I went for physical therapy following a total hip replacement of my right hip and worked with Felisha, who was FANTASTIC. The first thing she asked was, "What are your goals, and what do you want to be able to do when you're done with physical therapy?" Great question, since some people simply want to be able to navigate their day without pain, and others like me want to be able to live active lifestyles and do more. She worked with me, encouraged and supported me, and got me exactly where I wanted to be. She's excellent at what she does, and even when I had slight doubts about where I'd end up, I had great faith in HER. I like how detailed she is, explaining how the body works, and what the end result will be by working on strength, endurance and range of motion. I also had a chance to work with Harnisha and Gaelen, who were wonderful. And Michelle at the front desk is a real sweetheart and the perfect person to be the first encounter in the facility. My orthopedic doctor is with ILBJ in Arlington Heights, and I didn't want to drive that distance twice a week, so finding they had physical therapy in Libertyville was a godsend. I just finished p.t. a couple days ago and couldn't be happier with the results. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I get there, the front desk staff lady ( I wish I could remember her name). I believe she was of asian descent. Anywho, RUDE and acted as if I didn't matter. She got the nurse I spoke with and they proceeded to talk about the front desk staffs nails as if I wasn't standing there. I have NEVER received such terrible service from a doctors office. The nurse even told me that we had not had the conversation and told me I was lying. REALLY??? Would I take off work early, make up a doctors appointment all for the hell of it? NOT!!! Very sad! I have never been treated as they treated me in that office that day. I will not ever go to that location again...

Very down to earth, honest, friendly,compassionate and caring. These visits were before surgery. I felt and was able to tolerate my bad knee during treatment but eventually needed a knee scope especially due to a torn meniscus. After surgery (Brian moved on,sorry to see him go) THANK YOU BRIAN. I had Therapist Rebecca S for a few weeks, she was also compassionate, friendly, always smiled likes her work, cares for her patients and was honest and answered any questions I had with dignity. I was sorry to see her move to a different ATI about 1700 miles away, so it would be difficult to continue my treatment with her, I will miss her. Good Luck to you at your new location Rebecca S. So my 3rd and final Therapist /Director was Reena T. Third times a charm right? YES! Reena is phenomenal! Very passionate with her work, enjoys her patients, compassionate and is friendly, always smiles, is funny, answered all my questions and always asked how I was doing. Although I did not have any therapy with PTA Leslie M, I have had interactions with her and she is wonderful. I was discharged way too soon. I don't recommend his place for PT. I highly recommend going to Northsore or Northwestern for PT. ATI released me to get paid instead of helping me get back to 100% better.

I arrived at 8:41 a.m. and had all required forms completed by 8:58 a.m. After waiting in the exam room until 9:12 a.m., I was informed that the doctor was not even onsite yet and would arrive in another 10-15 minutes. At that point, I explained that I had work obligations and had specifically scheduled an early appointment to accommodate my schedule. The response I received was simply, "I'm sorry." What I find most concerning is the complete disregard for a patient's time. Patients are expected to arrive early, remain punctual, and structure their workdays around these appointments, yet the same professional courtesy was evidently not extended by the provider. Running a few minutes behind is understandable; not being present at the office for scheduled appointments is something entirely different. First impressions matter, particularly in healthcare. Unfortunately, my experience suggested a lack of professionalism and respect for patients' time, which does not inspire confidence in the practice overall.

The staff has been absolutely incredible. Every nurse who cares for my dad, along with the social worker Hannah and the rest of the team, has been compassionate, attentive, and very responsive. Any time I have a concern or question, they respond quickly and take the time to address everything thoroughly. When I call, they always answer and are kind enough to let me speak with my dad, which means so much to me. The memory care unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and always smells fresh. Most importantly, the residents appear comfortable and content, which gives me real peace of mind. I'm truly thankful for the care and support they provide every day.

I went to Creative Rehab when I was having soft muscle problems and the exercises they gave me to…read moredo helped me immensely in recovery and rehab following total hip replacement. All my nurses, assessment people and physical therapists have been amazed by my progress, telling me I'm weeks ahead of schedule and doing exercises that most patients are unable to do for a month. Anita, the owner of Creative Rehab, told me that if I needed hip replacement, it was important to strengthen the muscles ahead of time, and she was right. All but two of the exercises I was given post-op were exercises she gave me the previous year. I saw Anita because I had a complex problem and found her to be eons ahead of many other practitioners. She looks at the whole picture when assessing patients. Many specialists see just their piece of a problem, but Anita is extremely knowledgeable and understands how everything works together. She's also great at explaining thoroughly what the problem is and what the solution is. Her focus is on the patient. If she can help you, she will tell you. If she feels the problem has a source beyond her realm, she'll let you know that, too. Very honest, kind and compassionate. While my experience is strictly with Anita, I would trust anyone at Creative Rehab. Given her concern for the patient, I'm sure everyone she hires is more than competent. After surgery and trying another PT place (that unfortunately didn't do anything for me) my doctor finally referred me to Praxis. I would not go or recommend anyone to go anywhere else!
