It's time for an update. I found myself in the market for my annual clothing shopping trip, and after striking out at the mall, I reluctantly returned to Chico's with high hopes. Renee cheerfully greeted me and was happy to help me find several wardrobe enhancers and fun additions. She was remarkable, and I left very happy with my new pieces. Not only was the service terrific, but the selection was pretty darn good-which could be dangerous for my pocketbook. Oh well, at least I'll like the way I look! read more

The difference between this location and the Foothill Village location is astonishing. The employees at the Foothill location are always so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make my visit to their store pleasant. A few months ago, my husband was with me at the Creekside location and was standing outside the dressing rooms holding my purse. One of the women there rudely asked him what he was doing there. He was nicely dressed and neatly groomed and it embarrassed him. He politely told her that he was waiting for me while I was trying on clothes. She didn't bother to apologize. It wasn't rocket science, he was holding a purse in a clothing store waiting for his wife. He didn't tell me this until we were home, which is probably a good thing. I called the district manager about it, and apparently he didn't find it necessary to fire this rude woman because she is still there. I avoided this store for quite a while but I was in the area and went back a few days ago because it was the first day of their big sale. Nothing there has changed. The women there do not greet you when you walk in, my shoulder was about to break before anyone offered me a dressing room and when I got to the checkout, one of the women made it very clear that she was much too busy to help me so she sent me to a woman named Nancy. Nancy was impatient and unfriendly and rude. I was trying to look at the tags and she very bluntly told me that she would take care of it. She charged me too much for one of the blouses, but I'm not going back there to show her the error. I was trying to talk to her, but I couldn't hear her because the rude lady who told me she was too busy to help me was yelling numbers and information to another woman across the store. Really? This couldn't wait? The Foothill store wraps your purchases neatly in tissue paper and asks if you would like boxes for any of the garments. Nancy shoved my garments in a bag like they do at Walmart. I have two sisters who live close to that Chico's and have had similar experiences and now drive to the Foothill store. I would suggest that the Creekside ladies learn some manners and customer service from Susan, Linda, and the other ladies at the Foothill store. read more

Love Chico's style all though they are on the more expensive side of my pocketbook. Customer service was lacking today. I'm not all dressed up, and it was an after thought. I have money to spend really I do. The fall styles are all so beautiful, I was drooling, but I contained myself, and just looked around and ooo'd, and awed. I made it over to the jewelry that was on sale, I found a pretty set of earings that my budget could afford, and was on my way to check out, when finally a sales associate acknowledged me albeit she wasn't that welcoming. Sometimes you get a sales person that has really good customer service, and sometimes you don't, which is the case today. read more

This store is in such a great location on Highland Drive, right near where I have just purchased an 85 year old home. I came in for Christmas gifts as this is my mother's favorite store. I wandered around the store looking at clothing and jewelry, and not one salesperson even said hello to me. While other reviews have mentioned that it may be due to what you have on, it is not as though I was not dressed nicely. I had on new Frye boots and a long down North Face coat. Regardless, it shouldn't even matter what I have on when I enter your store if I choose to come in. All patrons should be treated respectfully and be greeted and offered assistance if needed. I have noticed this same behavior, or lack of customer service skills in many different types of stores in Utah. Regardless, it was not until I approached the counter that someone recognized that I wanted to actually purchase something. No wonder so many people shop online instead of heading into a store. read more

Went there to make both online and store bought items. Salesperson was completely inept. Didn't know how to work a till met alone a computer. Stood in their stifling shop for 45 minutes while they consulted with customer service on the phone. The only thing either of them could accomplish was a store credit! WTF I wasted a whole hour while this useless store struggled with the basics. I went there granted with several orders to return - every receipt present with the appropriate item. But this was beyond their capabilities ! It was "over 60 days; already returned; not on this receipt; can only give store credit..." all of it complete ineptitude on their part. I like that they can look up my customer info using my phone number so I don't have to keep coupons because they always give me discounts. Selection is iffy because they only get one or two items in each size. Customer service is okay. Sometimes the employees are snobs. read more

Judy is an amazing sales associate, she has so many different outfit ideas. It makes shopping fun!

Chico's has some great professional and comfortable clothes. I use my one day off to go shopping at the foothill location, get a cherry parking spot & go into the worst customer service. Ruined my whole shopping experience. I did but 2 pairs of pants but declined to spend any more time or $ there. Bye bye brick & mortar shopping. read more

Shopped here for years and always worth the money. Styles are fresh and I appreciate the staff when trying a bunch of items on. If you go on Wed afternoons, it is not too crowded. Chico's on Highland Drive is great! read more

Love my Chico's. Great value on a great clothes. Return policy is perfect. You can buy something in April and come back in October and the always go together. Great color consistency!! Well done. Love that you don't have to fight Mall traffic to shop! read more

I agree with okay customer service. There is only one consistently pleasant salesperson; others frequently do not acknowledge me unless I have something to try on, in hand. My son returned an item for me and waited 1/2 hour for the transaction to complete because a veteran salesperson barely assisted a new employee, who needed to work through the sequence of the return process. Newbie was flustered but the veteran kept saying that my son was on his phone, so basically, it was fine. He realized it was not newbie's fault but that of the experienced worker. This store is the closest to my home but I do not frequently shop here because customer service is definitely not their strength. Most of my clothing comes from the Chico's line but it is more pleasant to shop at other stores in the valley or online. read more
