Excellent customer service, even for a difficult job. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend and will use again myself.

Went in to get some help with printing out some posters for my band. The lady in there was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. I was trying to buy a large amount of product and you would think someone receiving good business would be courteous and friendly. She was not even close. I had an entire binder's worth of important papers to have copied. It took awhile for the store to call me back with an estimate of how much it would cost to copy. The estimate was more than the other local copy shop (Bel-Jean), but since I needed the copy in a rush, I just told them to go ahead and do it. Once I got the copies, they were inexpertly "bound" in the ring binder I'd requested. Several pages were coming loose from the spiral ring, and there were big blank spaces on some pages because, on the original copies, the workers had placed post-it notes they didn't remove before making copies. Great. Overall, not impressed. I'll go back to Bel-Jean next time. read more

I asked for letters. Instead I got a bumper sticker with letters printed on it. You ask why didn't I take it back? Well, it is an inconvenience to go through the process again and the staff is not friendly. Also The price was really high. I will avoid this store in the future. Update: I did end up taking the letters back. They redid the order but then wanted to charge me for it, making the already high price twice as high! After I argued with the managers I was told to "take my letters and go." Later the owner called to apologize. He said he would be working on customer service, which is why I am upgrading my review to two stars. read more

This place is the worst! I've been working with them for a couple years now and I'm always surprised at the mediocre service they offer to their clients. They can't seem to take a proper project name - which is fine when you have one, but when we have multiple it's a major issue. Also the person who does their billing is incompetent and rude. I will never, ever, EVER us them again. read more

I found the staff and owner of Athens blueprint to be hard to work with. They were unfriendly, biased and judgemental. Additionally, the owner decided to take matters into his own hands and specifically not follow a customers request. They also failed to get back to me when they said they would and did a job that they were told not to do do at all, without final consent or consultation. They are also extreamly over priced. I almost paid $220 for something I just ordered/paid $152 for. Needless to say I will never ever attempt to use this company again. Good luck to you Athens blueprint. You've been around a long time but I think you've got your head up the wrong place. read more

For my Landscape Architecture class we needed a bag of supplies, and Athens Blueprint had put a bag together for us, but since I already had some of the things from my house I wanted to only buy some things.. They were not flexible at all for me, and when I tried to return some things they were extremely rude. The two times I went in it took forever for someone to ask if they could help me. and When I went in someone was always complaining about the bad binding they did, or how they did it wrong. I would not reccommend anyone to buy things from there (theyre so over priced) and I would never go there again. read more

The staff is incredibly unfriendly. I went in there to print off a large matte photograph and they acted like it was the most difficult job any customer has requested. When I asked to feel the different weights of the papers they offered, the guy once again was rude to me and acted as though I was being a nuisance. I felt rushed and as though I was being a huge inconvenience to their lunch hour. Will not return. read more

My experience was WORSE. I had an entire project which I had just updated at UGA and only had on my jump drive. I took it there for digital color output; they were extremely busy so I left the drive to return later when the project was completed. They had taken all my information: name, phone number, and printing requirements. I returned several hours later to get my project; they had my paperwork but had LOST MY JUMPDRIVE. Evidently, they knew it was misplaced but had not bothered to call me about the problem. I could have possibly gone back to UGA to the computer I used to reload the project had I known much earlier. Due to the student user area of hard drive being very limited on the Dell at UGA, when I got back there, about 6 hours after my original revision, my file had already been deleted. I had to take the project back home and worked until almost midnight to make the revisions all over again. This was a disaster ! All they ever said is "we are sorry and will replace your jump drive". And when I took it back there the next day they actually made me still pay for the printing !! I was back in there again the other day (December 2010) to get some flagging and that mean girl who originally waited on me STILL WORKS THERE. I dont know her name but she is the short fat girl with the pig face...kinda red hair. If you use these people, make sure you have another copy of your project somewhere so that when it gets lost you wont have to redo the entire thing again. read more
