm not "one of those.") 3. Last but not least, already so happy with my results. I still have a couple more months before we get close to final results, but I'm stoked already and so pleased with my care. The nurses/office staff are all so fun too, down to earth, all beauties with great attitudes! The McDonald's of plastic surgery. The initial appointment will make you feel like you're to about to receive a spa-like comfortable experience, however, This is the only time they will offer you a nice bathrobe or comfortable room. You will pay a ton of money to be rushed & receive little to move individual attention. Recommendations for preparation and after care will be limited, so do your own research. My surgery they tried to cancel the same day, even after waiting weeks to get in, taking time off work, and having my mother fly out from another state to help with my recovery & transportation. After having a shitty experience, the owner will try to call you, and you might think you will receive something to make up for it. But nothing will change and the most you will receive is an offer of a free Botox session. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I went to this clinic August 29, 2019 for a consultation. I gave them the non industry standard 50% down for neck and face lift on September 17, 2019. In addition, I was a bit far from the clinic in a small town for a few months on a water well restoration project (I am an environmental geologist conducting water well restoration work). Then personal trageditionady hit that required I leave Oregon. I addition, I was extremely surprised to learn there is a very odd deficit of transportation from the small town I was in - no Uber, no Lyft, no taxis. If I had the procedure, I would not have transportation for post op checks or be able to drive myself for weeks. I travel a great deal in my work and never encounterd such a sever lack of public transportation near a large city. I read the documents and gave the clinic a gigantic deposit, then could not go forward on the surgery at that time due to provable, unforeseen issues. I was informed that the clinic does refunds in such cases BEFORE I gave them the 50% deposit. When I could not go forward on the procedure, they refused to give me my money back, as they promised, in a timely manner and before the holidays. The reason? Because it was "policy" to wait 60 days and they were too "small" and could not process a refund even reasonably soon. To this I call a resounding BS! This clinic has zero integrity, overflowing with greed, and obviously do not care about their patients or abiding by normal business propriety. I was also told I would "likely" get my refund in 45 days and certainly before Thanksgiving and Christmas, yet still possibly 60 days. Months later, beyond the time they promised, well after one holiday and in December on the heels of Christmas, I get my refund and well after the time promised. I was forced to endure unreasonable stress, of which this corporation was well aware. Add to this I, as anyone would fear, was extremely worried Athenix would try some typical underhanded, corporate trick to try to keep my money when it was needed. Avoid this evil corporation like the plague it is. I have gone to other clinics that said to avoid this corporation because they do not care about their patients and they strongly inferred I would likely get hurt. I will say the office staff were profoundly nice, professional and seemed quite embarrassed by their corporations dishonest practices with patients. I believe they did everything to override these unethical policies but were not able to do so. Yet, I was still given the weak excuse that their software "isn't good enough", that they're "too small" (this is a multi clinic corporation all through California and Oregon), bla, bla, bla. To this I also call BS. I know financial software and banking; my corner auto shop and drugstore can process a refund instantly. I myself have transferred tens of thousands of dollars to contractors to do environmental cleanup and ecological restoration projects. This was done instantly or within hours. There is zero reason for a corporation of this size to deny you your refund other than just blatant greed. I would argue that if they are this financially incompetent, no one should go to them. Avoid this clinic and go somewhere where you will be cared about, taken care of and not treated as only a corporate resource. read more

I would never recommend anyone to go here. I paid for service and the implant was not level or even. They kept telling me to wait for settling. During recovery I had bad infection where one of the incision was gushing fluids up several weeks. 6 months later they are still noticeably off/lop sided with huge scarring. I cry looking at the results every night. . Now they want to charge me more to fix them. I can't believe they will charge you more to correct a procedure poorly done. If they would just take ownership and fix what's they did wrong. I was told this is common with other procedures...up to 30% according form the office manager. So sad read more

I was sold the Obera balloon procedure. Before the procedure 48 hours later I decided against the balloon procedure and tried to get my money back but I was told I would still owe the money to credit the money anyways. The sales rep told me that they've placed a lot of these in US military service members, I would have great results. So unfortunately I went ahead with the procedure. I had severe abdominal symptoms from day one. Explosive diarrhea, projectile vomiting, distended abdomen that look like I was nine months pregnant. I called the facility to talk to the on-call doctor. There's was no on-call doctor. After having nonstop explosive diarrhea and nonstop projectile vomiting I went to the ER. Legacy ER the doctor told me the surgeon had over inflated my balloon causing a mild pancreatic and severe gallbladder obstruction as seen on the Ultra sounds and balloon needed to be removed right away by surgeon. I called the Athenix facility to have it removed. The Office staff told me that my doctor was out of town at a conference. I asked where his cross coverage was. They said they had no cross coverage. They could not put me in touch with any Doctor who could help me. I had to go to the ER again, my PCP, and get my military unit got involved. 3 days after 2nd ER visit and call to Athenix they told me that I could come in to get the balloon removed. Like they were doing me a big favor at that time after all that suffering. I disputed the charge on my care credit account and care credit said Athenix said you negated any money back because the balloon came out too early. UH ...if it wasn't for Dr. Myer "over inflating the balloon" he put 550 cc in balloon in 62in short torso person...it would Not to have had to come out early. Also I disputed the charge because these balloons are "not allowed" in United States service-members. I didn't know this until I had complications in my unit got involved. Jill the clinical manager said that I should've known that I could've had one. Really? A cardiac patient should know if they should have a pacemaker or need a bipass/ a gastric patient should know if they could have a balloon? Interesting...... read more

My whole life I struggled with my double chin, no matter what I did I couldn't get rid of it until coming here. Dr.Gigena changed my life with the procedure. Updated review 03/26: the CEO reached out to me today regarding the refund. He was very kind and assured me he would get my refund processed today. I appreciate his candor and personal response to this matter. I would also like to note that my previous procedure (liposuction) last August 2019 with Dr. Orlando and his team was wonderful. He did an amazing job and I felt heard and supported throughout the procedure and at my follow ups. Original review 03/25: I cancelled my surgery on January 30th. The office manager, Jill, told me it would be 45-60 days for the refund. I reached out to her twice via email (Feb 14th) concerning an email she sent on Feb 14th stating that she had just processed my refund and It would be an additional 45-60 days from that time. I emailed her about this issue on Feb 14th and on Mar 18th. She has not responded. The 60th day will be this Monday, March 30th. However, due to the lack of response over months and the previous reviews regarding issues receiving refunds, I have reached out to my bank to dispute the charge. I paid partly with my debit and the rest on credit. I may be filing a better business bureau complaint as well. I'm appalled by unprofessionalism of Jill and will no longer be coming to Athenix due to this experience. read more

Ok let's talk about this place! You wanna get ur tummy tuck don't go here! I got my tummy tuck here in 2019 Nov and now it's 2021 and my stomach is more swollen than ever and belly button looks like someone just damage the hell out of it and on top of that it looks scary! And when I call them to get it fixed(for more then a year)they never would find a solution and now they have come up with a solution to charge me close to $1000 to fix it! In between all this they definitely didn't forget to email me with more advertisement to come over again! The worst part is it still hurts and it has not let me go back to my gym ever since! Poor quality would not recommend for you guys to go in again! Disappointed wasted $6000 for no reason my belly is worst then ever! Buyer beware is all I can say. I purchased a few services from Athenix, one of those required a drain being placed in my abdomen. I complained of excruciating pain, and was made to feel like a druggy when I conveyed the pain was not going away. I ended up in the ER to determine where the source of my pain was coming from, it was discovered via CT scan that there was a catheter lodged in my abdomen, which quite obviously revealed why the pain was so severe. The ER visit alone was nearly 6k. Once it had been determined an emergency procedure was scheduled for the following day at Athenix, they accepted liability for this incident. Two surgeries back to back took its toll on my body, prolonged my healing, and caused an extended amount of pain and suffering. Once some time had passed, and I felt that there would not be any permanent damages, I contacted the office seeking compensation for their error at my physical and financial expense. I was advised that I do not qualify for anything, per the paperwork signed before my procedure. My warning to you is this; even when foreign objects are left or become lodged inside you, you will not recover a dime from any accrued expenses or the pain and suffering you experienced. I am moderately satisfied with my results but definitely expected they be more noticeable than they are. It's unfortunate that they run a business that takes no responsibility for their errors. read more

If you are a woman who is not interested in having breast implants but wished you had more then you must consider natural fat transfer to the breasts. I have very wide shoulders and was a 38B bra size (which is very hard to find). I will always wear an XL shirt because of my broad shoulders. I felt like I needed larger breasts to fill out my tops that sagged due to my small cup size. I have known about natural fat transfer for several years and have heard great things as the years have passed so I finally decided to act. I did the research and was realistic in knowing you can't dramatically reshape or enlarge the breasts with natural fat transfer. Usual results are about a cup size or so bigger. Also, you can opt for 1 or 2 transfers spaced at least 3 months apart. I interviewed 3 facilities in the Portland area and decided on Dr. Gruber at Athenix. I had liposuction and natural fat transfer to the breasts 8 weeks ago. I want to give a review for the natural fat transfer to the breast at this time. My liposuction areas look good but aren't fully healed to provide a fully honest review of the lipo. I LOVE my natural fat transfer to the breast results!!!! I am a full 40C now and I can get a bra at any store! I decided to add on the second transfer which I will get in 1 month to fully fill in out my tops. I can't wait! Seriously, the procedure of transferring the fat into the breasts was not painful. I did have two very small bruises at the top of the breasts but that was the only noticeable indication of the procedure. As the breasts healed they just felt very full and sore at times. Most of the time I really forgot I had the procedure done until I looked in the mirror and saw how much better proportioned I was to my shoulders and hips. Do not hesitate to use Athenix if you want natural fat transfer to the breasts, I wished I would have gotten my breasts done years ago knowing how good they look and that the transfer didn't cause any significant pain to my breasts! I took one star off because the office staff is having some hick ups in communications from opening up this Spring but otherwise it was a great experience for this procedure. Well... first of all the front line staff is great! Very friendly and helpful! I'm just really disappointed that I spent the money and literally very minimal results. In fact 2 areas are worse! I was bounced around on my follow up visits.... so by the time anyone addressed my concerns it was just about paying for another visit and surgery... (minimally discounted)Even more so the manager (Jill I believe) stated that I should've been with the more skilled/aggressive surgeon... oh so apparently they don't match you up with what's best for you. Instead you're like cattle... move em in and move em out... listen go to a small office/practice with a reputable surgeon... because these guys don't care about you or your satisfaction... after I left with a quote for fixing their mistakes.... haven't received one call... email... letter of follow up at all... NOTHING it's been a year... so I plan to find a doctor who cares enough to fix their mistakes and treat me well. Because at Athenix you're just a notch on their tally board! read more

I had the micro body sculpting done on my stomach, hips and flanks about 6 weeks ago. It's more painful than described, and, 6 weeks later my entire torso is still numb on the surface and hurts badly when I get up every morning. Also, I was not that heavy in my mid-section but can still pull up a thick roll In the area that was "treated". Almost $10k later and I have yet to have anyone even notice I had anything done, or, really have my clothes fit any differently other than less of a muffin top. I've never even heard from them again, either. Yet they require you to pay for the procedure in full to even get on the schedule. Basically I'm pretty disappointed. If I had it to do over I'd certainly spend my $10k on something else. Oh and it was that cost for "3" areas. They charge you for every area they "treat". read more

I had my breast augmentation July 2019. I was referred to the Portland location by a friend who at the time happy about the outcome of her procedure although she did have a few concerns. Later found out she too need a revision. I was able to do most of my consultation via phone and email as I was out of state. Originally I was to see Dr. H. Was reassured that he knew his stuff and would be very happy with the results. I was also reassured that he would be able to even out my breast with two different implants. I was very happy with what I was hearing and liked the result pictures that I was shown. Move forward to a few days before flying from Alaska to Oregon, I get a call from my friend telling that Dr. H is retired and no longer there. I called the office and they confirmed. I asked why I was not notified and was getting ready to fly for my appointment. They reassured me that they have a new best of the best doctor that will take on my case. At first they said they would have to change my surgery date to accommodate me into his schedule. I told them there is no room for changes. Flight was already paid and I was leaving the next day. I had to ask multiple times for pictures. It took me call multiple times and finally the receptionist of all people to send me two photos. I should have walked away and canceled my trip. But I had already spent money on the flight tickets, not to mention paid in full for my procedure, which I was already past the point of being able to get my entire amount back. So I went ahead and went with the new doctor. I get there for the face to face consultation and everything that I was told changed. I could no longer get two sizes as Dr. O does not do that. I was constantly being told that I won't like my outcome unless I get a lollipop lift. I felt like I wasn't being listened to and rushed. I still chose to stay and continue. I don't feel like I was given the chance to try on sizers. They gave me one implant to hold and say yes or no. I ended up going with an in between size of what I thought I wanted and what I could get. The Dr. and consultant was out of that room as fast as they could. I feel like surgery day went good. I made it very clear to the nurses that I get nauseous when having surgeries. They took good care of me and I thankfully did not vomit. I did however have the worse pain in my throat I have ever had. I have had a few prior surgeries and have never experienced this much pain in my throat. It was raw and hurt for almost two weeks after. I did mention it afterwards and at my follow up but told it was normal. Think raw and red like you have strep throat but 100x worse. I feel like recovery was easy for me besides the throat issue. I saw Dr. O twice before flying back out. At my last appointment the consultant that was there at the beginning made comments about me right outside my door. And yes I heard every word. I did have a problem with part of my incision. It took me emailing and calling a few times to get a response. I have yet to hear from them or be asked for follow up photos or how I am doing. I am now considering a revision as my right breast is severely smaller than my right due to not being to use two sizes and it is noticeable. As well as I am now having problems with my left breast having horrible pains, feeling harder than my right and possibly lateral displacement. At this point I'm thinking of biting the bullet and going elsewhere. read more

I went in for a consult and was told to arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork, which I did. I sat in an empty reception area for 20 minutes before I finally called to get someone out there. At 25 minutes past my appointment time, they told me that Fawn would be right with me. They told me again at 35 and 45 minutes past my appointment time. I had asked if I should reschedule, but they kept assuring me that she would be right there. While I was in the consultation room, I waited for some time. It was explained to me that anytime another patient added another area to their request, Fawn had to consult with them, which left other patients waiting. I also received a call from their front desk while I was waiting in the consultation room wondering if I was going to make my appointment. I explained to the poor girl that I was already in the room. She was very apologetic, she was also the one that explained what the hold up was as well. It appears that the girl who greeted me, did not check me in. I also found it strange that the consultation was not with a doctor or PA. Fawn was helpful, however. I just question the organization of the office. read more

In 2017 I took control of my food addiction and was able to lose 150 pounds. Being that overweight for so long took a huge toll on my body and self image. I saved up nearly $20,000 and booked consulations with multiple doctor's. I didn't necessarily like the doctor I chose, but a gal at that office was very convincing that he would do an incredible job and my results would be beyond my expectations. I had an extended tmy tuck, breast lift and augmentation. The recovery was absolutely terrible. I was in a lot of pain and had anxiety. The day following my surgery, things didn't look right, but I knew I had a lot of healing to do. Four months later I knew I had a problem. The surgeon had left me a complete mess. I was devastated and depressed. A nurse named Cindy from Athenix Body Sculpting Institute in Beaverton, OR suggested I meet Dr. Orlando. He wasnt a typical arrogant surgeon. He was extremely nice. He told me what should have been done and told me he could help me feel better. I really did not want to go through it again, but didn't want to live feeling the way I was. I am typically a tough girl, but was a wreck the day of my surgery. Crying a lot. Dr. Orlando was so nice about it and didn't make me feel crazy. I had my surgery and went home. I knew things would be swollen and crazy, but I needed to sneak a look. I was beyond amazed. Even swollen the results were better than I EVER thought was possible. To begin with I got to say I loved my consultant Fawn, she definitely convinced me to go for my breast augmentation. She was very honest and up front about everything. And my doctor Aric Aghayan , which did my surgery made me feel very safe and explained every single step on my breast options and I definitely am soooooo happy with my outcome. I had Athenix do Advanced Micro Lazer Surgery on my stomach and one leg at a time, because they were very heavy. I noticed immediately after my stomach was reduced my appetite was no longer an issue. After having my second leg done and going through the process of healing I was so happy with the results . I went in to get Micro Body Contouring For my belly. My experience was GREAT, Beyond amazing. As someone who has never been to the hospital for anything I was pretty nervous for the procedure (being that I would be awake the whole time) The whole staff just made me feel so comfortable and feel Relaxed and safe. I was beyond thankful!! I knew I was safe in their hands. The actual procedure was super easy to go though and I felt no pain or discomfort. If anything it was going home and throwing up from the pain pills that was a bit brutal. I just had my breast augmentation done and I had the most wonderful experience with DR Aric, RNs and the staffs. I had so many questions which DR Aric A. which he answered. I loved that they returned my phone calls, called me in between when my anxiety took control, before and after the procedure, and how they followed up with me. The entire process from beginning to end was phenomenal! I was in ZERO pain, I did not take any pain medications and I recovered in 5 days and am back to work. Coming from a Professional Cosmetic Artist, I wish I can give more than FIVE STARS. I will definitely recommend this practice to anyone I know. 2-3 stars for lipo, and 5 stars for fat transfer to the breasts. I will give credit where it's due! An update on my 2nd fat transfer to the breasts and bra roll liposuction. I am 6 weeks out from my second transfer. I could not give more positive comments on how pleased I am with my results. I am so glad Dr. Gruber thought I'd be happier with two transfers. My breasts look natural and now fit with my broad shoulders perfectly. I can keep an XL shirt in place now. I was bra fitted the other day I am a 36DDD/38DD depending on the brand. I was a 38B/40B depending on the brand before fat transfer and bra fat lipo. I regret that I did not do this procedure years ago! This was the best cosmetic procedure decision I have ever made! It really doesn't hurt and the scars are super small needle marks under the breast! I highly recommend this procedure if you do not want implants or extremely large increase in bust. Now that my lipo areas have healed up From both procedures I will provide a review on those. I had Dr. Gruber for both my procedures and there was A LOT of communication issues between the staff with each other and to Dr. Gruber for follow up post op questions/concerns. I have symmetry issues with the liposuctioned areas of the inner thighs and very much so on the knees. I have an area in my abdomen where too much fat was removed so it gives a wavy appearance. Athenix staff told me I could get that fixed either by more lipo or try doing Velasmooth treatments for an additional cost and if I wanted the groupon price that ended the day before I'd have to buy them right then. I do not deal well with be pressured into spending money, this was the second time I been told I had to make a decision that day for the price I was quoted. I think that is terrible business practices and they should be embarrassed for doing this! I declined as I had already spent 15,000 with them. Additionally, when the surgeon caused the issue I didn't understand why I would have to pay for it. I am an out-of-stater, so I have gone to a plastic surgeon closer to me to get a consult and was told the work is a solid B and I do look good compared to my before photos. But he agreed there are notable symmetry issues that need correcting. For the price I paid, and the quality of work Athenix claims to provide, I feel like I overpaid for the liposuction I received! Now I will have to spend a couple thousand more getting the symmetry problems fixed, that is what ultimately caused me to change my review from a five to lower. read more
