I've heard others be told how payment works, and have heard people ask how many sessions they have left that will be covered by insurance with no complaints or groans. Marcy is probably my favorite part of my visit. She remembers absolutely everyone's name and the time and days of the week they like to come in. She also sends reminder texts for appointments so they're not forgotten. What's best is that she is very flexible with appointments. There have been a few times I've been sick or had an emergency come up and she adjusts my appointments without issue or penalty. The massage therapists are outstanding. Everyone that I've meet have been awesome. They're understanding about your pains and don't take offense if you let them know they're being a little rougher than you can handle on your injuries. Likewise, if you go often, they'll also remember what massage they need to do, even if you don't go to them every visit. They are also great with remembering patients which makes the entire visit feel like a visit to see family instead of a physician. Dr. Chris is awesome! He's quick, patient, and also does wholistic treatments such as acupuncture. I love the level of transparency I get and the suggestions to make things better for me. I especially want to commend Bill. Bill has been the most involved, caring, patient, and understanding therapist I've ever had. I've gone thru my share of injuries to my ankle and his expertise and professionalism has been remarkable. Most importantly, despite being discharged, he is still very involved in my recovery. He has checked in with me since the discharge just to ensure I'm continuing to progress. I've never had a therapist that's been so dedicated to seeing me succeed. Since then my back has never felt the same and the imbalance caused a serious injury that has forced me to retire as a competitive athlete in a sport that was my whole life. My back will likely never be the same and I will require surgery in the future. Absolutely the most incompetent billing department of any medical office I have been too!…read more They told me prior to my first visit that I was eligible for insurance coverage and now almost a year after services I am still fighting with them about a $1300 bill. The best is when I checked with my insurance company they said they never recd a bill and they never denied coverage. Over this time they have been very rude to both my husband and myself. They don't return calls and they have even sent it to collections. Stay away from this place unless you are looking for a fight!
