Sadly when my lost the pregnancy, I took a few weeks before coming back. However, once I came back I was able to start right back up without any hoops to jump through at the same piece I was at without any extra costs. I'm only giving 4 stars because the pods leak a decent amount of air. To get the full effects of the heat, I have to make sure I bring a towel and roll it at the bottom. Otherwise the breeze of cooler air is distracting. The pods aren't lined up very well and it's an issue with all the pods. It's a good place to supplement workouts and other fun memberships.

It seems to be a popular location because there is a waitlist for many of the classes. It was interesting that there is a nearby OTF location in Sandy and there were no waitlists for their classes. I am taking individual coaching instructions, and I would rate it as poor. I have spent the last 3 months going to the VASA gym in Chandler. ARIZONA. I was ENTIRELY pleased with them!!! I RATE THE AS A 10! The aerobics instructors were tip-top, rating a 10! The equipment they used included weights, balls, sliders, and ropes! They did sets of different activities with this equipment. It was fun and beneficial to our health. For each set of exercises they did, they would tell us what body part it was helping!!! I loved it and looked forward to the sessions. Now, West Jordan in UT Now, for the coaching. It was ridiculous! I spend A LOT of money for these sessions and they lack in any way, shape, or form! The instructor has no idea what to do for each area that I would like to work on l! He would just wing it at every session. He had no idea what exercises to recommend I do. They only thing he did well was to take one minute breaks between each exercise, even if I could have done a lot more! He never pushed me to do a little better. Then he wanted me to have some water every 5 minutes. I know I need a lot of water, but please, that is too much downtime when I am paying $300 a month for this coaching. He would also take a bathroom break EVERY time I had a session with him. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR PROFESSIONAL ETHICS! I am going to have a heart to heart talk with him before continuing with him as a coach. I will also tell the Mgr my feelings towards the coaching sessions.

I was SO unhealthy and knew nothing about really being in shape, exercising, lifting, or eating healthy even though I thought I did, having been a collegiate athlete in three sports many decades ago. He was incredible to work with and gave me knowledge and habits that not only have stuck with me but seriously impacted all other aspects of my life.
